NEW BLORBO LOCATED! how did niccolo's parent come together and seperated and what was niccolo childhood like?

Let me introduce them as we begin!

His parents are Gryffin Ash and Cecile Sonata

Funnily enough despite her disdain for most other genres it was her who had initiated their "relationship"

They weren't together really, just had the one night of "fun" that eventually ended up with both of them becoming parents.

It was Gryffin who convinced Cecile to be involved in Niccolos life when she wanted nothing to do with him

Gryffin adored Niccolo from the moment he hatched and had a lot of fun being a father, it only started to go downhill when Cecile started putting up roadblocks.

You can see why she would (not that she was right to) Niccolo favored his father so and she did not want him to be a rock ruffian when he grew up, but she also couldn't stand that he was half rock which led to a lot of issues between them.

When Niccolo was about 5 he was already taller than she was:

So it basically went waaaay downhill after he started getting older. Gryffin slowly pulled away, and then Cecile was just generally cold

now that I've finished the Fontaine archon quest I need hydro fam shenanigans.

This is the vibe in the hydro fam. You got neuvillette babysitting a bunch of unhinged children.

And before you come for me about barbara, barb is one incident away from being completely unhinged. My girl is barely holding it together. And nilou is unhinged, shes just good at hiding it. Girl was ready to go to jail in the sumeru quest.

Headcannons under the cut

Furina, barb, and nilou do shows together I take no criticism about this. Xingqiu wrote the shows. Neuvillette and childe fund it.

Xingqiu needs to be put in Fontaine. My boy is literally FAMOUS over there. (On a side note, love how every hydro character is famous. Only exception here is yelan but that's cus she's an undercover agent.)

Furina, xingqiu, and barb would get along like a house on fire. You got 3 art kids together, 1 that can get away with stuff, 1 that's smart, and 1 that keeps the shenanigans from getting too big and getting them into trouble. It is a weekly occurrence that neuvillette gets a call telling him his kids went and did some shit again and he's gotta clean it up.

Also childe. He's like that cool cousin that shows up at your door randomly and is involved in a lot of shady shit, but they can't complain cus childe brings xingqiu all of these rare books and makes sure he comes to all of furina and barbs performances and reads monas astrology column in the steambird every morning.

Barb makes coffee every morning for mona and makes sure mona has a balanced diet.

They have weekly tea time. Everyone shows up. No one misses it. Sometimes wrio is invited.

kokomi and xingqiu can talk for hours about anything. Books, strategy, anything. No one understands what they're talking about. Except for ayato but that's only when it's about strategy

Barbara and sigwinne will also talk about medicine for hours and it's even more difficult to understand those conversations

ayato will spawn randomly, hand someone bubble tea and then disappear. It's his way of saying I love you.

He also jumps jumpscares everyone a lot. Not intentionally but just bc someone runs into him and they haven't seen ayato in a few days and he's got Gucci eyebags and looks ready to fight the Raiden shogun. Also because he's just really quiet when he moves. You don't notice his presence unless he wants you too.

All of the adults spoil furina, xingqiu, and barb rotten. Mona tries her best.

None if them like Jean. They think that Jean doesn't deserve Barb after everything but if barb wants to have a relationship with her then they won't do anything.

Candace has fought off a crowd of crazy fans before. She will do it again.

Candace and childe fight once a month. "To see who deserves a name that starts with C" childe says. The matches always end in a draw.

Neuvillette is a better dad then all of their canon fathers.

Barbara will start singing randomly and nilou will start dancing

Delta was talking about some political nonsense or whatever but Barb's gay ass was NOT listening. Too busy looking at them titti-

I saw this ship on Twitter and fell HARD for it. It is the pinical of sophisticated gay with disaster gay.

Delta 100 percent teases Barb, waiting for her to make a move but Barb is too much of a mess to do it. She has no idea what to do. Why women hot? What do.

But in all seriousness, this ship is so delightful to me. These two love snuggling every chance they get, Barb will make any excuse to burrow into Delta's hair and sleep there. Peak lizard behavior.

Trying to imitate the shows art style for comics has me feeling like I don't know how to draw, so I decided to try and figure them out in my usual style.

I couldn't commit to a full human disguise though because I crave their more demonic aspects.

imma keep it real with you guys and tell u the most basic common sense thing ever which i thought everyone knew but apparently not (not said in a mean or condescending way). ahem. it's ok to write a byler fic that only has byler in it. no one is going to stone you or bite you if you don't include the entire party or every other character. it's literally okay 🩷

as far as barbara stanwyck noirs go, the strange love of martha ivers is definitely the least exciting. boring even. where is the tension, the drama, the murder ?!? last two minutes should have happened thirty minutes earlier, idk idk it just wasn’t as snappy as it should have been. a good background movie, but not one i could necessarily recommend

I am still alive and I brought you all a gift because it took me so long to post. (That definitely didn’t take long)

So this sound trends on tiktok and I immediately thought of those two. My brain just couldn’t bare the thought that they might never be drawn/edited like that...

but then I realized, I can draw...I HAVE THE POWER!

So I took it in my own hands.

Have fun with this, It might take a while until I am back...tho I do try to be more active. But for now, enjoy the love (and a bit of angst/past trauma.)

It's kind of the fact that Barbara will always have this trauma, this pain that he caused. Even tho she can infact learn to love him again, there will always be this ever so small fear of getting hurt like he did before. She forgave him but she dosen't fully trusts him, at least not yet.

Also Walter reaches after her in his troll form but slowly stops in his human form. He let's her go, he let's the past go, his old self. He realizes that trying to appear more like human self is not the way and that she will only let him in if he is himself. If he is what he was forced and lived to become. A Changeling, tho not a Monster anymore.

I did try to include my headcanon Design for post-Eternal night. Obviously Barb is a little over the top (it's more a outfit for dates) and a new coat for Walter. I would say this takes place like 3-6 weeks after they defeated Morgana, so Walter dosen't really tried to ✨️express✨️ himself fully with his clothing...and i wanted to draw him in his old Design but also in MY and little new style so yeah. NO human clothes for my man. He has no shame, walking around half naked.🤭

Also small headcanon, Barbara likes him better with longer hair and his new style (mixing human/troll together). It makes him look and ferl like a new person and makes it easier for her bc she can see his true self, wich is a bit of both his forms. It's a reminder that not everything he said was a lie.

Do you all know this "She fell first, he fell harder"? Well I firmly believe it's them. Although Walter probably fell first AND harder.

Okay hear me out. Batfamily, ugly Christmas sweater addition.

Bruce Wayne:

No doubt in my mind his children forced him into it. As soon as Dick mentioned wearing ugly sweaters on Christmas Day he found this monstrosity sitting in his closet. He chucked it out. He forgot about it. The next week it was back. He threw it out again. Two days passed. It was back. He tried shredding it, burning it, burying it in the backyard. It reappeared each time. Needless to say, it was still there on Christmas and he reluctantly wore it to the delight of everybody.

Jason Todd:

He wanted absolutely nothing to do with what Dick had planned… at first. Then he realised it was a great opportunity to piss Bruce off. Funny enough, it didn’t work as he hoped as Bruce was just happy he was there.

Tim Drake:

Wanted nothing to do with it and still wants nothing to do with it. Chose the first thing on the rack. Would’ve given Young Justice the chance to chose he sweater but he doesn’t trust them to NOT get him something horrendous.

Dick Grayson:

Planned this whole thing just to wear this monstrosity he found while doom scrolling on Instagram reels (he has adhd and is a millennial, he sure as hell isn’t on TikTok BUT dopamine go brrr). His siblings hate him. He loves it.

Damian Wayne:

This boy FOUGHT like one of those cats being forced into a costume. He clawed and begged and weaponised crying. Dick cackled at him until he had it on. He stayed on Dicks shoulders for the rest of the night. They did not talk for a month after.

He will stab anyone who brings it up.

Stephanie Brown:

Okay picture this in hot pink. She immediately locks onto some sort of meme when Dick mentions ugly sweaters. She finds this ugly ass sweater and steals Bruce’s credit card to get it.

Cassandra Cain:

Stephanie immediately calls Cass with plans. She happily agrees. She helps Steph steal Bruce’s credit card and proudly pulls Steph around to show the whole family their matching sweaters. A photo of them recreating the meme with their matching sweaters spreads around the web for at least a week.

Barbra Gordon:

Along with this sweater, Barbs places a USB stick containing a compilation of epic patrol failures in each of the Bat’s Christmas stockings. She wants to keep them on their toes (and adequately afraid of her). It is effective.

Duke Thomas:

Same vain as Steph. Instantly clocked in on memes and found this bad boy. Shows up with yellow temporary dye on his hair and old-lady sunglasses from the dollar store. Whenever he faces the slightest inconvenience he asks to speak to the manager. It becomes a bit where the manager changes each time and becomes crazier than the last.

Alfred Pennyworth:

Motherfucker would not wear a ugly sweater no matter how much the children begged. And the children did beg (Damian had to pull out the puppy dog eyes for this one). Jason was actually the fucker who made him cave pulling out all the stops, “it’s my first Christmas with everyone since I… you know.”, “it would be nice to have something special to remember it you know?”, “I remember my first Christmas in the manor. I just want to feel that happy again.”

Jason comes prepared with the sweater and Alfred knows he’s lost (but he doesn’t really seem to mind when he sees all the smiling faces on Christmas Day).

Barb, examining everyone's chipped nail varnish a week in: sometimes I think I'm the only one who cares about shiny and elegant nails! X(

The guys are apologizing profusely of course. Unfortunately their jobs are dirty. Scarm digs in dirt a lot, Cag is... Well himself and rubi... His nails are very well taken care of. He'd love a new coat actually. Red and blue this time maybe? Gold next time? Surely there's a time and place for white too!

Cag could shapeshift his nails obviously. But he kinda likes taking the time to get his nails done. They spend their time gossiping and I mean... A lot of shit happens behind the scenes in baron castle.

Scarm just gets dirty a lot. It's in his element, he can't help it. He's very handsy in the sense that he digs etc etc. While he likes doing things manually he also knows barb isnt the biggest fan of it. Still, he takes the "your nails!!!" And the "am I the only one who cares :(??" And sits through the polishing etc etc. He's just happy to spend time with people :)

Something about how he had the full dark hair of youth and died like that

Something about how he never truly grew up like he should have

Something about how he was always stuck there in the past, stuck as that Snape boy from Spinner's End, stuck as Snivellus the boy who the Marauders hated for just existing

Something about how he died there in the same place he nearly died as a boy

Something about how he died in that place, bloodied and wounded, raven black hair, no difference between him and his boyhood self

Something about how that black hair was perhaps a sign that he was still living in the past, that a piece of him was eternally frozen at 21, at 16, at 15, he died a man yet he wasn't one, he wasn't a boy but not quite a man

Something about how his portrait among all the other heads of Hogwarts is the only one whose hair is fully dark, whose face isn't lined with age.

Next to them, he is a boy. Perhaps he always was.
