Sharing from my meal plan Notes to those who need ✨
New Plan - Calories
No Snacks Between Meals
No Grazing
Eat without distraction / Mindfully Eat (when kids are asleep, when you don’t have to get up every ten seconds)
Eat One Bit at a time
Chew each bite 20-30x
Start fast at 5pm / 6pm
End fast at 11am/12pm next day if possible
5 hour eating window, 2 meals a day with 1 snack or 3 meals. Plan emergency snack.
Tea Between Meals
Sleep by 7/8p
Avoid Food Noise
Drink tea
Exercise
Make a protein shake with a lot of ice
Take a bath
Shower / do hair
Prep foods for next day using bento boxes.
Eat at the same time every day. don’t destroy a good routine.
Everything you eat at work, eat the same way at home
If doing Low Carb / Keto
Pre: I’ve never had a good run with keto but for those of you who are trying it, follow guidelines below.

low calorie meals and snacks for y’all <3
breakfast: (normally i skip, but when i don’t this is one of the most fulfilling)
one egg, scrambled, no milk 🍳 106 cals
6 sliced strawberries 🍓 35 cals
total cals = 141 cals
for me this is such a filling meal!!! the egg provides some protein that helps you stay full for longer. i lightly salt and pepper my egg for a little extra flavor. i also slice the strawberries very small so that it takes me longer to eat them.
lunch: (lunch is my favorite meal because i always get to choose what im having)
3 cups of raw spinach 🥬 21 cals
3 oz of chicken, grilled (seasoned) 🐓 128 cals
1/4 cup of shredded carrots 🥕 20 cals
squeeze of lemon 🍋 0 cals
toss as a scrumptious salad. im a picky eater so this is how i eat my salads and it is so so yummy! season your chicken with a small bit of cajun seasoning to make it really flavorful. sometimes if i am in need of a crunch i will crush up a ritz cracker and toss with it.
total cals = 159 cals
dinner:
one slice of keto bread 🍞 35 cals
5 pieces of thin sliced turkey 🦃 62 cals
one slice of tomato 🍅 ~ 3-13 cals
6 slices of cucumber 🥒 5 cals
one cup of white cheddar popcorn 🍿 70 cals
total cals = 175 to 185 cals
assemble the bread, turkey, tomato, and cucumber into a sandwich. i use great value smoked turkey breast, lewis 35 white bread, and smart food popcorn.

Food intake: only had dinner: chicken braai, cucumber/salad/strawberry/feta salad, some cashews and keto bread (+ a glass of rosé)
Fast: 23h
Workout: 1.5 km run (-100 cals) ~ still feel in pain from my iud placement yesterday
Weight: 60.8 kg !!! Also lost 1 cm on my chest and thighs 🩷

Today is a met day for me since I've lost like 5 lbs this week already.
Breakfast was one egg sunny side up, a baby portabella mushroom, a half glass of whole fat milk and a small spoonful of honey. I just really wanted something sweet and figured honey is the best sugar I can have if Im gonna have it. (I'm keto, so this was a real treat).
For lunch I'm having a half of salad and go from yesterday, and I brought shredded chicken salad and celery sticks, so if I get hungry b4 I leave work I'll have that too.
Still gonna eat a small portion for dinner, and I didn't have breakfast, but it's been a LOT of restriction for the past few days!
It'll be steak for dinner though which is AWESOMEEEEE 🤤
I hope you skinny little angels are doing ok being so tiny ☺️
