I have a med that i need to take regularly on a full stomach (i cant quit because it's related to my heart). can you recommend something to eat before the medicine because salad every day sometimes gets boring... 😭
chicken and rice ! the knorr brand is easy to make and is only like 240 c4l and depending on how much chicken you add it shouldn’t increase it too much !
also mini quesadillas ! they make mini keto tortilla’s that are like 25 c4l each add chicken and cheese it’s around 107 c4l ! you can even spice it up and make it a pizza quesadilla. add pizza sauce, cheese, and some light mini pepperonis and it’ll be around 140 c4l
another fav of mine are mini bagels, for one half it’s like 35 c4l plus cream cheese and it’s around 95 :)

Sharing from my meal plan Notes to those who need ✨
New Plan - Calories
No Snacks Between Meals
No Grazing
Eat without distraction / Mindfully Eat (when kids are asleep, when you don’t have to get up every ten seconds)
Eat One Bit at a time
Chew each bite 20-30x
Start fast at 5pm / 6pm
End fast at 11am/12pm next day if possible
5 hour eating window, 2 meals a day with 1 snack or 3 meals. Plan emergency snack.
Tea Between Meals
Sleep by 7/8p
Avoid Food Noise
Drink tea
Exercise
Make a protein shake with a lot of ice
Take a bath
Shower / do hair
Prep foods for next day using bento boxes.
Eat at the same time every day. don’t destroy a good routine.
Everything you eat at work, eat the same way at home
If doing Low Carb / Keto
Pre: I’ve never had a good run with keto but for those of you who are trying it, follow guidelines below.

A delicious and refreshing salad loaded with chicken and made with healthy homemade ranch dressing.
Prep time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
🥗🍱🍗INGREDIENTS
* 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into small bite-sized pieces
* 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
* 4 Cups Packed Greens of choice
* ¼ Small Red Onion sliced
* ¾ Cup Cherry halved
* ½ English Cucumber sliced
* 1 Avocado sliced
* ⅓ Cup Corn Fresh or canned
Homemade Ranch Dressing
* 1 Cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
* 2-3 Cloves Garlic minced
* 2 Tsp Lemon
* 2 Tbsp Onion chopped
* 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
* 2 Tbsp Fresh chopped
* 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
* 1 Tbsp Fresh dill chopped
* Sea salt and pepper, to taste
🥰👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS
Start with making the homemade ranch dressing. Add all the ingredients to a small jar, place the lid on, then shake to emulsify.
Pour about 1/3 of the dressing over the chicken and allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Refrigerate the remaining dressing until ready to use.
Next, heat oil in a large non-stick pan, and add in the chicken in a single layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked through about 5-7 minutes.
To assemble the salad, add green to a large bowl. Top with remaining ingredients. Just before serving toss with the dressing and enjoy!
