Pfft you'd probably have better luck foraging through one of the million ad-ridden recipe websites out there (I pretty much smashed a couple of those together on a spur of the moment shopping trip) BUT since you asked AND it's an easy and delicious "I ain't cooking SHIT it's HOT" meal designed for the lazy and/or depressed, have thusly:
however much honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon you feel like chopping up (or if your grocery store does those pre-chopped boxerinos nab one of those, I did that cuz my store was out of honeydew and I was craving it fiercely) (also I always waste like half of whatever melon I buy since it rots before I get to it and this requires THREE melons)
as much feta cheese as your heart desires (I did 1/2 a cup)
a couple tablespoons of lime juice (I had a squeezy bottle, but you can be fancy with a real lime if you want)
a couple tablespoons of honey
half of however many tablespoons you used for those two of olive oil
go ham on the salt and pepper (I used smoked salt)
(I also added some cinnamon because I hadn't touched that spice in ages and felt sad for it)
chop the melons into bite-sized pieces (boxerino did 'em too big, sad) and mix them well with the feta. separately mix everything else then mix that into your melon-feta bowl, then devour as much as you want and put whatever's left in the fridge for later (I am so excited for lunch today)
One of the recipes I pulled up said no honey but use an onion and basil and red wine vinegar, and the recipe that said yes honey said also mint and cucumber, but again I did the shopping super spur of the moment (and also fairly damp and migrained because yay summer storm) so honestly do as your heart/stomach craves most. It took like seven minutes to put together only because I chopped shit smaller and I'm easily distracted, it's a three-minute meal otherwise and SO GOOD
