you woke up with a yawn and hazy eyes, the springs of jj's bed- well, john b's basically- proving of where you were. yes, you were in your boyfriends room, in his bed. not your pink bed, sadly. you looked over, and there he was.

his mouth open and half of his face covered with his ring covered hand, the other hand plus arm hanging off the mattress. his hair sprawled out and wild across the pillow, one leg still hooked with your own silky one. yeah, it'd been a long night. seriously.

you sighed, wiping a stray curl from in front of your face. inhaling, you could smell the scent of smoke. like something was burning. the sheets were whipped back when you practically jumped out of bed, running toward the kitchen.

jj groaned when he felt you leave. of course, the only time he gets up is when your warmth leaves the bed. he wiped his eyes and shouted. "doll? where are ya?" but he didn't get an answer. just a jumble of curses and then-

"jj motherfucking maybank!"

jj's eyes widened, making a face as he stumbled out of bed- the blankets wrapping up around his legs, making him fall to the floor with a thump. "ow! fucking floor. fuck you." he whisper shouted, as if the floor was breathing real oxygen.

he left the room, hurrying into the kitchen to see you with one of your books getting waved in the air toward the steaming oven. your arms extended while you flapped the paper like a fucking bird. "you forgot to turn off the stove you fucking dumbass!"

jj froze, blinking a few times before grabbing the book and tossing it across the room, grabbing a cup of water and splashing it onto the burning stove. when it went out- he laughed. humorous and careless.

"dude! that was insane. man, i feel like a fuckin' firefighter- oo y'know those stripper-" he rambled, a wolfish grin on his lips but you cut him off. "your kidding, right? you almost burnt the house down!"

he paused, his smile faltering as he heard the seriousness in your tone.

and jj? he was never serious. you knew that. everyone knew that.

"oh come on, minor incident right? i just forgot ok-"

you sighed, shaking your head and walking straight past him to grab a towel but he stopped you- grabbing your shoulders and looking directly at you. "hey, hey- okay, in all serious-en- ness or whatever that word is, im sorry." he slipped one hand up to your face, cupping your cheek with his calloused palm.

"its seriousness j"

he nodded, a small smile on his lips. "right, yeah i knew that but-" he paused, tilting his head and lifting his opposite hand to boop your nose with his finger. "`but i'm sorry, won't do it again doll."

the two of you had woken up, legs tangled together in the thin sheets of the bedroom in the chateau, where you crashed the night before. you had woken up to jj smothering kisses all over you, which had caused you to giggle hysterically.

"swear one of these days i'm bannin you from sleepin' over," he mumbled the empty threat under his breath.

after eating a light breakfast, the two of you got dressed in your bathing suits (you in a light pink bikini, jj in navy swim shorts), and grabbed your beach bag, heading towards the sand.

the two of you laid in the sun whilst your mini speaker lowly played music coming from a playlist the two of you made, combining you music tastes (considering they were vastly different). with sunglasses perched on your noses, the sun browned your skins, giving you both caramel tans.

this was one of your favorite things about jj being your boyfriend - he would indulge in your tanning needs, and even join in, since he was the last person to go on n' on about how it would give you skin cancer.

you sighed contently, feeling a peace. you flipped around on your back, brushing your hair to one side and looking at jj on your other, squinting through your glasses as you sent him a sweet smile. "havin' fun?"

"oh yeah, doll. best day I've had in years."

you giggle, the sound of travis scotts, "drugs you should try it" (jjs suggestion, of course) playing faintly in the background. "m'glad."

it didn't take long for you to get needy though - and who could balme you? seeing jjs glistening abs on full display was enough to wet your bikini bottoms and pull attention to the fluttering in your core. you turnaround on your elbows, squinting at him through you sunglasses.

it all started when you did not get enough sleep. JJ is some sort of human furnace or something because you can't go a second without the fan when sleeping with him but where was the fan? broken. he broke it, actually, who else would?

so, no sleep for you? results in grumpy, no-good mood for jj to take care of. it is his fault, but it's not like he does it on purpose. you basically just mope around all day in your little pink pajamas, small coffee mug grasped in your hand.

and your hair? untouched.

the sun was reflected into the cheap mirror- shining straight into your eyes and before you could close the window- you gave up because when your tired, what do you do? you give up the second something bothers you. Usually when you actually sleep and you have a fan in the room at night, you'd wake up fine and have a pink brush in your hair- while jj brushed his teeth unbothered by the toothpaste sort of splattering on to the mirror, beside you.

" look! look, sarah bought new bows for you at the shops in 'kook paradise' " he entered the bathroom, cardboard with bows clipped into the holes in his hands with a bright smile- energetic too, like usual- unlike you? no energy.

you extended a lazy hand, the other still wiping the lack of sleep out of your eye and a smile- cause jj always makes you smile. no sleep or not.- "thanks..tell sarah i said thank you, please" he placed the bows in your palm and watched, he expected you to place it on the counter and use them for today's hairstyle but no, you opened the cabinet and scooted other products to the side and placed the bows down, closing the door.

"wait, aren't you gonna use them today?" his voice laced with confusion, eyebrows slightly furrowed. your pink slippers made a small scraping sound as you turned to look at him with sleepy eyes.

"yeah, m'too tired." your voice was slightly hoarse from the lack of sleep, making him grab a cup and filling it with water. "here ya go, and if your too tired, then im doing it cause i cant go a day not seein' you with those little bows, doll"

you chuckled on the rim of the cup as you held it to your lips, eye's still on his figure before lowering the cup and placing it on the bathroom counter. "your gonna do it, hmm?" you raised your eyebrows, small smile on your pink lips.

"oh, hell, i'll dress you up too-" you laughed and shook your head, opening the cabinet and grabbing the bows. "here, show me what ya got" you lifted your leg and slipped it up onto the counter, with ease you sat on the counter and crossed your legs.

jj's lips curled up into an approving smile, coming up behind you and grabbing the hair brush before running it through your hair. "gimme the bows, please" he spoke with a nod toward the bows on the counter beside your leg.

you grabbed the bows and easily undid the clips from the cardboard- passing him the small pink one to which he grabbed and clipped onto the waistband of his shorts for now. "m'kay you want the one where part of your hair is like, up and then the bow holds it up?" he asked, his eyes meeting your in the mirror to see your nod, plus a smile.

he grabbed a half chunk of your hair and curled it up, gently, into his fist so he could grab the bow on his pants without letting go of your hair. "jj, you know you gotta put a hair tie on it first, so it don't fall out?" you chuckled while holding up a hair tie. " ah, yeah, forgot" jj chuckled lowly- the one that made your cheeks heat up- he grabbed the hair tie with a dramatic pluck and tied your hair with practice, surprisingly.

he unclipped the bow from his pants and poked his tongue out slightly, the bow slipping under a bit of your hair as it snapped into place. "there ya go doll" he grabbed your head with his hands and kissed the top of your head.

you spun around and untangled your legs, placing them on either side of his legs while looking at him. "thank you j" you smiled and gave him a small peck on the lips.

"uh huh, i did say i cant go a day without seein you and those bows, girly"
