please enjoy this little blurb about moving in with san, and trying to get your cats to bond with each other…or, more accurately, me using that scenario as an excuse to write about soft, domestic san

“I think they’re getting along,” San mutters, leaning back into the couch, shoulders pressing into the firm cushions. Your gaze wanders over his big shoulders, just admiring the gorgeous man that you get to call yours. Your eyes meet his, heart warming at the way he sweetly smiles at you, eyes crinkling at the sides as dimples form on his soft cheeks.

“Yeah,” you respond, plopping down next to him after he patted the spot beside him. He extends one arm over your shoulders, gently bringing you even closer to him. You happily nuzzle into his warmth, throwing your leg over his lap as you do so, your head resting on his chest.

You both look at the sight in front of you; your cat and his sniffing at one another. When your cat nuzzles against Byeol (San’s cat) and is met with a similar nuzzle, the pair seeming to approve of one another, you grin. “They’re definitely getting along,” you hum happily, resting your chin on San’s chest as you look up at him. He looks at you, hand rubbing over your back. “I love you,” you say, merely a whisper.

“I love you,” he responds, nuzzling his nose against yours in a way that’s reminiscent of your beloved pets, and god, everytime you genuinely think you can’t fall any harder for this man, he doesn’t something like that, and you fall deeper into your abyss of pure adoration for him.

You press your lips against his, the two of you sharing a short, sweet kiss. Just when San goes back in for seconds, a thud sounds on the couch, and there Byeol is stepping up on San’s thigh, clearly wanting attention. In a similar fashion, your cat follows in Byeol’s steps, sitting at your feet.

“That’ll have to wait, we have kids to tend to,” San says playfully, pecking your lips before turning his attention to Byeol, petting the purring cats’ head sweetly. You push yourself off of San just to scoop your own cat up, and soon, the four of you are snuggled up on the couch.

Nothing else in the world could bring you the very happiness and contentment you feel in this moment.

Accidentally tripped my way back into my t100 obsession, and am once again begging everyone to remember that Clarke didn’t just mean irradiating Mount Weather when she said “what I did to get them here”. Of course she means that part, but she also means killing Finn, letting the bomb drop on TonDC without warning anyone besides Lexa, even leaving the 47 behind when she was forced to escape in order to get the rest of the Delinquents a real rescue, lying to Bellamy about Octavia being in TonDC, telling Bellamy to. his. face. that it’s worth risking his life to take down the Mountain with the Grounders, and any number of other specific wrongs Clarke would 100% feel she had done. Bellamy’s “what we did” is unbearably kind, and does not even pale as an example of their partnership and love for each other, but he is only thinking of one part of Clarke’s enormous guilt to bear. As is his right. He did just help her commit genocide, he’s not going to be on top of his game (understanding Clarke), nor is he going to necessarily see many of these burdens the same way Clarke, in her special brand of self-deprecation, would.

It does feel as though we as a fandom focus on the same thing as Bellamy. Fair. Genocide of the entire Mountain is certainly going to be more devastating in the way of guilt than lying to Bellamy about Octavia’s safety, or even killing the boy she loves/loved. But Clarke spends much of season 2 either battling for a voice at Camp Jaha, forcing Lexa to take the alliance seriously, or trying to find any way to reach the 47 and get them all out safely, and she has Bellamy and any number of allies and friends alongside her for much of the journey, but the choices she makes for the 47 are largely still hers alone, especially once Bellamy goes into the Mountain. She has many reasons to feel guilty, and not all of them are choices she and Bellamy made together, so his support, while meaningful, doesn’t actually encompass all that is haunting Clarke.

I love DrRetro, Pest and Bive as a trio SO MUCH guys

PEST is an individual who clearly doesn’t want to deepen his relationship with the people of the elevator (biggest example being Poob, who tries TOO MUCH). But there’s DrRetro, dialogue between her and Pest imply they are closer, and quite know each other from BEFORE (they is canon facts that DrRetro have busted Pest out of prison!). PEST IS MORE LOOSE WITH THE WAY HE TALKS WITH HER, IT’S SO SPECIAL TO ME

Bive might not be as canon awesomeness as I like to think. Weird Gravity Falls question:

As fans, we’re all aware that Filbrick sucked as a dad.

But do Stan and Ford understand that?

It seems obvious to us outside viewers, but I don’t exactly recall any comments by either senior Pines twin that would suggest they have connected those dots. I believe it’s fairly normal for children of abusive, neglectful or just simply bad parents to think their parent’s behavior was normal or that they deserved it or whatever, and in addiction to not being able to remember a moment where they admit their dad sucked, they certainly have both internalized his words.

Ford continued to pursue his education and was obsessed with academic excellence, as that seemed to be the one and only thing that made his father show him any kind of appreciation.

Stan continued to obsess over money, as his dad told him that was the only way he was allowed to return home. And let’s not forget his comment in the finale “dad was right, I am a screw up”

But again, and please please correct me if I’m wrong, I can’t think of anything either of them has said that criticizes their father’s actions. There’s the comment that he “wasn’t easily impressed” which I think more than anything, serves more as an excuse for his actions. Heck, in the flashback of Stan taking boxing lessons, I felt that whole scene was framed as Filbrick being a good dad, personally, I thought he was a good dad up until A Tale of Two Stans.

Idk I guess I just always assumed that after several decades they started to understand that Filbrick wasn’t a great dad, but it’s perfectly realistic for neither of them to have come to that conclusion, and frankly, the tiny bits of evidence from the show support this being the case.

I rambled a bit here, but what do you all think? Did I forget a moment that proves they do see their dad wasn’t a good dad? Do you think they have processed that part of their childhoods?

She picks her most trusted comrades, people who have been through the worst of it together, who have survived, not unscathed, but with a desire to fight back, to seek vengeance. She knows that by choosing them she may be condemning them to death, to imprisonment if they’re taken alive. She is sure that the ones she selects would die before they betrayed her and their cause.

Does she feel remorse for putting their lives in jeopardy after they’ve survived so much? Does she wonder if it’s fair to reward their bravery with such risk? And do they follow her without question, putting all their faith in her plan, or do some of them think that she’s begun to lose her mind?
