“you should get all your patches from local bands and live shows!” Honey, I’m poor and I live in arkansas, how am I supposed to do that?

#should I just get blue grass patches from the state fair or something?#what local bands are even making cool patches?#I don’t even know any local bands #and I haven’t really seen any advertised online that look like something I’d jam to #I’m picky!#not many of the current bands I listen to even make patches #and maybe I don’t want to go to live shows! maybe I’m shy! ever think of that!?#and I don’t want to drive an hour just to see some shitty band #I’m a poser. I just want to look cool. I have minimal interest in seeing some crust punk band play in a small hot room #I did my time already! I did the teenage hardcore scene! I paid my dues! now just let me do my own thing #just let me make my silly little jacket in peace #not that anyone is really bothering me… just kinda complaining about nothing #not a lot of electronic or goth bands playing in arkansas that also make patches… that I know of #who knows. maybe there are and I just haven’t heard about them 🤷🏻‍♂️#just always seems like I dunno metalcore or folk punk whatever bands. not that there’s anything wrong with that.#I dunno. I don’t know genres anymore.#it’s a lot of metal bands I can’t differentiate or college kids with acoustic guitars. lots of yelling from both.#which… cool. I just think it’d be really funny if Airplane wrote a new trashy romance novel with the same writing style as PIDW but this time a danmei and Shen Yuan was riveted. Suddenly, Shang Qinghua’s hack writing isn’t so bad when it’s about men and now Shen Yuan is spending his time insisting that Shang Qinghua’s writing somehow improved (it didn’t) and it has nothing to do with being gay (it absolutely does.)

So how come I haven’t seen anybody talking about Wade fixing Logan’s ruined X-Man Uniform after the movie ??

Come on, he talks about how important that suit was to him as his only reminder of his friends, and the sleeves are ruined, the top is ripped off, and it’s covered in blood by the end of the movie. BUT, who had an entire montage of making his iconic suit and fine tuning it in the first movie ? Who knows how to sew, fix, and make a super suit actually DECENTLY and knows to remove blood stains with seltzer water and lemon??

What I’m saying is, Logan being scared Wade will ruin what tiny scraps he has left of that suit when Wade offers to fix it, and he actually fixes it perfectly, complete with the iconic sleeveless version because “those guns need to be free to breathe for the good of the world, we just saved it, I’m not covering those and risking it all again”

I think they should let Talia have a recurring boytoy, somebody mature and unassuming but cultured like a professor or an art director or something. He serves no narrative purpose other than to give Talia a taste of the life she could have if she wasn’t burdened by her connection to the league, and to make Bruce jealous even though they’re not together anymore. Idk I just want nice things for her

#Wait. What if he was a doctor. Could be a girlfriend too I’m not picky #Listen I know the whole point is that Bruce is her one true love but can’t she have a little side piece let her have fun she deserves #to be adored. Supes being the only one to ever throw Bats through the air despite a bunch of others being able to do the same

Some new leaguer tries it once and doesn't understand why they're now on Supermans shit list

No one else wants to explain the X+ amount of years of Superbat pinning and baby steps for the two to get to the point of Supes throwing Bats during missions

Oh my god, imagine some new hotshot (Guy Gardner, etc) comes in and throws Batman during a mission because he saw Superman do it once and before Bruce’s feet fully touch the ground he’s hauling Hal Jordan off as the ranking Green Lantern for a discussion on Gardner because he’s a professional and won’t do it right in front of the League. MEANWHILE, Superman is getting shoved into a wall by Diana trying to calm him down because he’s got the burning red eyes and the sudden urge to throw Gardner through the air without a ring to see how he likes it (Clark was terrified Bruce would get injured and won’t fully be over this for at least 5-7 business days)
