…Fuck.
The smaller, better half of my conscience: No, Lottie. You already have THREE things to write about him. You don’t need to add a fourth. You can do it later.
The horny, bigger part of my conscience: 1940s jazz club singer who’s a regular at a particular stage with a sexy singing voice but who’s also a secret assassin on the side.

Reading the webtoon and…
Does this imply that Kim Dokja also tried to write a questionnaire for her to fill in since she wouldn’t speak to him, that either he 1) never gave her in the end (especially if he couldn’t find her after she was released) or 2) gave it to her and she STILL refused to answer?
Because that is so so so so awful. It was already bad but if he tried so many ways to get her to speak and she still gave him no response, regardless of her reasoning… isn’t that still directly choosing to cut herself fully out of his life? Why in the hell did she lie for his sake and allow him to visit her if she wanted to never speak to him again?
I know everyone claims Kim Dokja is just like her in sacrificing himself for loved ones, but at least he tries his best to stay with them and to keep them in his life. He still chooses sacrifice, but it’s not because he intends to never return. He always returns (even if much later than planned).
The only time this differs is with 51%, when he STILL tried his best to stay with them - at least as much as he could.
I sometimes like Lee Sookyung, but I am mostly still SO mad at her for completely ignoring her child since he was 8 years old. Especially when he must have looked like shit any number of times from being mistreated and bullied by family, friends, army, employers.
But maybe that’s just the fragment in me being eternally pissed with her. She DOES love him, but like he says in the webtoon in this chapter - maybe such truths are painful enough to be false anyways, because they’re just SUCH bullshit. That’s not how affection should work, if you actually care about someone and want them to be happy.

JJK Spoilers (Chapter 143)
I love both of their reactions here for opposite reasons
With Megumi, he’s consistently taking responsibility of the consequences of Yuji being alive. He has no regrets about it because he knows Yuji to his core is a good person
So when Yuji says this, Megumi looks absolutely disgusted and angry with him. He knows firsthand Yuji would never willingly kill someone, he’s too kind for that. So he shares the responsibility that Yuji feels is weighing him down instead of telling him “it’s not your fault” because he knows he could never convince him otherwise, he tells him it’s their fault so Yuji can lean on him, so he knows he’s not alone in this
Yuji on the other hand believes vehemently that he’s the one to blame because he harbors Sukuna. He saw the aftermath when he reverted back. Which is why he looks so desperate here, he wants – needs to convince Megumi that he’s dangerous and being around him will get you killed. He doesn’t want anyone but especially Megumi to end up hurt or dead, which is why he’s trying so hard here to make him understand that
That’s why Megumi was so incredibly smart for telling Yuji to save him. He knew too well that arguing with him would be pointless. He gives him solutions, distractions so Yuji wouldn’t sit on if he deserves to die or not.
The way they view Megumi saving Yuji that day is fascinating.
Megumi sees him saving Itadori as a good thing. He saved a good person who can change the world for the better. Yuji sees Fushiguro saving him as a ticking time bomb of destruction. His existence now is going to make the world worse off
The relationship between these two is so well done because really, they work phenomenally together. They care deeply as well as respect one another, especially their opinions. However the angst and tragedy of their writing falls within their own view of themselves and how they view each other, but even then, it’s not because they hate the other, it stems from a place of caring and love.
Megumi not only saved Yuji’s life, but he gave him a purpose when he truly thought his existence was evil. It all boils down to protecting the other.

God, there’s something about the framing of Shauna beating up on Lottie. To have Lottie place her hands deliberately behind her back. To have her expressly ask the only boys to leave the room—to have her ask Travis to take Javi out of the room, as this kind of scene would normally request a young woman to be removed before the violence can start. To have no slapping, no hair-pulling, but the sheer escalation of grief into brutality. To pull no punches. And to cut in all these slow motion scenes of the women they become—traumatized, grief-stricken, lonely, guilty, dying—dancing, laughing, letting the snow wash away the blood and the pain for a little while. Letting the friendship montage together with the violence. It’s poetic, and it’s awful, and it’s perfectly done in the most haunting sense.

we’ve swung so hard from the one evil conclusion (Louis is a horrible person who deserves the awful things that have been inflicted on him) that now we’re on the equally evil and terribly boring side of Louis is an angel and you cannot argue he was being cruel or manipulative in any of his relationships. like yes he was. he was genuinely horrible to Armand, even if Armand was playing some 5d chess game the whole time. Louis is cruel, relentless and deeply selfish in every relationship he enters. Which is why it is positively baffling to read people reacting with anger when meta or discussion arises about Louis’ negative traits or behaviour? especially when they’re arguing against things that Jacob Anderson has said in interviews? 100% valid to want to protect Louis and acknowledge that a significant proportion of fandom are harsher on him than on his peers, but that does not make him an angel and it’s not racially motivated to call the vicious selfish vampire a vicious selfish vampire. that’s the appeal of him!!! love him as is stop flattening him

Hey!
Hiya there, I decided to do a picrew challenge:] by that I mean I tried a bunch of different picrews I saw to see how close I could get to them looking like my actual self
(this was something I did on a whim and on my own, and not some compilation. Oh! And I will be linking picrew I used so dw!)
Here’s a list of aspects about me that I tired to include in each thing the best that I could:
- simple black/dark grey undershirt, red collared over-shirt, black/dark grey bandana/mask over neck
- dark brown (almost wavy/curly) hair, short on the top shaved down on the sides, black cowboy-like hat or black (noise canceling) headphones
- blue almost grey eyes, right eye(viewers left) slightly closed, bushy eyebrows and eyelashes, scar over right(viewers left) eyebrow, dark eyebags, golden hexagon glasses (not sunglasses)
- reddened hands or gloves, compression socks (for the ones that show full body), earring on left(viewers right) ear
Now for the picrews!:
(Plus the links)
(Oh, and if you want, feel free to do this same challenge yourself! Tag some friends, make this a chain if you want. Or just use this to see which picrews are the most inclusive and have things for you. Do whatever! I just did this for fun and said ‘fuck it, I’ll post my results why not’) @phpolly @echofish07 @eliyips @shadowsesi @nogenderonlyfrogie (don’t mind me, just tagging some of my moots in case they wanna try this picrew challenge thingy too)
