On s2 of my Downton rewatch. I actually love Lavinia so much. I'm team MaryxMatthew all the way, but Lavinia was so sweet, and she loved Matthew so much. I almost find myself hating this part of the plot because she deserved so much, and what she deserved could never be hers.

I’d like to think while the angels paint demons as villains in a “they are monsters who torment and hurt everyone and you will suffer if your close to them because they will turn you into a bad person and make you a fallen angel”

Demons paint angel in a “even if you can become close companions with angels they will be restless if you are stronger then them and not under their thumb, they will bring tragedy into your life as you slowly watch the one you call friend go into the madness for trying to become stronger then you” type of villains

Most legends that demon tell to scare their budlings are of demons that tried to befriend angels and either died as their friends descended to madness or they had to kill them themselves to stop their madness

I think part of what makes tlt such a good book series is how human all of the characters are. Even the characters who aren’t quite human anymore desperately wish they were and in that desire become more human. Each character loves and hates with reckless abandon. They cherish each other and the spaces they exist in even though those spaces are very different than the ones we exist in. What’s more human than a teacher showing up at what might be the end of the world to try and keep the few students left calm and safe? What’s more human than hating someone to the point that you can’t live without them? What’s more human than tearing apart your very mind to spare yourself intense grief? What’s more human than sacrificing all of yourself to save someone else? What’s more human than saying I was wrong, you deserved better, you needed a safe adult and it should have been me? What’s more human than believing in something so strongly that you’d rend the world in two just to see it through and then spending ten thousand years lying to yourself about what happened? Humanity has always been a complex collection of emotions. We’ve always represented the best and worst of everything and Taz Muir’s characters do the same. The same people who cradle children in their arms with unbelievably gentle hands will also wage war against innocent people. It’s not good, but it’s human.

It's so wild being someone who related to Jason's Eldest Daughter/Gifted Kid SyndromesTM and Piper's If I'm Different Maybe I'll Finally Be Good Enough, But Being "Different" Makes Me Feel More Lonely on their first read through HoO/tLH (and being scared, confused and angry at how much it called me out since they were the first characters I saw myself in) VS seeing how much hate for their characters were/are getting for being "boring" kids with personality image issues hits different lmao

I want to like bo-katan as the pathetic meow meow she is in the mando s3 era, but the lack of consistency in her narrative drives me insane and I truly cannot be the only one. her characterization swings from one end of the ambivalent-invested spectrum every single episode and like,,,, me too girl but it doesn't feel intended by the show creators and I'm sorry you're so poorly written

Honestly, I think that Eri would use Rewind on All Might, because he honestly deserves to have organs.

At the end of the day I think it's Eri's choice and realistically I don't think Eri is that close with all might to do such a thing and I don't even think that she can do such a thing.

Let me explain myself here I think that eri will only heal those that she is incredibly close to like izuku (her hero) , aizawa (her guardian) and her friends (the ones she is incredibly close to at least). I really don't think that all might makes the list here to be honest. Second of all if we back track and see how Eri's quirk works I doubt that it has even recovered properly from what happend in chapter 420 where she literally brutally cuts off her own horn so it can rewind Izuku's arm (this is just wrong and corrupt in so many ways Eri deserves better!!).

That aside her horn only managed to give izuku 2 or 3 minutes worth of rewind which really isnt much and when she used her quirk on mirio it only gave her 6 months or less of rewind. So I honestly doubt that she can even have enough power in her to rewind all might 13 years or so back ( all might before the fight with AFO pre canon)

Also this very much begs the question just how advanced is MHAs medical field?!?! Can't they restore all mights body? Organ transplants? Therapy? And how the hell is all might alive without a stomach and an incredibly damaged lung?!?! He should of died in his fight with AFO pre canon long time ago.
