Auroras singer is a POWERHOUSE vocalist. She sings at a very high register that most ears are going to pick up MORE, that’s normal. She is NOT TRYING TO OUTSING EVERYONE. Your ears are going to naturally pick up on those higher registers REGARDLESS.

If anything you need to have an issue with the MIXING not the SINGER.( I don’t feel this way I personally liked the mixing except for respite, I do think that song needs more work.)

If she truly was THAT LOUD like y’all are complaining she is, I TRULY believe Tobias would have never approved the recording. The fact that we HAVE IT means HE LIKED IT ENOUGH TO RELEASE IT. SO TAKE IT UP WITH TOBIAS AND STOP BAD MOUTHING HER.

y’all do realize altruist isn’t alastors last name right. he’s calling himself an altruist in the song as part of the mockery about how he “died for his friends”. an altruist is someone who does good things for others. which he’s supposedly done but really this was all for his own self interest. Like Zane literally commits genocide and no one (rightfully) holds that against him. For a variety of reasons but one of the big ones being the writers don’t really do anything with it after S11 (or even during it (that and it’s a Lego show for 8-13 year olds)).

I’m not saying he’s a perfect character free from sin, that’s not how writing works, and I don’t want him to be one either. I’m just so incredibly tired of not being able to say anything about him in certain community spaces without having to feel like I’m walking on eggshells.

Saw a video and it mentioned the Myth of Hades and Persephone being pretty toxic, and literally fucking all the comments were like “ummm actually Persephone fell in love with Hades and chose to go there willingly and they actually had a very healthy relationship and you’re wrong,” and I’m fucking BEGGING these people to research myths other than reading a shitty romance retelling of it. Because like the original myth is about a mother’s devastation over loosing contact with her daughter due to a decision the men around her made over her head. It’s representative of a situation many mothers and daughter had to go through back then. Idk just the fact that people are trying to change to myth into a romance has always been pretty disgusting to me, but that fact that people are now claiming that that’s the actual original version is pretty absurd.
