Which foodstuffs cause piles?
Veins within and outside of your anus and rectum that are inflamed and enlarged is called Piles . They may be uncomfortable, painful, and can lead to rectal bleeding. Another name for piles is haemorrhoids . Hemorrhoids are a part of everyone's natural state, however they are generally not an issue. They only exhibit bothersome symptoms when they swell and grow larger.
1.It's advisable to restrict those foods which contain little fiber you eat because eating too much of them might lead to or exacerbate constipation (and, consequently, hemorrhoids' ).
2.White bagels and bread
3.dairy products such as milk and cheese
4.Meat Processed foods, such as fast food and frozen meals
Before using iron supplements, consult your doctor because they may contribute to constipation and other digestive issues. Piles are a result of straining, which puts pressure on the veins in your rectum or anus. They may come to mind as varicose veins on your bottom. Anal and rectal veins might swell and inflame as a result of any strain that puts more pressure on your tummy or lower extremities.
5.Especially during pregnancy, weight increase can cause pelvic discomfort
6.putting up a lot of effort to poop due to constipation
7.lifting large objects with effort or weightlifting
How can we prevent from piles ?
As your age older ,piles are more frequent. These actions can aid in avoiding the constipation and firm stools that can cause piles
*.Avoid using the restroom for too long or too firmly. Pressure on your rectum and anus results from prolonged toilet use. Your rectum is lower than the rest of your bottom because the seat is carved out. Blood begins to collect and clot in certain veins as a result of gravity taking over. Hemorrhoids may result from straining or pushing when those factors are present.
*When the desire strikes, use the restroom right away; don't wait. Try to sit down for a while if you feel the need to use the restroom between bathroom visits. Breathe deeply and direct your attention away from your bladder. Set a target of waiting for at least five minutes. You can eventually increase this to 10 or even 20 minutes.
*Drink a lot of water all day long .The kidneys are unable to excrete extra water from the body when there is too much of it present. It begins to build up inside the body and causes nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea . headaches that keep you up all day. Both dehydration and hydration can cause headaches. *Increase your intake of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other high-fiber foods. In general, women and those born with the gender allotted to them should strive to consume 25 grams of fiber daily, whereas males and those born with the gender allocated to them ought to consume 35 grams. *Physically active. Bowels continue to move when you're moving. It's likely that you've changed something about your lifestyle if you're going to the bathroom more frequently. For instance, you might be eating more whole grains, which boosts your consumption of fibre . Increased bowel movements may sometimes be a sign of a minor condition that will go away on its own. *Only use laxatives or enemas as directed by your healthcare professional. Laxatives and enemas in excess can make it worse. The most typical signs of a laxative overdose include nausea, vomiting, cramping in the abdomen, and diarrhoea. Children are more likely than adults to have dehydration and an imbalance in their electrolytes (body chemicals and minerals).

Parts used: Leaves & flowers
Habitat and Cultivation: This hardy plant is native to temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere in Asia, Europe & North America
Plant type: Perennial
Region: 3-9
Harvest: Harvest yarrow when the blooms only when they have fully opened. It should be cut right above the leaf node to encourage the plant to potentially flower again. Many choose to harvest the flowers in the late morning when the dew has dried before so that the plant is not stressed by the extreme heat. Hot, dry spells right before bloom seems to be ideal for producing the most fragrant leaves.
Growing tips: Plant in an area that receives full sun to encourage compact growth and many flowers about 1-2 feet apart. In partial sun or shade, yarrow tends to grow leggy. Yarrow performs best in well-drained soil. It thrives in hot, dry conditions; it will not tolerate constantly wet soil. Loamy soil is recommended, but yarrow can also be grown in clay soil as long as it does not always stay saturated with water. While this plant is technically considered invasive only in noncultivated settings, common yarrow still needs to be planted in an area where you don't mind proliferation.
Medicinal information: Yarrow has a history of being used for fever, common cold, hay fever, absence of menstruation, dysentery, diarrhea, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal (GI) tract discomfort, and to induce sweating. Some people chew the fresh leaves to relieve toothache. Yarrow is applied to the skin to stop bleeding from hemorrhoids; for wounds; and as a sitz bath for painful, lower pelvic, cramp-like conditions in women. Some people chew the fresh leaves to relieve toothache.
Cautions: Yarrow is commonly consumed in foods, but yarrow products that contain a chemical called thujone might not be safe because it is poisonous in large doses. Yarrow is not recommended for use during pregnancy or chestfeeding as it causes risks of miscarriage. Yarrow might slow blood clotting. In theory, taking yarrow might increase the risk of bleeding in people with bleeding disorders. In some people, it also might cause skin irritation & is toxic to cats & dogs.

Re your poll on anal play - I would love to experiment, but I have pretty big external hemherroids (yippee) and am too scared to try in case I make them worse!
So not, to like, totally TMI on main, but to yeah really TMI on main...
I have the exact same problem, and it's not been an issue for me. Obviously when the external hemorrhoids are inflamed, anal play is a no-go, but when they're not inflamed, they're basically just big ole ugly weird skin tags, and as long as you're gentle with yourself and don't mind that they feel kinda weird, there's no reason they should prevent you from doing some anal play, especially with fingers and toys.
True story, about 5 years ago I went to the doctor to discuss getting them removed, and he was like, "the surgery is awful and you do not want to do this," and I was like, "but anal sex is great," and he was like, "...nothing about your current situation prevents you doing that, and the surgery is awful."
So.
I did not get the surgery, and I've continued to do gentle anal play when they cooperate, and it's been no problem. I've never had anal play trigger them to be inflamed.
Anyway. Idk if this is the kind of answer you expected when you sent this, but you happened to find me, and I: 1. have no TMI filter, and 2. as I said, have this exact same problem, and so here we are.
Good luck, anon!

My Health Journey & Urgent Appeal for Support 🙏❤️🏳️⚧️🌈.
Hello friends,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out today to share a deeply personal update about my health and to ask for your support in what has become one of the most challenging periods of my life.
For quite some time, I have been battling severe hemorrhoids, mostly internal, which have caused significant pain and discomfort. After thorough examinations, the doctors informed me that I am in the final stage of this condition, and the only viable solution is surgery. This operation will not only alleviate my suffering but is crucial to prevent the recurrence of this painful condition.
While I am grateful to have been directed to a reputable hospital with professional care, the financial burden of this treatment weighs heavily on me. The total cost of the surgery is $1,570 USD. I have already paid $210 for consultations, examinations, and scans, which confirmed the severity of my condition.
To proceed with the surgery, I need to make an initial deposit of $1,000, with the remaining amount payable afterward. Thanks to the support of a kind donor, I already have $200 set aside, leaving me still needing $800 to move forward as soon as possible.
I am reaching out to all of you because any donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact and bring me closer to reclaiming my health and well-being. Your support would mean the world to me in this difficult time.
If you would like to contribute or share this message to help spread the word, I would be forever grateful. Every contribution, every Reblog and every kind thought brings me closer to a healthier, pain-free future. Donate ⬇️❤️😭🙏⬇️

doing that thing where I do way too much research for one throwaway line and...
During this era, bloodletting was used to treat almost every disease. One British medical text recommended bloodletting for acne, asthma, cancer, cholera, coma, convulsions, diabetes, epilepsy, gangrene, gout, herpes, indigestion, insanity, jaundice, leprosy, ophthalmia, plague, pneumonia, scurvy, smallpox, stroke, tetanus, tuberculosis, and for some one hundred other diseases. Bloodletting was even used to treat most forms of hemorrhaging such as nosebleed, excessive menstruation, or hemorrhoidal bleeding. Before surgery or at the onset of childbirth, blood was removed to prevent inflammation. Before amputation, it was customary to remove a quantity of blood equal to the amount believed to circulate in the limb that was to be removed. There were also theories that bloodletting would cure "heartsickness" and "heartbreak". A French physician, Jacques Ferrand wrote a book in 1623 on the uses of bloodletting to cure a broken heart. He recommended bloodletting to the point of heart failure (literal).
(wikipedia article)
I knew this was wild but this is wild wild. Oh you're bleeding? Here let me just write up a quick prescription for more bleeding. We're gonna amputate one of your limbs but first we're gonna bleed you out equivalent to what you're also gonna lose during the amputation. It'll be fiiiiine. Oh your boyfriend dumped you? Let me just literally stop your heart real quick then you'll feel better don't worry about it.
#tw blood#tw medical#specifically sketchy historical medical practices#side note it's kinda gross-cool that humanity has been using leeches for medicine of varying legitness since forever and we still do

Effective Hemorrhoids Treatment in Ghaziabad: A Guide by Piles Fistula Clinic
Understanding Hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the lower rectum or anus. They can be classified into two main types:
Internal Hemorrhoids: These occur inside the rectum and are usually not visible or felt. They can cause bleeding during bowel movements.
External Hemorrhoids: These develop under the skin around the anus. They can be painful and cause itching or swelling.
Causes and Risk Factors
Several factors can contribute to the development of hemorrhoids, including:
Chronic Constipation or Diarrhea: Straining during bowel movements can increase pressure on the veins in the rectal area.
Pregnancy: Increased pressure on the pelvic veins during pregnancy can lead to hemorrhoids.
Obesity: Excess weight can put additional pressure on the rectal veins.
Sedentary Lifestyle: Lack of physical activity can contribute to the development of hemorrhoids treatment in Ghaziabad.
Symptoms to Watch For
Recognizing the symptoms of hemorrhoids is crucial for early treatment. Common symptoms include:
Pain or Discomfort: Especially during or after bowel movements.
Bleeding: Bright red blood on toilet paper or in the toilet bowl.
Itching or Irritation: Around the anus.
Swelling: Around the rectal area.
Treatment Options at Piles Fistula Clinic
At the Piles Fistula Clinic in Ghaziabad, we offer a range of treatment options tailored to individual needs. Our goal is to provide relief and prevent recurrence with the most effective and minimally invasive methods available.
1. Conservative Treatments
Dietary Changes: Increasing fiber intake to prevent constipation and promote regular bowel movements.
Over-the-Counter Medications: Topical creams and ointments can help alleviate symptoms such as itching and pain.
Sitz Baths: Soaking in warm water several times a day can reduce inflammation and discomfort.
2. Minimally Invasive Procedures
Rubber Band Ligation: A technique where a small rubber band is placed around the base of the hemorrhoid, cutting off its blood supply and causing it to shrink and fall off.
Sclerotherapy: An injection of a chemical solution into the hemorrhoid, which causes it to shrink.
Infrared Coagulation: Using infrared light to destroy the hemorrhoidal tissue and reduce symptoms.
3. Surgical Options
For severe cases or when other treatments are not effective, surgical options may be recommended:
Hemorrhoidectomy: Surgical removal of hemorrhoids treatment in Ghaziabad, which is highly effective for severe cases.

Understanding Hemorrhoids: Symptoms, Causes, and Treatment
Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are swollen veins in the lower rectum and anus that can cause discomfort, pain, and bleeding. They are a common condition, affecting millions of people worldwide. Here are some key points about hemorrhoids:
Types: Hemorrhoids can be internal, located inside the rectum, or external, located under the skin around the anus.
Causes: The exact cause of hemorrhoids is unclear, but factors such as straining during bowel movements, chronic constipation or diarrhea, sitting for long periods, and obesity can increase the risk.
Symptoms: Common symptoms of hemorrhoids include rectal bleeding, itching or irritation around the anus, pain or discomfort, swelling around the anus, and a lump near the anus.
Diagnosis: Hemorrhoids are usually diagnosed based on symptoms and a physical examination of the anus and rectum.
Treatment: Mild hemorrhoids often improve with home treatments such as over-the-counter creams, ointments, or pads. Eating a high-fiber diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding straining during bowel movements can also help.
Medical Procedures: For more severe cases, medical procedures such as rubber band ligation, sclerotherapy, or surgery may be recommended to remove or shrink hemorrhoids.
Prevention: To prevent hemorrhoids, it's important to maintain a healthy diet high in fiber, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, avoid straining during bowel movements, and try not to sit on the toilet for too long.
Complications: Although rare, severe hemorrhoids can lead to complications such as anemia (due to chronic bleeding), strangulated hemorrhoids (when blood supply to an internal hemorrhoid is cut off), or thrombosed hemorrhoids (when a blood clot forms in an external hemorrhoid).
It's important to consult a healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment if you suspect you have hemorrhoids.

The Bountiful Benefits of a Vegan Lifestyle on Health
Introduction: In recent years, the popularity of veganism has soared, not only as a dietary choice but as a lifestyle embraced by many for its ethical, environmental, and health considerations. While the ethical and environmental arguments for veganism are compelling, this article will delve into the myriad health benefits that come with adopting a vegan diet and lifestyle. From reducing the risk of chronic diseases to promoting overall well-being, veganism offers a wealth of advantages for those who choose to embrace it.
Lower Risk of Chronic Diseases: One of the most significant health benefits of adopting a vegan diet is the reduced risk of chronic diseases. Numerous studies have shown that Vegan Health Benefits tend to have lower rates of heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer compared to omnivores. The absence of animal products in the diet means lower intake of saturated fats and cholesterol, which are known contributors to cardiovascular problems. Additionally, the abundance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and legumes in a vegan diet provides essential nutrients and antioxidants that help combat inflammation and oxidative stress, further lowering the risk of chronic diseases.
Weight Management and Improved Metabolic Health: Obesity and overweight are significant contributors to various health issues, including heart disease, diabetes, and joint problems. Vegan Health Benefits, typically rich in fiber and low in saturated fats, can aid in weight management and improve metabolic health. Plant-based foods tend to be less calorie-dense while being more nutrient-dense, allowing individuals to feel fuller for longer periods and consume fewer calories overall. Furthermore, studies have indicated that vegan diets may enhance insulin sensitivity, potentially reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
Enhanced Digestive Health: A plant-based diet is naturally high in dietary fiber, which plays a crucial role in maintaining digestive health. Fiber promotes regular bowel movements, prevents constipation, and supports a healthy gut microbiome. By fostering the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon, fiber helps reduce the risk of digestive disorders such as diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Moreover, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains provides ample prebiotics—non-digestible fibers that nourish gut bacteria—further supporting digestive wellness.
Lower Blood Pressure and Reduced Risk of Stroke: High blood pressure, or hypertension, is a significant risk factor for stroke, heart disease, and kidney failure. Vegan Health Benefits, characterized by their emphasis on whole plant foods and minimal processed foods, have been shown to help lower blood pressure levels. The abundance of potassium-rich foods, such as leafy greens, bananas, and potatoes, helps counteract the effects of sodium and promote healthy blood pressure. Additionally, the anti-inflammatory properties of plant-based foods contribute to improved vascular function and reduced arterial stiffness, further decreasing the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular events.
Improved Skin Health and Anti-Aging Benefits: The saying "you are what you eat" holds true when it comes to skin health. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats can contribute to a radiant complexion and delay signs of aging. Plant-based foods are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that nourish the skin from within, helping to combat oxidative stress and inflammation. Furthermore, the absence of dairy products in a Vegan Health Benefits may benefit individuals prone to acne, as dairy consumption has been linked to increased acne severity in some studies. By promoting hydration, collagen production, and overall skin vitality, a vegan diet can help individuals achieve a healthier, more youthful appearance.
Potential Reduction in Allergic Reactions and Food Sensitivities: Food allergies and sensitivities can significantly impact one's quality of life, leading to uncomfortable symptoms and dietary restrictions. While allergies are primarily determined by genetics and immune system responses, some evidence suggests that vegan diets may help reduce the risk or severity of certain allergic reactions. By eliminating common allergens such as dairy, eggs, and shellfish, individuals may experience relief from symptoms related to food allergies or sensitivities. Additionally, the diversity of plant-based foods in a vegan diet can help support a robust immune system, potentially reducing the likelihood of developing new allergies over time.
Conclusion: The health benefits of a vegan lifestyle are vast and compelling, offering individuals the opportunity to improve their well-being while making ethical and sustainable dietary choices. From lowering the risk of chronic diseases to promoting digestive health, veganism provides a holistic approach to nourishing the body and mind. While transitioning to a vegan diet may require thoughtful planning and education to ensure adequate nutrient intake, the rewards in terms of Vegan Health Benefits and vitality are well worth the effort. By embracing a plant-based lifestyle, individuals can not only transform their own health but also contribute to a more sustainable and compassionate world.
