10 High-Fiber Recipes for Any Night of the Week, Fibre is an important part of a healthy diet. It helps keep your digestion running smoothly, supports a healthy weight, and can reduce the risk of diabetes, according to the Mayo Clinic. But what are some good high-fiber meals? We’ve compiled a list of tasty recipes with at least 8 grams of fibre per serving to help you eat well and meet your nutrition goals. Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean giving up on flavour!
Most adults don’t get enough fibre — women need about 25 grams a day, and men need around 30 grams, according to the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. To reach these goals, add more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to your meals. Just remember to increase your fibre intake gradually to avoid any stomach discomfort.
Not sure where to start? Try adding beans to your grain bowls, using hummus or guacamole instead of mayo, or packing extra crunchy veggies into a stir-fry. Soups and salads filled with vegetables are also great options. And don’t forget to start your day with a high-fibre breakfast to set the tone for the rest of the day!

This simple and flavorful roasted cauliflower recipe requires just four ingredients and makes a delicious keto-friendly side dish or snack.
Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until they are well covered. Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spread them out in a single layer. Put the cauliflower in an oven that has already been heated and roast it for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring it every 15 minutes, or until it is soft and golden brown. Enjoy while hot!

Simple Peach and Mango Salsa
You’ll need 5 easy to find ingredients to put together this full of flavor peach and mango salsa.
Mango, peaches in lime and salt with a generous handful of chopped cilantro. Perfect for an afternoon get together. The weather has gotten so warm here. I’m not ready to turn on the oven right now. We’re getting 90’s for most of the week. I want to be jumping in some cool water today and hoping there’s a slight breeze.
I’ll be making this salsa to go with some fish tacos this weekend. I’ve also served it with a lentil veggie burger or you can pour it on top of some grilled chicken. Freshly squeezed lime juice and cilantro are all you need to give these sweet fruits a little kick. This recipe is so simple on a hot Summer day! This salsa holds up in the refrigerator for several days.
Serves 4-6 as a side
Ingredients
2 medium mangoes peeled, sliced and chopped
3 medium peaches sliced and chopped
A handful of cilantro chopped
salt to taste
2 limes
Directions
Place mangoes, peaches, cilantro and salt in a bowl. Squeeze in lime juice and stir to combine. Serve with chips or crackers.
