Mini vent:
I miss Luke Narwhal's channel.
I miss him reading to me while I worked. I wonder if that was why i was so successful?
I wonder if there was a trick to the listening that worked better than what I am doing now.
I wonder if I confused making the "healthy" choice with making the choice a "naturally thin" person would choose.
I am still trying. I am guessing that my hormone regulation is just not there yet. Food noise can be loud.
Here is today's problem:
Ugg. I have had lunch with a dessert, and a protein bar thing after. Yet I still want to eat. Why.
I have had fiber. Protein. Veggies. The water.
I still have a headache. I had some excedrin AND electrolytes. (Although I didn't feel like it should have been necessary as I haven't done any really long bike rides or long runs where my salt should be depleting.)
So how do I lose weight while I am craving stupid stuff? I guess I am blaming my period.
After JJ I can take some magnesium.
I am really trying hard not to take anything that will make me fart or have upset tummy during JJ
