ok for the two people who we know own bicycles...

we know araragi likes bicycles and later cars HOWEVER i do not think he'd do it here bc he'd find it too weird and pointless. he would just get a car (which he does).

ougi would do it, to fuck with people (read: kanbaru). in fact i think during that whole period of time starting from hana and continuing in oroka is a prime time for when he would do it. but just the speakers isnt enough that's not enough commitment to the bit. he also gets a car key that makes the sound and everything. and somehow rigs it so that you cant ride the bicycle without using the key first LOL. not only is it a fun gag it’s a fun poke at araragi’s graduation from the bicycle onto cars. but i say hana and oroka bc i think ougi would do it to fuck with kanbaru *specifically.* it’s the sort of thing she’d be annoyed at and then they’d go into their straight man/funny man dynamic.

and now for the ones who dont own bicycles (as far as i can recall)

i think tsukihi might do it because she just likes to pretend she’s driving a car, which is honestly very real. she also probably wouldnt even care that much to actually drive one, like she’d learn how to drive and everything and drive like once and be like ‘eh its alright’

and i think senjougahara might also do it like once or twice to be silly. she has a good sense of humor

i dont think any of the characters would though, even if they owned bicycles. i think shinobu (maybe) or hachikuji would think the speakers are cool, but i dont think they would actually put them on themselves. the rest of the cast would think it was lame or pointless or unpractical, or just wouldn’t care.

you do not have to be a trans man to go on testosterone. you do not have to be a trans woman to go on estrogen. whether you're intersex, nonbinary, genderqueer, genderfluid, gender non conforming, multigender, a drag performer, crossdresser or genderfucker, if you want to go on HRT and it won't interfere with your physical health, you can. testosterone is not for men and estrogen is not for women, hormones are not gendered

One day, I'll talk in depth about how it felt to be the only trans drag king in my local scene surrounded by radfem cis kings who only wanted to make fun of masculinity and how it led to me giving up because I faced more transphobia and misgendering in the few nights I performed, by cis queers, than ever in my life.

It was AWFUL. I just never wanted to perform anymore because the TOXICITY of it all was disgusting.

And I love drag with all my heart, but when you get she/her'd IN DRAG KING, spend your time being belittled because you're a drag king (because let's face it drag kings don't get the credit they deserve) by other performers or because you're transmasc by cis drag kings and you can't find any place in the scene if you do anything else than mocking masculinity, fuck it. I hope I can perform in the future but it won't be in this scene.
