He straight up tells Ino-Shika-Cho that if Shikamaru is around, it is because he defeated Hidan by cutting his head. He also kinda implies Hidan MIGHT still be alive because he didn't get reanimated like the rest.

I say it as a multishipper but, I hate when there's a Naruto ship and they use the cheating trope. Naruto would never cheat on the person who finally gave him a family, someone to return to, someone who accepted them fully inside and out and decided to have a family with him.

He would rather kill himself than cheat

i don't think he'd do it either but the way they just handle him in Boruto makes it all so

so whatever, if it's a plot thing who give a shit, i respect fanfic and fanart creators a lot and i just don't look or read stuff i don't like.
