Niskokaloryczne przepisy na ,,słodko"
Kawa mrożona [całość 20kcal]
SKŁADNIKI: 120 ml mleka migdałowego alpro (wersja bez cukru), Kawa rozpuszczalna (ilość wedle preferencji) np. cafedior waniliowa, Erytrytol (ilość wedle preferencji), Kostki lodu
PRZEPIS: Zaparz kawę, dodaj słodzik i poczekaj aż ostygnie po czym dolej mleko (możesz lekko je spienić). Najlepiej by mleko było z lodówki. Dodaj kostki lodu i gotowe!
Ciasto czekoladowe w kubku [całość 45kcal]
SKŁADNIKI: 1łyżka mąki, 1/2łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, 1/2łyżeczki gorzkiego kakao, 1łyżka stevi lub erytrytolu, odrobina cynamonu (dodatkowo), 1łyżka niskokalorycznego mleka np. alpro z przepisu powyżej
PRZEPIS: Zmieszaj wszystko dokładnie i wybierz jakiś fajny kubek, najlepiej ceramiczny lub grubszy jakiś. Włóż do mikrofali na ok.1min 30sek (zależy od mikrofali wiec radze kontrolować). No i gotowe!
Ciasto proteinowe w kubku [całość 55kcal i 12g białka]
SKŁADNIKI: Białko z jednego jajka, 10g odżywki proteinowej (ja uzywam waniliowej), 1,4łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, troche wody (dodaje na oko), 1łyżeczka erytrytolu
PRZEPIS: Zmieszaj suche dodatki i dodaj wody dodaj tyle by powstała gęsta masa. Ubij białko z jajka i powoli zmieszaj obie masy. Włóż do fajnego kubka i daj do mikrofali na jedną minutę (zależy od mikrofali, radze kontrolować). Gotowe!
Brownie Any [ok. 15kcal na jedno brownie, całość ok.90 kcal]
SKŁADNIKI: 2 białka z jaj, 3 łyżki erytrytolu, 3 łyżki kakao, 1 łyżeczka ekstraktu z wanilii, 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
PRZEPIS: Nastaw piekarnik, zmieszaj wszystkie składniki i przełóż masę do formy. Piecz przez 10 min. Pokrój na 6 równych kawałków. Gotowe!
Ciasto cytrynowe na zimno [całe 100kcal]
SKŁADNIKI: 3 łyżki wody gazowanej o smaku cytryny, 2 łyżki mąki, 2 łyżki słodziku typu erytrytol/stavia (2x), szczypta soli, 1/4 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, sok świeżo wyciśnięty z cytryny, jogurt grecki bez tłuszczu
PRZEPIS: Zmieszaj suche dodatki, dodaj wode gazowaną cytrynową i sok z cytryny i piecz dość krutko (na oko) lub w mikrofali na 50 sekund. Jogurt zmieszaj z drugą porcją słodzika i przełóż kremem ciasto. Gotowe!
