For the people in my dms, I've been on my journey for awhile, but like I always say #weightloss and #fitness is #progressnotperfection. Do not compare your journey to mine or vice versa. I know it's hard. But, do keep in mind that if you have a competitive mindset there is only one person you should have it with in this world and that is yourself. You are who you have to be better than tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. No one else. There is no one size fits all #diet There is no one size fits all #fitnesspogram There is no one size fits all #intermittentfasting There is no one size fits all anything. The human body is inherently complex. People like diets and rules because at the end of the day it's easier to follow rules than to figure out your body on a level past a #caloriedeficit or past #macros or past whatever diet you're on.
