💥 The BEST thing I did when I started exercising was doing A LOT of body weight only exercises because they helped me build the foundation for weight training. They helped me build a strong core, stamina, muscle endurance and flexibility. . . . 💥 These are the reasons why body weight exercises are super important 🥰🥰 and why no matter how much weight training I do, I always make time to incorporate some body weight exercises 🥰🥰.. . . 💥 Complete each exercise back to back with minimum brake in between (15-20 seconds ) 10 repetitions each.,, When you finish all 6 exercises then you take a break for 2 minutes. Yes because it helps increase the sensation down there🥳🥳🥳 . . 💥 So next time you the 20 minutes on you, grab a mat, get on the floor and let’s tighten those pelvic floor muscles 💪🏾 . . 💥How do you know if your pelvic floor muscles are weak? You may: * leak urine when coughing, sneezing, laughing or running * fail to reach the toilet in time * pass wind from either the anus or vagina when bending over or lifting * have a reduced sensation in the vagina * have tampons that dislodge or fall out * a distinct bulge at the vaginal opening * a sensation of heaviness in the vagina . . 💥 Complete each exercise 30-40 seconds. Go based on how much you can do at this time. As you get stronger you can do more. Then 2-3 rounds depending on how many you can handle. Take 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between sets.
