There are many exercises that women can do to lose belly fat. Some of the most effective include:
Crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and curl your upper body up towards your knees.
Plank: Get into a push-up position with your forearms on the ground and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels. Hold this position for as long as you can.
Leg lifts: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Raise your legs up towards the ceiling, keeping your core engaged.
Bicycle crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Bring your right elbow towards your left knee, and then your left elbow towards your right knee. Continue alternating sides.
Squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body down until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.

This morning I went for my weigh in at Speedfit. I was a little bit nervous and excited. I’m so happy I’m doing this 8 week challenge and I’m going to give it all I’ve got. The lovely staff took me through the different stages of weigh in , measurements , body scan, and we set some goals too. I’m days away from completing my dry July challenge so I’m super excited to begin exercising again.
