Triceps extension in a plank to dip with reverse pike on the whole body vibration Power Plate.
The vibration will travel through muslces under tension to increase their neurological, chemical and mechanical activation.
I personally find repetitive sets if the same exercise tk be too time consuming and a little boring so i combine them in ways that activate the muslce group in different ways and integrate that muscke group with other body segments.
In this way you can get mkre done in mess time.

🙈#Handstand vibration plate experiment continues 🙌 Realised the best way to give you a sense of the vibration is to put my 📽camera on the plate as well! So you get a plate eye view 👀 I hope my Samsung📱is vibration proof as well waterproof 🌊 A friend who's expert in biomechanics told me about the benefits of vibration a while back and I've been curious for a while on potential benefits with handstands 🖐🖑 might be nothinng though. As with my sanity the jury is still very much out📊 I'll pop into the #gym when i can and keep you posted. 🐫I don't recommend trying it unless you're used to doing weird s**t in handstands. Even then have a good spotter 💆 at 1st as the vibration can be confusing as can the dismount🙉 how you position and distribute weight through your hands can limit vibration to your head. The instruction was "do something with your leg"... and something was done!! A great Certified Power Plate Trainer course today at Embody Wellness Studio. A little different today, as out of the group of 9 we had just one PT. So we spent a lot more time talking about Pilates, Yoga, and Foundation Training and how we cam use the Power Plate to enhance these specialties... A crash course in prone exercise progressions from reverse roll out to tuck, pike and single arm and leg variations. These are primarily lever length and base of support progressions.
The other thing to note is that in this series the upper body base of support is the whole body vibration Power Plate. The upper surface of that plate is moving up and down about 35 times every second stimulating a reflex neuromuscular activation well above and beyond any other surface you could use.
Just like a guitar string vibrates under tension, so too does the myofascial loaded tension transfer the vibration stimulus from the upper limbs to the core muscles.
There are 100 other variations on these prone exercises and then there are the lateral, supine and upright exercises as well.
