It's ok to eat if:
You're feeling faint
You need to keep people from worrying
It's a birthday (yours or someone else's)
It's a holiday or tradition
You're feeling down and want to treat yourself
You're offered your favourite food
You're hanging out with friends
You're watching a movie
You're at a funeral or wake
You need the energy for school/work
You're just generally hungry
You won't be any less valid if you eat, and sometimes it's necessary. Don't beat yourself up, you'll be ok <3

do any of yall live in ubran/ghetto areas ?? idk if yall can relate but being thick is so normalized that people actually think i was skinny at 135 lbs (not 135 anymore!) 😭 i think it kind of prolonged my break from restricting myself :( i would always hear from everyone how skinny i am and that i need to eat?? when i wasnt skinny :( they are liars and thats just what theyre used to seeing as skinny! getting tumblr again was the best thing to do bc i see people who are ACTUALLY skinny and its so motivating. also when i tell people i consume 800 calories theyre horrified for me ??? I want to do around 200 cals like the tumblr girlies on here :(( theyre fr my motivation bc i wanna be that skinny:> im just starting so maybe in a month i’ll be able to do 200 calories ??? for now i’ll do 400-700!

Some of my personal rules: trying to quit bingeing...
I mainly fast for 18-20 hours a day, but after work I tend to bindge 😭
I try to keep my c4ls at under 1000 a day max, ideally around 500 c4l.
Alone:
-Skip breakfast-
-if you have to eat-
-wait till 3pm
-protien shake
-salad as much as you want with lite dressing
-only serve yourself enough for 6 bites of each thing
- tea and dark chocolate to curb cravings
-no gluten
-no dairy
With family:
-drink water before and after meal
-never finish anything, period.
-eat the protiens first
-veggies second
-eat starch and carb heavy last
- go for a 15 min walk with dog after dinner
Out to eat:
-order healthiest thing on menu
-never get dessert
-no alcohol
-water or kombucha
-only one glass of soda
At work:
- salad
-low fat milk
- only one dessert a day
- only 6 bites of each food
- no juice
-10 min walk around bloc during lunch break.
-never finish ANYTHING other than drinks.

if only I had stayed under 750 before stupidly eating spoons of granola butter. wtf is wrong with you
