In the past, I've suggested that Jaskier once kept the mice he encountered in captivity and brought them to Kaer Morhen.

I'd like to expand on this by mentioning that Jaskier has also formed friendships with the rats residing in Kaer Morhen. As a result, wherever Jaskier travels, he's accompanied by a retinue of mice and rats. They're not just tagging along; they actively assist him.

Now, whenever Jaskier needs something, a group of rats will fetch it for him. And if Jaskier wishes, the rats can even carry out targeted actions on his behalf.

Honestly, it's quite eerie.
