I think something in me dies a little anytime someone says that Grace Chasity from Nerdy Prudes Must Die is homophobic specifically because of her line about Ruth going to hell for being bisexual.

It’s not about her being queer, it’s about the lust! Basic things about Ruth and Grace’s character is that Ruth is hypersexual and Grace believes any form of lust to be a sin. She’s not saying that Ruth being queer is sending her to hell, she’s saying that Ruth’s willingness to openly be lustful will!

If you have other reasons for thinking Grace might be homophobic I’d love to hear them because I only ever see people reference that line and i need to point out that’s not what she meant by it!!
