There are some symptoms shown against these allergy-like sneezing, coughing, running nose, and some breathing problems.
Primary immunodeficiency disorders:Ā These PIDD disorders are inherited. There are more than 100 disorders that prevent the immune system.
Infections: Many infections like HIV - are well-known infections that weaken the immune system. These infections lead to serious illnesses.
Sepsis: It is the enormous response of your bodyās immune system against infection. These trigger widespread inflammation and cause a downward spiral of events that can end in organ damage, organ failure, and death.
Cancer:Ā Certain types of cancer like sarcoma, leukoma, etc affect the immune system directly. These harmful cancers occur when immune cells grow abnormally.
Medications: Some medicines, like corticosteroids, can weaken our immune system. These medications help prevent a failed transplant (rejection). But, these drugs increase our risk of infection and disease.

Frustrated because my blood sugar levels are good, my blood pressure is back down in normal range, and even the pressure in my eyes is returning to safe levels
But I still FEEL like GARBAGE

i have to wonder what super hardcore militant vegans think should be done about obligate carnivore animals, because in all my painfully-rapidly-approaching-30-years i've literally never actually seen anyone give a clear consistent much less halfway feasible answer on that

#my husband surprised me with a treadmill yesterday#Iāve been wanting one but couldnāt justify the expense of it#and he found one for me š#excited to get back into good cardiovascular health#and not feel like Iām dying when I go up a flight of stairs#already did 2 miles#hoping to push it up to where i was before when I was in a good place health wise#which was 4 miles#if I could see my body do that then I will be very grateful for its abilities#notice thereās no diet talk here#no weight loss gimmick#Iām staying in the mindset that Iām doing this because it makes me feel good#I refuse to shame myself into being better

Good job for doing yoga!
Thaaaaaanks Iām really trying to build a habit out of it but Iām also trying to honor my mental health and not get fucked up about trying to exercise or move. every time I try to do something like that I start slipping back into diet culture and objectively, it kind of interesting how it happens.
Regardless, I did it and Iām getting fairly flexy! So thatās a neat thing. Iāve always wanted to be able to do a full split so itās a 2024 goal :3

Hello I noticed you're a carnivore and I seriously need some hopeful advice. Anyway I want to go carnivore because of health concerns I've been having not because of weight loss or anything like that. But I'm very afraid of the thought of eating raw meat and getting extremely sick but I seriously want to try this to improve my health. Can you please give me any helpful advice or any great sources for raw animal meat/organs?? Particularly American sources??

Er, well if you want to eat raw meat your safest option is to find a local farm that does sustainable/pasture raised beef. But um, is there a reason you want to eat raw meat? Raw is definitely not a requirement for carnivore to improve your health, and in fact very few people are raw meat carnivore relative to the rest of the community. They are out there, but it's more of a fringe category.
It's not impossible to safely eat completely uncooked beef, but if you're concerned, you can sear just the outside of the meat and leave the inside raw. But again, I'm curious why you want to do that when you can just eat cooked meat and have the peace of mind.
