My favorite DC oc ever!!!

Dimitri Petrov

For all his life, he’s been extremely fascinated with metahumans, mutants, and general anomalies.

This mainly sprouted from the fact his father was a metahuman and superhero, like Superman in the red son, sorta?

He graduated high school early, and went to a local community college, where one of his thesis papers was noticed by a high profile lab in Gotham.

They gave him the opportunity to go to Gotham for an internship, which he quickly accepted, leaving behind his SICK GRANDMOTHER😭.

But after a couple months working in the lab, he got kicked out for his very blunt and somewhat rude attitude and his inhumane experiments.

This lead to Dimitri doing illegal experiments that basically involved graverobbing, kidnapping, etc, anything to get his hands on a test subject, basically.

But then, he meets Nightwing. Nightwing had no hard time detaining Dimitri and taking him to Arkham asylum, but it wouldn’t be the last time they meet.

There was a case. (I haven’t figured out what I want the case to exactly be, this story is a work in progress, but if you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear!) Basically it forced Nightwing to get help from Dimitri, who was extremely well versed in science, but not so much in socializing.

Despite that, they grew close as the case went on, Nightwing got Dimitri’s extremely morbid sense of humor, and Dimitri got Nightwing’s motivation to help Gotham and Blüdhaven, in a extremely weird way, he couldn’t relate to it, but he could understand why Nightwing loved it.

Then they fall inlove yayayayayyay boyfriends where one of them is cool and charismatic and the other one is a weirdo FREAK.

After he starts dating Nightwing, he starts doing his experiments in more legal means.

Dimitri’s personality could be described as extremely blunt, to the point where people think he’s rude

he can definitely be snippy

he has a very large ego when it comes to his work, thinking of himself as a great scientist, but he hates himself as a actual person.

He is very anti-social and has an extremely morbid sense of humor that only he understands-.

But if he actually cares about you, it’s very much known, mostly from acts of service and physical touch.

He has Oingo Oingo songs and Will Wood songs vibes.

oh yeah uh he transitions when he comes to Gotham.

Damon quickly runs over checking on him "pyro??? what are you doing here all the way in Louisiana? Are you okay ?" The older man asks frantically not bothering to acknowledge the confused looks that were plastered across everyone's face as he showed concern for the kid

Steph: *also removes shirt to show a bullet scar on her shoulder*

Jason: *shows the old gnarled bullet scar on his upper calf*

Duke, Steph, Jill, and Jason: *Standing in a circle showing off bullet scars and saying ayyup louder and louder*

Dick: *horrified*

Tim: *intrigued*

Damian: what does this have to do with Rodriguez using your soap Todd?

Bruce: my babies!they were all shot! *Violent sobbing*

Jason Todd randomly finds one day that everyone is being really strangely really nice to him. Bruce isn't being nearly as cold, his sister hands him a special red velvet cupcake she made him for "no reason", even Damian is in oddly good behaviour...

It isn't until about 5 PM that he realises it's the anniversary of his own death.

Nightwing had warned Batman about a possible location for Nemo, but the information seemed too strange to be true. Red Robin and Nemo Arkham under the same roof? Something about the situation didn’t add up—something felt off.

Following the lead, Batman arrived at the location, and what he found left him silent for a moment. In front of him, Tim Drake was fast asleep next to Nemo, both unaware of his presence, resting as if the weight of responsibility had been lifted from their shoulders. There was no tension, no signs of alertness—just two young men sleeping as if the outside world didn’t exist.

But Batman couldn’t afford distractions. Now he faced a difficult question: Who should he lock up first? Tim, for obstructing order and the law by harboring someone like Nemo? Or Arkham, for possibly manipulating Drake into protecting him?

The line between loyalty and betrayal blurred in that moment, and Batman knew that no matter whom he confronted first, the answers he would get might be even more unsettling than the scene before his eyes.
