A delicious and easy-to-make lasagna cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker. Layers of savory meat sauce, noodles, and cheesy goodness that will make your taste buds dance!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb Italian sausage. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes. 2 cans 6 oz each tomato paste. 2 cans 15 oz each tomato sauce. 1/2 cup water. 2 teaspoons sugar. 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped. 2 teaspoons dried oregano. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked. 4 cups ricotta cheese. 1 egg, beaten. 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.

Instructions: The saute function on a pressure cooker can be used to brown ground beef and Italian sausage with chopped onion and minced garlic. Put in tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place thirds of the lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce. Don't stir. In a different bowl, beat the egg and add it to the ricotta cheese. Put small amounts of the ricotta mix on top of the noodles. On top of the ricotta layer, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Set the valve to sealing and put the lid back on top of the pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Let the pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes, and then release any pressure that is still there by hand. Open the lid slowly, and give the lasagna some time to rest before you serve it.
