So earlier in art class today, someone drew a characters hands in their pockets and mentioned that hands are really like the ultimate end boss of art, and most of us wholeheartedly agreed. So then, our teacher went ahead and free handed like a handful of hands on the board, earning a woah from a couple of students. So the one from earlier mentioned how it barely took the teacher ten seconds to do what I can’t do in three hours. And you know what he responded?

“It didn’t take me ten seconds, it took me forty years.”

And you know, that stuck with me somehow. Because yeah. Drawing a hand didn’t take him fourth years. But learning and practicing to draw a hand in ten seconds did. And I think there’s something to learn there but it’s so warm and my brain is fried so I can’t formulate the actual morale of the lesson.

It's 6am (basically) and I feel sappy as hell but like

I think the best thing in the world is when someone gives you something because they saw it and thought of you. Images randomly? Amazing. Was in the store and remembered you like this thing they saw so they picked it up? Incredible.

It's nice when someone just sees something and goes "I know exactly who'd enjoy it" because god you're right. You could be miles off and I'd still be thrilled that you just thought of me.

Hey if people are thinking of 'stockpiling HRT' and you are doing it with Testosterone, be aware that is a controlled substance and doing this WILL GET YOU A FELONY CHARGE IF YOU ARE CAUGHT (and it would be very easy for this to happen through the way those posts reccomend).

Its your decision if you want to risk imprisonment (and then definitely losing hrt access), but be aware of the serious consequences- especially if you are recommending this to people!

If you do this with E, you get a slap on the wrist. If you do this with T its a felony. A felony charge deeply effects everything you do. Its not just hard to DYI T, its MANY TIMES LEGALLY RISKIER AND HARDER.

pathologic 3 announcement made me return to the classic game and finally play it properly! i think my favorite part of the bachelor's route is when he talks to maria kaina (or whoever's in her body at the time) and they explain that their planned Utopia isn’t even supposed to be a 'perfect' place but instead 'the mystical manifestation of a world inscrutable and inaccessible to men' going back to the original meaning of the word irl and instead of despairing Daniil fervently agrees that this kind of unimaginable leap is worth it, no matter where it actually leads

So Kinder is basically an Eldritch Horror! Not in the sense of you can look at them and think “hm! You’re not human!” but in the sense that they have you doubting yourself on if they’re human. (Unless you have truesight or something) You spot this dude out of the corner of your eye and you think “hm is that a normal amount of eyes?” but by the time you look closer the brief distortion has fixed itself and your left rubbing your eyes and thinking you need more sleep.

Technically they do have the ability to be Full On Horror but he has sort of? Forgotten how to go back to it. The horror just leaks out sometimes, out of their control! Because of their human form being a façade, they can also shapeshift a bit! This is evident in skins of them I have; the blaze skin and they’ve also had a real shark tail before! They wish they could have the latter back, actually-

This man? Also has gotten married. And divorced. And divorced without being married. Babygirl he can get more divorces than you Ever thought possible. Divorce count? At least three.

ALSO he started as a self insert but we all know how that goes! Congrats I’ve accidentally made my sona a god again, surely this doesn’t mean Anything.

Soulmate Across the Multiverse

A DPxDC soulmate au idea

So DCverse is a soulmate world (pick any soulmate way btw, words, touch, drawings on the skin, can't see color(s) until they see or touch them, etc etc)

DPverse doesn't.

Meaning Danny wasn't born with a soulmark BUT he gets one after becoming a halfa because he is now connected to the Infinite Realms.

SO its during another one of Vlad's schemes, he's popping into different worlds and stealing things or something like that (basically like that one ep where Danny chases Vlad through the timeline after he stole Frostbite's map)

During the chase they pop out into the DCverse in one of the hero cities (pick any, not picky on which) and their fight is getting a bit out of hand (Vlad's fault, he's using the stuff he's been stealing, and Danny is doing his best to getting innocent people from getting hurt)

ANYWAYS during the fight, one of the cities hero's come to try to help/find out whats going on when Danny is hit by Vlad and gets tossed at them. The moment they either touch or Danny/Soulmate says something to the other, Danny feels the odd mark on him burn up and is MEGA confused on whats going on but decides to do what he does best.

Ignore it for now. He'd figure it out later he still needs to stop Vlad.

He apologizes to the other hero and gets back into his fight, missing the look of complete smitten awe/shock said hero had on their face.

buck sending eddie monthly rent payments with the silliest references. it becomes another way to communicate. something he hopes makes eddie smile. and eddie looks forward to it every time. gets the notification once whilst he's with his sisters and they ask who's texting him and he goes oh buck just sent the rent but he's smiling so big and there's a bit of pink to his cheeks that have them raising a suspicious diaz eyebrow at each other. but it's just this little reminder that they're best friends no matter what. month one: thank you for the leaky faucet. month two: offerings to the overlord i mean landlord. month three: for texas chainsaw massacre shack upkeep. month four: chris wants a new game. month five: i miss you.
