“Still Your Mind”

There are days when I feel as though I can’t think…and it’s on days like that I have to remind myself to “still my mind and listen;” listen to my heart, listen to my soul, listen to my intuition.

And the answers will always come, and so will a feeling of “peace.”

It’s okay to slow down a bit, to take some time for yourself and find your center.

It’s a good thing!
