Hi all! Thanks so much for checking this out. This story is a collaboration with @threegoblinart on Tumblr. She is an amazing artist and you can BUY her stuff on Etsy as well. She will (hopefully) be doing a panel for each chapter. I never thought I'd do a Human AU, but ThreeGoblin fed me these brain worms and here we are. I will be writing this WHILE writing shorter stories in the SCOMverse, so it's a challenge! But I think this story has legs (so does ThreeGoblin), so let's hope I can pull this off, because I am not used to my headspace "living" in two universes at once. A few things: This story will be quite a bit different than SCOM. It takes place in the 1990's with references to the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's in NYC. Therefore will touch upon some uncomfortable topics such as homophobia and racism. There will be some references to the AIDS crisis and politics of the time. There will also be references to casual drug use and drinking. This is also my first time writing a romance, rom-com centric plot, so bear with me. It will be slow burn and might be a bit more mature in content. This is also my first story where Belos/Philip is still alive and not just in flashback? He's still awful, and because of Hunter having been raised by him past 16, Hunter Wittebane is a bit different than Hunter Noceda-Park in emotional health. He is 22 at the start of this story. If this is not your cup of Apple Blood that's cool! As mentioned I will have some SCOMverse stories on the way as well.

Doropetra journalist x fashion designer modern AU!!! I really liked this post by @stergeon and had visions for visualizations of this fun story idea. I tried my hand at drawing out some scenes!!!

These are just quick, vignette-type ideas that I had to sketch out. These are also mixed in with me finding excuses to draw the girls in stylish outfits and an outlet for dumping my knowledge and experience in the fashion world hehe

My comic and sequencing skills are not the best, but I hope you find these fashion gals to be so sillyful!

(mgv) house and wilson display courting behaviors and don't even realize it. granted, courting in that sense is out of style and traditionalist so even if they did believe they were doing it, they'd wrinkle their noses (house especially). but like.... house buying them expensive tickets to a thing is an opportunity to grow closer, wilson letting his food get stolen isn't just a show of patience but proof he can be a good provider, etc etc. the amount of times they get mistaken for a couple in omegaverse is, in turn, much greater than it already is in canon

Andrew accepts the bottle, "And Contractually obligated by the Real House-spouses of Exy to say I'm happy to be here, Andrew Minyard." Andrew says.

"Today's segments include, 'No Kevin just because it has Exy in the title doesn't mean any of us want to hear about changes in player stats'" Jean says tiredly.

"And ,of course, 'Is it fashion or is Neil just hot enough to pull it off?' The answer may surprise you."

I wanted to do a warm up sketch to get myself together for my continued wip and I thought to myself "what better to do than something off the LHtober prompt list" since I really want to and although I'm not committing to it I did very much enjoy drawing Clarice and Megan having a cozy morning in the time I place them being roommates in(it was actually sort of fun to draw Megan being visibly older than Clarice since at this time Clarice is in college and Megan is in her late thirties)

They are all pretending to be ducks following mama Halsin while Withers tries to figure out what the fuck, he turned around five seconds

Half of the others, correctly, think it’s the cutest thing they have ever seen. The other half are definitely planning on using this for blackmail. Poor Withers realizes in that moment he will never truly understand mortals.

I can hear them messing with the window!” He said, looking around the room for anything that might be used as a weapon. Bucky just frowned thoughtfully, sitting up on his elbow before shouting. “Hello?”
