Still thinking about that Wulian au and specifically was thinking about Xie Lian’s Guoshi era and while I could have been thinking about the emotional weight of being a masked teacher to the crown prince of the country that destroyed his own instead all I can think about is that Lang Qianqiu definitely thought he was a widow.

Like he has seen the mask “Fangxin” carries with him. Sees the way his fingers will trace over the smiling face with such love and grief. Sees the white flowers he will tuck into his hair with a sad smile.

And no matter how he felt in the aftermath he still cared about his teacher enough to let him keep that mask in the coffin which means the world to Xie Lian specifically.

Found a post of yours on Pinterest about how it is okay to ship characters in one au and have them be parent/child in another au (the post referenced Aiideku and dadzawa specifically) since they are fictional characters and I thought you might think it was neat

So far I have heard about two of my posts on Pinterest and both of them are the ones that I agree with the most.

If I’m known for any two things it’s that fictional characters can be put in any number of situations without any attached morality and that party girls deserve all the rights.
