30 Day Ab Challenge [Get A Six Pack In 30 Days]
Time for another 30 Day Challenge! This time, we will work on our Abs muscles to get a Six Pack at home.
Many people would like to get a toned and ripped Ab muscle but cannot find a simple, quick and effective workout program they can help them get a six pack in 30 days.
That's the reason I created this 30 Day Abs Challenge. You should do it for 30 straight days - only then the Ab challenge will be completed.
You should then look in the mirror and admire your ripped Six Pack :)
Remember that you need to do this workout everyday, for 30 days in order to see the results on your belly!

Week 3 of my @naturallyslim program and week 1 of my #30dayabschallenge. It's good to document my progress, so it keeps me accountable. I weighed myself this morning and I went up to 165! I was not happy about that. I blame the whip cream and chocolate that I ate on the airplane. Lesson learned! I must avoid sweets. I'm headed to my gym and I am walking to get my cardio. The weather in Philly has improved. It was overcast this morning, but it didn't stop me. I need to get my #Fitbit #10000stepsaday. I guess you could say that its one of my #vitalneeds. I'm on my 4th day of #abschallenge. Looking forward to doing this at the gym!
