Now that classic Mickey is getting more attention, i think it's about time to talk about one very annoying design misunderstanding
Has anyone noticed how Mickey Mouse eyes are COMPLETELY misinterpreted in coloured version? 👀
Tumblr media
He has a mono eye like Sonic, which was changed into two small eyes inside his pupils
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also for example, notice the placement of Minnie's eyelashes that went from her eyelids to the top of her pupils
Yet Goofy retained normal eyes for some reason
Tumblr media
Does anyone know why it's the case? 🤔

Aggression/ Danger to humans: Low/Medium, Low
Element/ Ailment: None
The Koruk, or k’oryxkizju lila meaning ‘night wanderer or garbage scrounger in Dhënuvgöm, is a species of terrestrial propfin inhabiting forests surrounding karst regions of the northeastern continent. The Koruks name is borrowed from the Luqilol term, koruk kicou ialilal (literally: koruk ‘animal + kicou ‘scrounging’ + ialilal ‘nocturnal’) meaning ‘night scrounging animal.’ This name was given to them when traveling humans asked what was raiding their pantries at night, to which the Hakdor replied “Oh it’s a night wanderer’, a term given to nocturnal animals by the Hakdor. The actual name for the Koruk in Hakdor Luqilol is pikicer (literally: pikic ‘tooth’ + cer ‘different, changed’) meaning changing tooth. The four front limbs of the Koruk are derived from the pectoral and pelvic fins of their fish ancestors. Unlike the lineage of hexapodal terrestrial propfins (like the Viridian Prowler), the two derived anal fin rays did not become two separate back legs but instead fused together into a singular limb during their ancestors' transition to land. Koruk’s are generalist scavengers that will eat a wide variety of fruits, nuts, and prey. The teeth of each Koruk will change depending on their diet and individual preferences. Koruks that lean towards meat or softer foods will develop more pointed teeth on their jaws and palate while those who eat more nuts and hard-shelled foods will develop stubby crushing teeth. Most Koruk exist on a spectrum of pointed and stubby teeth with few going into the extremes of completely one tooth type or another.
Though sometimes characterized as mischievous or trouble-making, Koruks are actually shy, solitary, nocturnal animals that like to keep to themselves and pose little threat to humans. Like earth’s raccoons, Koruks are most often encountered by people at night in urban areas while they pick through the trash. When encountered or startled, Koruk will awkwardly open their mouths wide and sway back and forth in a poor attempt to appear intimidating. Should the threat not move, and it usually doesn’t, Koruks hiss or bellow until the threat leaves or the Koruk sees an opportunity to flee. While rare, Koruk only bite or scratch when they feel like their life is in immediate danger and they must defend themselves. Whenever a Koruk does bite, the results are usually devastating due to the mixture of teeth Koruks often possess coupled with their crushing bite. Once a Koruk bites down, it may not immediately let go because they seem to panic. Spraying citrus or pepper on its snout or pinching it directly behind the ear usually gets it to release its jaws. While the danger of a bite is present, due to their shy nature, it is not uncommon for citizens to gently pick up a Koruk to move it or gently push it out of the way to remove it from their trash.
During their mating season at the end of winter, male Koruks (which are identified by their larger sagittal crest) emit clicking sounds that female Koruks will respond to. Once the two have met, they partake in “foreplay” by rearing onto their back legs, clasping their primary and secondary limbs together, and swaying together for a few seconds before pressing together and mating. Once mated the two will go their separate ways to find more partners to mate with. Females carry their fertilized eggs for up to five days before laying her clutch of four to seven eggs within her den, which is usually a tree, hovel, or other place, letting them incubate for sixty-three days before they hatch. Once hatched they will be left in the den for the first month of their lives under the care of their mother before leaving the nest and fending for themselves. In the wild, Koruks can live up to seven years of age, while those under expert care can live up to twenty years in rare cases.
While considered a nuisance by most, Koruks have been known to become ‘habituated’ with people, usually from those giving them snacks. Causing the Koruk to settle around their home. The benefit of a home Koruk is that they deal with garden variety pests commonly found in their yard. People have also kept Koruks as pets by purchasing one while it’s still a hatchling. They are not the best pets, however, since they have a habit of getting into shelves for food and they have to be trained out of the natural nocturnal proclivities in order to be interacted with. Koruks have also been used as an indicator species of sorts since places with dangerous predators usually pick off Koruks first.

design for a hunter wizard cosplay concept! two fold an idea for a fionna and cake version of huntress wizard and then embellishing the design for a full scale cosplay too.
i'm still trying to reconcile the fact that huntress wizard is actually mostly purple and mustard yellow because one of the biggest reasons i was looking at them is i really want to make something green...i also associate them more with green so ?? ???? i may just go off roading and green boost the cosplay anyway
