Dragon’s Playground!

One of my all time favorite pieces I did in 2024, omg it was such a fun assignment. Combining Highlights inspired illustrated spreads with goofy dragons felt great from start to finish.

Crimp is fun because I made his design in like 2 minutes for a speedy pitch bible assignment I did for a class lmao, all things considered I like him. He’s a line cook at a hibachi restaurant (also he’s based on a mantis shrimp which are so cool looking!)

I took a conceptual illustration class during my senior year, it was fun but a lil out of my comfort zone at times. I ended up making these two pieces that I honestly feel pretty disconnected from now but I figured they were worth sharing anyway! It’s fun to try out different things even if I don’t feel like they work out all the time haha

When I beat a Pokémon game sometimes I like to draw my final team, with this being my team from Pokemon Scarlet! Love these guys so much still, Pokémon are sooo dang fun to draw

Another character design dump! This time for a pitch bible I got to create for class, I forget what I called it exactly but it was a fantasy adventure sorta thing about a little goat boy who turned into a manticore. I’m still fairly happy with how the turnarounds and expression sheets look!

Hello Tumblr! With all the awfulness going on with Instagram and Meta I want to start uploading the insanely large backlog of art I have here😭 I think it’s almost 3 years worth of stuff but we’ll get through it! We had an assignment in my character design class where we had to draw our own character in 4 other styles, and it was such a blast!!

My prompt for my illustration final this semester was the word “harbor”, so I ended up interpreting it as harboring/protecting your heart after a heart break. This project was tough, but I’m super satisfied with the end result❤️

This was my comic final project from this semester. It ended up being a very personal piece, but I’m very happy with the finished product. I never knew how much I loved working with simple color palettes until this semester!

Gonna continue dumping my school work from this semester now that it’s wrapping up! This one’s a fan made Ween poster I did for my illustration class, it was my first time doing a riso print and I’m pretty pleased with it!
