It's Tuesday and I consider this Total Body Tuesday. Here are five small goals I want everyone to try to achieve this week by next Tuesday. Are you daring enough to try this? 1. Drink a glass of 8oz of water first thing in the morning before you have anything else. 2. Wake up saying one thing you are grateful for and go to bed saying one thing you enjoyed about the day. 3. Eat 1 piece of fruit for the day. Not in a smoothie, not candied, not mixed in a meal. Just one solid piece of fruit. 4. Send a text or a phone call to at least 1 person you love who makes who happy. Give them your undivided attention for at least a 10min conversation. If it's a text message conversation make sure you gave them at least 3 positive texts. 5. Stretch for 10mins at some point during the day. Whether you are sitting down, standing up, laying down, kneeling, use props, to music. Whatever, just stretch.
