“We sent it to his team and he was like 'Oh my God, I've been waiting to write this song but I couldn't,' I heard that he'd been encouraged to 'write a song about my mum but I couldn't' he'd heard bits and was like 'This is it. This is what I was feeling. This is all that I wanted to do'. And so then he went, came in and wrote a bit more like the middle eight and yeah, then he released it."

I had weird dream now in the morning when I managed to get some sleep.

I was with Adrien (from Miraculous Ladybug) and with us was tall butler too (similar to Chloe's butler in ML). I don't remember everything but I remember this part:

We were in a building, walking under ground level. We (Adrian and I) came to these wide stairs which went down. At the bottom of them was 2 persons. One was small girl and other was adult. The stairs played a tune when you stepped on them so Adrien went first and he played very nice tune with the stairs, calming the little girl (who was screaming and crying for reason X). I went next and first steps were hard but I managed to play nice tune too, getting down the stairs.

Then we came to this slightly curving corridor which was few stairs below us, going to the left and having few doors. I spoke out loud, wondering where the exit is. Older man, who was washing the floors with this machine what you sit on and drive while it washes the floors, said that exit is on direction X. We thanked him and followed his instructions, coming to this small and narrow space.

Walls were beautiful black wood. There was a door which said: "Public sauna" and another door which was (probably) the exit. I was going to go in the sauna first but then I hesitated. Good thing I did since tall and thin middle-aged man opened the door, clearly coming out but when he saw me and the butler behind me (who now suddenly was with us), he turned and closed the door with "nope" look on his face.

Adrian behind me started to laugh at his butler who didn't look pleased at all, saying: "How on Earth you keep seeing people naked today?! This was the second time already!"

Next we managed to get out but the outside world was like from apocalypse! Collapsed and destroyed buildings, ground was on different cracked levels, flames everywhere, everything was red and black and there was this huge evil tower in the middle of the scene - more further on the back.

I remember I had to get thing x from place x or deliver it to a place x but that's all. Then I woke up. Not to mention this was my second time in life when I saw this dream. I saw it first time decades ago when Adrien or Miraculous Ladybug had not been even created yet.

PERCEIVING PERCUSSION SOUNDS SINCE JUNE

It is best that I don’t write about the 53 minutes meditation from 21st of October. I don’t remember the details of the meditation anymore. All I know is that it was a good meditation.

Last night’s meditation began with Peaceful imagery. Only in what I guess was the second half of the session did I perceive percussion sounds coming from my head.

There can be as much as 20 minutes left on my timer for me to persevere with a session. My attention considers a session complete when it reaches a decent depth of mind early in a session. Sometimes it is about my attention shying away from the uncertainty of a forthcoming depth of mind.

Only last night, after 14 nights, did I find my attention comfortable with me filling leftover minutes on the timer with repetitions of the affirmation for harmony. Once the attention stretches to keep going with a certain mental task, it can feel very freeing.

why do we believe so much in our thoughts, even though we've faced some same problem many times? if i know i'll be able to go through this pain, why do i feel like i will never get rid of it? a lot of me has changed in three months, but every now and then i think my love for you stays the same. untouched. unberable. unforgettable. unbelievable. and unfortunately that's what keeps me going. 'cause i remember i felt sad, lonely and depressed so many times. i remember every one of your wrongs. but i still loved you, through all of this. and in the end i realised what makes me miss you so much is how much i cherished you, how much i wanted you to get better. in the end, that's not really about how you loved me, but how i loved you.
