I didn’t have my steps after a busy day in the office. Daughter and I walked a couple of kms at lunchtime. It wasn’t enough. When we got home I headed into the sewing room to do some quilting on Mums birthday quilt. After dinner we walked to the beach and back. I got straight back to the quilting when we got back. It was going well until I had a chair malfunction. Hubby to the rescue so lots more quilting got done. Next up the borders.

week 1, july
walked 10k steps just to get cramps and sleep for hours missing the study time. we LOVE productivity. also messed up my notes in classes because i was so sleepy too. my memory is so bad tho, i forgot what i studied on the weekend last week.

Lol you can’t read the treadmill, but overall did almost 17k steps for the whole day. Steamed egg with spinach, mushroom, and green onion on top of quinoa for a high protein, gut-healthy breakfast. Old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon, vanilla extract, chopped almonds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and blueberries. Meal prepped sautéed bok choy, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms topped with hemp hearts and a side of quinoa for extra protein.

I'm still on my weight loss journey to lose another 17 lbs! Still walking 10,000 steps a day (sometimes up to 13,000 steps). Still drinking 64 oz. of water a day at least. I might start posting some wieiad and recipes to keep myself accountable.
I also just bought some multivitamin gummies to start taking.

Okay, so now I’m on the topic of fic, so I have to tell the ether what I’ve been doing to get some more exercise in my life. I’ve been listening to music, just picking a playlist and letting it play, and then reading my own unfinished fics. I get steps plus I get back into the rhythms of those fics, which gives me motivation back to actually finish them! Like today, I went for like an hour rereading and getting my steps in, and now I have thoughts on how this fic should end

The quilt was sorted and the rain was gone so we headed out for a big walk to get our steps. Well Hubby had his but I needed a good 6 thousand of them so off we went.
