doing chibi is a good design exercise bc it forces u to think on shapes n essential details, essentially thumbnailing ur designs. its also a terrible design exercise bc it ends up looking cute no matter what

I was working on a new fic that I was really looking forward to, but in light of recent revelations, I'm gonna be taking a step back I think

also i removed him from the member masterlist and all of his fics, excluding things like YIMA and the poly series which I'm considering re-editing to get rid of him

#because honestly i'm disgusted and shocked #and i know my fics are entirely irrelevant in the scheme of things #but i kinda want to go through all of them and edit him out #which is easy (and already done by the time i'm posting this) for him as a background character in #some of the other members fics i've written but in others it's more complicated #like in yima and the poly series #as well as anything i've ever written that directly involved him #i also.... like was thinking about some of the stuff i included in yima with hc watching cameras #and now i..... i really want to change that bc when i was writing it i was like ah yeah this is pretty like gross #but now i'm like actually thinking realistically about that and it's fucking foul #so i'm definitely taking a step back #and i may quietly re-edit some stuff or i may just not be able to bring myself to do that #i have removed his masterlist from my member masterlist and all of his fics

#i changed his colors !!#treat this as a suggestion than a solid ref. i spent like 3 hours drawing and redrawing the legs bc i couldnt get the shape right so if u #wanna draw them more planti or digi i do not mind ^_^ get silly with it!! same goes for pelt pattern do whatevr u want with it #the pelt pattern is loosely based on a snowshoe cat which was fun to play with. as u can see they kinda have a butterfly motif going on #if u squint the ear tufts kinda resemble luna moths or swallowtails with the long tail at the end of the wings #i was kinda torn about changing the costume color but it clashed too much with the new color palette so i had to change it #i didnt include the cape here so its easier to see the costume but ill draw it another time if i remember lol #its also a lil hard to see but i put pinstripes on their pants but thats optional. their design is pretty flexible anyway #god im pretty attached to this guy already. hes like semi fan character semi regular character... oc... thing #i should draw more furries. i followed some furry artists for giggles recently and its true what they say. u need furries in your life #btw while i was drawing this i was fooling around while trying to figure out his costume color and colored it as kaito kids suit for fun #and i just stared at it for a solid 5 minutes before saving a picture. maybe ill post it later #my art #myart #my oc #oc #furry art #fur #furry #laika's comet #laika's comet oc #fan character #sleight #ref sheet #oc ref sheet

#dsmp #c!tommy #c!dream #exile arc #dream stans dni #i just started thinking about them again #and i feel like i finally have the skills to draw them #also rambling about some artistic choices i took in these tags #the small disc (get it.. disc) is inspired by Church Prime #i think tommy being canonically religous and the follower of a church founded by dream is super interesting #i imagine the disc he holds as a sort of rosary or other prayer accessory #the church prime symbol is just a cross but i took creative liberties by doing a star #aka a pointy cross #because i didn't. want to mix real life religions people follow in with minecraft roleplay lmao #also like i already said its a disc. not a music one but the Symbolism.#the pin on tommys jacket next to the creeper one IS meant to be a music disc though!#i also tried to mirror the shape of dreams sword and the shape of the cross.#i changed dreams mask a lot from the typical circle smiley face design #because i kinda hate the real life guy with a passion and wanted to seperate the drawing from his branding #and i think the smile is a little goofy.#OH and the disc is also meant to resemble the compass.#also dreams hoodie sleeves are rolled up underneath the sleeve of his tunic because he's horrible.#i tried really hard to make him look insufferable... i think i only pulled it off for me specifically #fanart #dsmp fanart #artsp #dream fans dni #please

Everyone stayed almost the same, except for Fumi, I changed her outfit the most + switched Seina's and Toshiro's heights.... also added their hands because I realized I usually don't give much detail to them, even though I actually have. A Lot of thoughts about my ocs' hands. Going to attempt to draw all of their unit outfits together next. Probably. I'm insane about my pjsk ocs again, I think I'm being sucked back into the hyperfixation hole, what do I do..... ok running away before I look at this for too long and start hating it

Not a yet fully complete thought/theory BUT who do you think could be the person that called Vein?

Because as we saw, Liu Xiao was at the cinema with Xia Fei and if he made that call, Xia Fei would notice and he would probably be able to connect the dots. So was it really him or someone else?

Vein went to Wang Qing after that call on someone's instruction

"Give me you know what and I will leave you alone." That's what he said and that's what he was going to do, his munition was sleeping darts so he clearly wasn't there to kill anyone. His orders were precise.

And soon enough we found out what he was looking for.

A book/notebook that Cheng Weimin had in his work desk.

Now, Cheng Xiaoshi's mom is trying to save her husband and his father but where exactly is he? Because there is absolutely no way he died in that fire. It just doesn't seem right. Not with the way everyone reacted when his name is mentioned.

We obviously don't know his entire role in the story but we know he's someone who's a very important character.

So could it be possible that maybe he's the mastermind and that we're in for a bigger plot twist that we expected?

This entire time it's been hinted that Liu Xiao is that mastemind and tbh looking at it all, it feels like he probably is but with so many plot twists happening in this series, what if there's a completely bigger picture behind it all? something that we really didn't expect?

Later, when Xia Fei is with Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang he warns them to take care because the person they're looking for is probably hiding bigger secrets.

And it again shows Liu Xiao but he's standing in front of someone's door. Who lives there? Well the person they were looking for was Cheng Weimin and Xia Fei knows that. So the timing for this scene right as he's saying all this...?

Ugh, I'm having so many thoughts about link click now, the wait to find out what's really going on here is going to be so loooooong!! > <

#also when xia fei went to liu xiao to tell him he doesn't want to work for him anymore liu xiao told him that if he stayed there a bit #longer he would've seen something interesting #i hate how that man ALWAYS seems to be aware and know everything #which again brings strong points to him being the mastermind but idk i really feel like we're in for a big plot twist #we'll see #i don't know when but we'll see #i also have another theory i want to mention but first i need a dinner break #link click #bridon arc #link click spoilers #also remember how liu xiao had xia fei track just cheng xiaoshi and then when they were in the car he added lu guang to the list #why wouldn't he just have them both be followed from the start? they are together all the time after all. i mean they were both followed #in any case but pointing it out like that.. giving extra money to keep an eye on lu guang too when like i said he was already kinda doing #it since him and cheng xiaoshi are a pair.. idk it just feels a little sus to me #xia fei wasn't supposed to keep an eye on both of them from the start. that was changed later #cheng xiaoshi was the first person in focus
