Fuck the Twitter haters, I’m so sorry that happened

it wasn't even twitter, is the thing. it was on a cc's discord server. some comments were positive, others were negative. either way, i dont want to be talked about in a server belonging to a content creator, especially when the thing being discussed is rpf. some things should be kept away from ccs, and i dont want them to find it and feel uncomfortable because of me.

this was probably the stupidest thing he could have done. okay maybe not realizing that giving his blessing to minute would upset mapicc in the first place was dumber, but this was a close second.

after five minutes of deciding he was in fact going through with the plan, despite it being far too late to go back, he knocked on the front door and waited. zams heart pounded every second he waited, only getting louder when he could hear mapicc from behind the door.

he swore the moment it opened, revealing loose brown curls and matching, wide brown eyes, his heart stopped. no going back.

"zam? why are you here? I know for sure there wasn't a trip planned to my house." he tried to laugh off the suprise, taking a moment to even register he should let zam in.

zam was just as stunned despite him being the one to plan it out, the real thing being much more terrifying than the 100s of run throughs in his mind.

"uh, yeah," he stumbled through taking off his shoes as mapicc led him to his bedroom.

there was a pile of clothes on the floor, looking to be in the middle of being cleaned up, and posters hung on the walls. a rack of shoes sat near the entrance, with his bed on the right side, desk opposing it. mapicc led them through the room and gestured for zam to sit, him happily taking the oppurtunity to not risk falling from stress.

zam took another moment to recollect himself, believing mapicc would wait for him to explain.

"well, I guess if just... wanted to apologize-"

he cut himself off at the sight of mapiccs scrunched face, clearly also surprising mapicc as he forced himself to relax.

" i wanted to apologize for betraying you. I'm sorry."

"zam- zam. I get wanting to apologize for that but why did you come here then? you had no need to."

he pulled at his hands in his lap, wishing mapicc would just get it. "I promised I wouldn't hurt you but then i got so caught up that I did and this was the only thing I could come up with thats actually productive and helps things."

a pause much longer than the rest, mapicc considering zams words much more seriously than before. he leaned his weight onto zam, head resting in the crevice of his neck and closing his eyes.

"thanks, zam, thanks."

ngl im actually rly happy that one of parrot's condition for rejoining as a vip was that it needed to be for charity bc the lsers choosing to raise money for an organization that helps support trans people means a lot to me.

in general as well, the fact that they are dedicating the streams tmr to donating to an organization that helps trans people in america is especially meaningful in light of how hostile america has become for openly queer people, ESPECIALLY trans people as of lately w how much trump has been targetting laws protecting queer people since he got back in office. im very happy to know that the creators themselves are so vocally supportive of trans people bc it sets a good example for any of their possibly younger fans and puts much needed hope into a world that others may find bleak due to the current state of things.

idek its just. its nice to see that the lsers using their platforms for smt important to me, and to be actually shown and not simply Told that this space is a safe place for trans people— and like ik most of this fandom is made up of queer people and there Are queer lsers so its like "well, obviously" but open and direct support is nice 🥹

its fascinating being in anime circles cause there are ppl who are so severely against sexualization and yet will instantly assume something is sexual just cause it uses the japanese words for something like loli, shota, or yaoi and will only think that something is "pure" if it explicitly uses the english word equivalents. yknow. in the medium that originates from japan
