Lil bit of Helios info. He represses his feelings a lot because as an Eclipse he feels these things Strongly, which especially after learning about other Eclipses is scary for him and he fears he'll hurt people. Even positive emotions Helios is worried will come out in a toxic way, affection turning into possessiveness and so on, so they purposefully try to restrain themselves.

#at first it was guarding after what happened with his Sun #and then ze learned about other Eclipses and their toxic traits so every intense feeling (which is most of them) became a threat #it's not a reasonable fear Helios is not like Eclipse but every smidge of jealousy or want to sink his claws in or hold on too tight #is proof enough for Helios that it's a problem they need to take care of which is not healthy #basil doodles #sun and moon show #tsams #basil headcanons #helios #sams solar #silly celestials au
