Me?? Starting a new exploratory comic ahead of the final season when I already have two others I'm actively working on and one I've had to temporarily shelve because they were getting mixed up in my head??? Egads.

Anyway this is just a short silly fanfic-in-comic-form that I'm playing with dfkjhk. 3 more pages already on Patreon!

He retorts, 'If only for lack of a better term!' Guillermo immediately shoots back, 'I am!' 4. Repeat. Guillermo continues walking unsteadily forward, closer to the viewer, his flushed and grinning face taking up the left side of the frame from nose to chest. He adds, giggling, 'At least for the next 50-ish years!' Behind him, Nandor has stopped, blinking in surprise as he takes this in, his hands twiddling together at his chest. 5. The panel grows smaller, darker, crowding in on Nandor, the only one left in it, as he furrows his brow and stares uncertainly at the ground, shoulders slumped. Offscreen, Guillermo drunkenly shouts, 'Mas-' he interrupts himself with a burp - 'Nandor, the ferry is goooone!' A few more empty blue panels follow, getting thinner and smaller as they go and the night ends. 6. Some time later: Knees up of Nandor sitting on one side of the loveseat in the fancy room, doing a talking head. He is now wearing a studded leather tunic and fur vest and is staring with a deep sadness at the camera, hands folded in his lap. He says, '...I had of course considered that, by remaining human, my new best friend Guillermo would not be around as long as the rest of us. But 50 years?? That is no time at all! I took 22 just mastering the game of pinball! Time is so fleeting...before I know it, he will be gone.' 7. Repeat. Nandor takes a moment of silence and looks down sadly at the empty cushion beside him on the loveseat, hands twisting together in his lap. 8. Repeat, zoom in to chest up, background fading to red as white intensity lines halo around Nandor's head. He sits straight up and faces the viewer, chin up, a new confidence in his furrowed brow and straight shoulders. He announces, 'I have to turn him.' /end ID

I HAVE CRACKED THE HANDLERS COMMUNICATION WITH PANTHERA IN THE WAREHOUSE SCENE- NO I AM NOT INSANE, YES I HAVE WATCHED THIS SCENE TOO MANY TIMES

Ok so it starts with panthera stopping suddenly and looking in the direction of the nublar 5 and making these quiet clicks as they tilt their head questioningly, this is them ALERTING the handler there is something amiss. The handler stops walking the moment she hears these clicks which confirms these are indeed alerting vocalisations. The handler then turns to panthera- notice how she is able to see the direction panthera was looking in, she now knows panthera is alerting to something specifically in that direction. Panthera then proceeds to let out a few vocalisations, they're communicating to the handler that theres still someone there and its important.

The handler then leans down close to the raptor, close so she can watch for any small changes in their face. Panthera then raises their lip slightly and begins letting out quiet low growls- seemingly letting her know they can smell one of their targets.

We can see the handler squint slightly right after panthera does this, confirming this is the specific action that told her what was up. she pulls away with her brows furrowed looking in the direction pnathera pointed out. shes trying to figure out who it is. Tiger and ghost are also alerted to the targets at this point and are likely sniffing for the scent.

We cut to the nublar 5 spread out pointedly in 2 different groups.

When we cut back to the handler we see that ghost is looking in a completely different direction than panthera, the handlers eyes dart between that direction and the original direction- in that cut they have alerted her that there's targets in those two different locations.

This is when she starts to piece together exactly who is in there with her, its likely she doesnt have that many targets right now- cabrera was one but she just killed him. So from process of elimination shes able to recognise that the targets most likely to be here together are the nublar 5. She could have also been alerted offscreen to just how many of them there is, sadly during that cut the raptors could have done anything. (I did check to see if theres any vocalisations like 5 clicks from the raptors that could indicate they are telling her theres 5 but sadly couldnt point out any)

Anyway what matters is that the handler now knows that the nublar 5 are here and she knows their exact locations. She also knows they are in an enclosed space with her.

She quickly realises this is an easy kill. This is when she starts to smile, shes excited- her targets who keep escaping and pissing her off are trapped in there with her, theres literally no way for them to escape this time. (...Except they do 😬)

Eddie closes the lid of his laptop as he let's out a sigh. He takes out his earbuds and takes his long curly hair out of the hastily topknot holding it captive and runs his hands through his hair. He just ended an online interview with Nick Nocturnal, for his Metalcore centred YouTube channel. They had actually scheduled it to be a in person interview in Nick’s studio so they could also play together but Corroded Coffin's upcoming touring schedule had disrupted that. He watches a group of guys pointing at her and talking amongst each other, before a guy dressed in a sheriff's outfit leaves them and walks over to her. Eddie frowns as he takes a large sip of his over priced lukewarm Coke. He figures that he's lost his shot at approaching her, he's about to turn and walk away when he notices that her body is rigid and she is doing her best to politely send the guy packing. His frown deepens as minutes pass and he still hasn't taken the hint. He thought that his days of saving lost sheep from school yard bullies was over, listen at heart he's a coward and would run than fight. While he has had a few long-term romantic partners and a notorious flirt he is by no means a player. After waiting a few more minutes, spent debating himself, he takes a deep breath and channels his stage persona.

He confidential walks over and places his cup on her food tray “ I'm so sorry it took so long Sweetheart, you won't believe how long the line for the restroom was.” He looks down at her praying she correctly reads his intentions. He's in a sour mood when he reaches his band mates. His mood improves when he starts gushing about his daughter and her mother. He gets increasingly more nervous as their set time approaches. Just before they go on, he gets a notification on his phone. He pulls out a phone and unlocks it, and opens up the message. He smiles as he sees his baby, still a bit sleepy in her mothers arms. She has her headphones on it, and it looks like they are on the balcony. “Good luck, Daddy!”. He rewatches a few times and shows it to his friends. When They finally go on stage, he's still smiling like a loon. About halfway through the set, Eddie checks in with the crowd. “Four years ago, I was still a batista, and all of this was just a pipe dream. Terry wakes up feeling depressed and down in the dumps. Korvo notices this and goes up to him

Korvo: Morning honey. kisses Terry, on the cheek, who sheepishly smiles

Terry then goes back to feeling depressed while walking downstairs when Phoebe walks past him.

Terry: Hey…

Phoebe MacCarthy: Hi. You feeling okay?

Terry: Ugh… nobody fucking talk to me.

Phoebe stood in silence while watching Terry walking in concern. Later, Terry starts eating his pop tarts depressingly while the kids watch.

Sonya: Is Terry okay?

Jesse: I don’t think so. Should we talk to him?

Yumyulack: Probably not a good idea. That could upset him

Pupa: Terry?

Terry pats Pupa on the head without a word and walks away and puts his on his hoodie while heading outside and shutting the door without a word. Korvo walks downstairs and began to grow concern about this while the kids, Phoebe and Janiz looks at him worriedly.

Janiz: What’s up with Terry?

Korvo: He’s probably still upset that he is half monster

Korvo suddenly hears Terry yelling with rage outside.

Mia yelps while she and Ms. Perez backs away a bit concern as they watch Terry leave.

Randall: Yeah. I think it’s best if we leave him alone. He looks a bit upset and tense, we better not violate it.

Meanwhile with Terry.

Terry: sighs and mutters Stupid fucking temper. What is wrong with me?

Then a doorbell was heard.

Korvo opens the door and it turns the Solars’ friends (except for Principal Cooke) arrived at the doorstep

Later with Human Terry, he walks to the village while five teens follow the village.

Ruby facepalms and groans. Human Terry notices the teens. Human Terry then hides and begins to overhear them.

Blake: So this is a village? With tribal folks?

Folk #1: Here have some water

Jaun: Stop that… Ugh, I can’t believe that almost happened. It’s been ages since I missed the first fire.

Ruby: Do fires happen… often?

Jaun: Oh yes. Everyday

The girls stiffens in shock.

Paq: What?

Blake: Really?

Jaun: Oh, uh right, I guess, uh… introductions. These… are the Paper Pleasers. They’re probably the most polite, most hospitable savages around. Because… that’s their purpose.

Human Terry: whispering What the fuck is he talking about?!

Human Terry suddenly steps on a twig. He hid before the teens could notice him. A villager offers Jaun some food but he pushes her away.

Jaun: When Baine left me to die, Some woman found help, brought me to the village, who got me back on my feet. They work all day, not just serving travelers, but serving the land they live on too. They beautify it, make it a place of peace. Unfortunately, they’re… a bit clumsy, but that also makes them predictable.

Blake: Woof. Hate that.

Jaun: Okay, the disastrous lighting of the morning lantern is dealt with. That gives us just enough time to strategize before the calming pebble tower crumbles, crushing the koi pond dam, and flooding the entire village! So I’m thinking… quick brunch?

Ruby thinks for a moment.

Ruby: Yeah. I’ll meet you up. Just need to think.

The rest of the teens leave but Human Terry looks up at the moon as he sighs. Back at the Solars’ house, the gang were talking to the family while Korvo is upstairs.

Yumyulack: He literally said that?

Ms. Perez: It’s what we heard.

Mia: Yeah. It’s like he is like full of stress or something

Jesse: You guys are not the only with problems. Turns out Korvo’s coworkers were trying to remerge Cheery and Naomi back together, but we never want them to because of Naomi helping us.

The others gasp in shock.

Mia: They did what??

Yumyulack: And then throughout the mission, these four assholes were taking out their frustrations on us, as if we were their squeeze balls! sighs Why did we listen to them?

Phoebe MacCarthy: comforts Yumyulack Oh honey, I know how stressful it is. But served those guys right for fighting while our friend was in danger.

Ms. Perez: Don’t worry kids, at least you and your dads are back home now safe and sound. Is Terry doing okay?

Sonya then sees a strange text from Cooke.

Sonya: Uh oh.

Phoebe MacCarthy: What?! What is it?!

Monica looks closely at it and gasp.

The others stood in shock while Super Shlorpian Korvo breaks down in tears more while tears stream down his eyes. The others go up and comforts him.

Nova: You were probably trying to protect us.

Louise: Yeah. You must’ve been stressed out since the epidemic started. But, that is not true. We still love you Korv. You’re our best friend

The gang then gets in a group hug while Janiz and Korvo turns back to normal with their clothes on.

Korvo: It’s kind of a pro thing.

The gang then huddle.

Korvo: Now come on we got a Principal to save!

After the Solars turn into their human forms, the gang gets in the bud while Human Korvo papered to start it. Meanwhile with Terry…

Human Terry: I gotta do something. C’mon, Terry!

Jaun: My life’s work.

The girls look over the map Jaune has made.

Jaun: Over the years, my friend and I have been systematically exploring as many of the nearby acres as possible. If you think you’ve seen it all here, let me tell you… you haven’t.

Yo: What exactly have you been looking for?

Jaun: Anyone or anything that might be able to take us back home.

Paq: raising her hand Sorry, um… I’m just… trying to make sure I follow. Do you have any leads… at all? Any other plans?

Jaun: This… is the plan. Look, I- I’m sorry I didn’t solve all our problems by myself, but… I- I can’t just run off and let them die! But, between protecting the village, searching for you guys, searching for an exit... we’ve got a really tight schedule to keep. Or rather, you’ve got a tight schedule to keep.

Ruby: I beg your pardon?

Jaun: Guys… (stammers) this is it! If there’s one thing I’ve learned after all these years, it’s that patience. Pays. Off. It’s why we’re finally back together! I know I can find us a way out, okay? I-I know it… (raising his voice) I know it! (slams his fist on the corner of the map)

Human Terry: Jesus.

Th girls look at Jaune concerned, the latter gulping down their recent bite of the quiche.

Jaun: (softly) This isn’t crazy… I’m not crazy… (clears throat) This… isn’t crazy, it’s easy! You know, we still got time before the Pebble Tower falls. (stands up) How ‘bout I, uh… saddle up a sadly and show you around myself. (starts to walk away) Point out some of the clumsier villagers! (chuckles) Just wait till you guys meet Monique!

As Jaun walks away, Ruby grabs Jaun’ list.

Ruby: (reads Jaun’ “plan���) Damnit, Jaun. This isn’t a plan, it’s a to do list.

Paq: (places her hand on Ruby’s prosthetic hand) He’s obviously been through a lot…

Yo: Yeah…

Blake: We can be frustrated later. Right now, Jaun needs us. And we still need him. We just… can’t count on him.

Human Terry looks at Ruby, who’s feeling sullen.

Ruby: Then who does that leave us with? It’s obvious we need someone to guide us or we could end up thrown back in time, or killed by the tree, or worse…

Yo: Well, if that’s how everybody-

Villager: The spider woman is back!

Human Terry: Spider woman?

Human Terry looks and gasp upon seeing a spider woman with a familiar green streak on her hair.

Human Terry: gasp Parker?!

Jaun then walks away, exiting the building. The teens follows him outside.

Yo: But what if this is wrong? Maybe not about everything, but about the beasts!

Ruby: If those villagers make it down here, those villagers will die!

Blake: Then we won’t run this time.

Yo nods, agreeing with Blake. Yo, Blake and Paq run towards Were-Spider Parker. Ruby just stands there, with a concerned look on her face. She hesitates but quickly runs after her teammates. Meanwhile, Human Terry, I trying to get through Were-spider Parker

People saw what happened as Mark falls unconscious. They then start running through their lives, screaming. The monster then looks at its’ reflection in the ocean as it shows the same orange eyes tearfully in rage.

The monster started breathing in and out as its rage starts to kick in. Then, the beast roars. Back with the gang, Human Korvo parks the car as he, the kids and their friends head out of the bus

Mini Review: 5 Things I REALLY liked about "It Ends With Us" movie, and a few things I liked a little less.

📌 5 Things I liked...

1) Casting was fantastic. I remember seeing Justin Baldoni's cast search video when they were trying to find a young Blake Lively, and I scoffed at the time bc how is it possible to match up someone to her gorgeous face? But they actually did! She looks so much like her, that I almost thought it was AI over Blake's face, until I just looked it up.

2) Casting was fantastic, part 2 -  I haven't read the book so I don't know if it's true to those, but I thought every single actor seemed made to play their role. The leads, the supporting actors, everyone.

3) I liked how stunning the movie was visually. You don't always get that in dramas but you did here. All the scenes and shots of the city were beautiful, especially the restaurant and every single view of the flower shop.

4) I loved how real the love felt between all the characters. I think Blake Lively embodied love in the movie as Lily. Lily's love for Axel and her love for Ryle and her love for her mom... all of it she expressed so well. Sometimes movies about DV try to make it seem like there's no real love there and that one fell into a relationship strictly out of trauma - even though that's not how it usually happens. As heavy as it was to watch the main relationship, Lily and Ryle gave us a lot of purity to their characters so we could fall in love with them as a couple first... and feel the instant, and ongoing pain when it disintegrated.

5) I don't know anyone offscreen who has gotten out of a DV situation alive without being on the run for awhile, or some severe aftermath. But it make more sense in the movie because of the sister and law, mom, Axel and just the mere fact she had a strong support system. I am sure some people think it's unrealistic, but I think it's also important to sometimes give out hope. Some people are able to leave if conditions are right and they have other support. I think people can really use hope when 8t comes to the topic so I was glad for its inclusion.

📌 3 Things I liked less...

1) I wanted more Hisan Manaj. I would've liked to see how his character, Marshall, reacted after learning the truth about his brother in law. In all his lines I wanted just a little more of him.

2) It pains me to say this one: as someone who knows every lyric to my tears ricochet, I hated it's usage in the movie. It didn't fit the scenes it was in, not a single moment. My friend who was with me though didn't know the song and thought the words she heard were about having grace, until I explained the song is very much not that. So yeah it just didn't fit and I wish another Taylor song was chosen. Maybe it wouldn't be distracting to non-swifties though :)

3) Lastly, (and this is not about the movie as much as some of the promotion around it), I don't think a lot of moviegoers knew what to expect. Lots of people (including kids) there seemed prepared for a RomCom. After the movie, sadly I picked up conversations from girls walking out who were most disappointed that Lily didn't give Ryle more chances! That was hard to hear.

All in all I'd highly recommend the movie. See it by yourself or with friends whom you're always comfortable with. It's heavy and triggering and thorough, but it's all tastefully done. Great direction, cast, and levity to an important topic.

ryo + five

alright so I’m in a Four/Ryo Obsessing Mood (moreso than usual) & I'm stuck thinking about his relationship with Five. because personally I think those two have the most interesting dynamic out of the entire crew even though (very sadly) the vast majority of it takes place offscreen.

But to be more specific I'm perseverating on the scene in S3E12 where the two of them finally reunite on Zairon. and the closest thing I can get to my heart's desire to jump around while maniacally gesturing at a conspiracy board is rambling text posts so here's a collection of Cool Things about the scene that I have been microwaving in my head for multiple days now

okay so. If you conceptualize the pre- and post- mind-wipe crew as distinct characters (which has strong textual and in-character support), then this is the first time in the entire show that Five and Ryo have an actual conversation.

Obviously there's the neural imprint episode, which is debatable whether he counts as the same Ryo, but even then he mostly just pointed a gun at her while she argued with Boone.

After Four downloaded his memories back in S2E12 and became this Ryo, he spoke at length with Two, Six, Nyx, the Android, and (to a somewhat lesser extent) Three. Then over S2E13 and the course of S3, he spoke to all of them again at least once, often multiple times.

But Five has avoided him from the instant he downloaded those memories, because she saw the writing on the walls and was afraid to be around him. She hid from him for the entire duration of S2E12 and stayed as far back from him as possible in the throne room scene.

He's tried to talk to her since then- he sends his guards to fetch her in S2E13 but she evades them, he video calls the ship in S3E2 but she's not there, he tries really hard to talk to her in S3E8 but all he can do is yell at her over the ship's intercom while she's like 'get fucked' and thwarts his plan and he leaves without even seeing her. The closest thing they've had to an interaction in an entire season is when she asked 'You have [Two]?' over the video call earlier in this episode.

this all makes his later line where he says 'I've missed you- I can't say the same for the rest of the crew' funny in an entirely different way because he literally Hasn't missed them. he has been talking to them repeatedly. she's the only one who he's been separated from for an extended period.

but i'm getting ahead of myself there so. going back to the context. this is how he reunites with the other characters back on Zairon.

Obviously Two was kidnapped, so he doesn't have to be nice, but still. He has her brought before his throne by armed guards with her hands tied.

plus the way he's lounging, yeesh. One hand on the sword, the other held up to show off the signet ring. the long, slow look up. absolutely basking in the melodrama of it all. he is so obviously gloating and not even attempting to hide it for politeness.

Three and Six are guests, so he does at least keep a pretense of hospitality. He has his royal guards bring Three to his... war desk? where he's set up. And he opens the conversation by ordering Three to sit down so he can brag about his super-fancy whiskey.

Also, he keeps his sword with him (visible in the foreground), and the two guards don't leave the room until Three accepts Ryo's offer and goes to sit down.

It seems like Six sought him out and went to wait in the throne room for him, along with his escort. This time Ryo doesn't have his sword, but there are four armed guards there, and they all stay very close for the entire conversation.

And the first thing he does after walking into the throne room is mock Six ("have you come to surprise me with a change of heart? didn't think so.") In fact, he kinda deliberately needles Six throughout the entire conversation.

so then, contrast that with the way he meets Five.

first of all, this is Five's room. as in, he seems to have set up a room specifically for her and then left her alone to explore it when she first got there. like she's a stray cat he's trying to bring inside for the first time.

also, you might notice the clothes from the other gifs. Three and Six are both just wearing standard black robes, the same ones that we see a lot of other folks on Zairon wearing. but it seems like either (a) Ryo set up a room with a bunch of spare clothes so she could choose an outfit for herself, or (b) he went out of his way to find clothes that would fit her normal style (light colors, layers, busy patterns) so that she'd feel more comfortable. potentially both.

Five is also the only one who we see moving around the palace without guards escorting her- she's alone with Teku when he takes her to see Two, which means either (a) the guards posted at her door knew Ryo was fine letting her move around without an armed escort, or (b) there were no guards specifically assigned to her.

and we know Ryo knows exactly how much chaos an unsupervised Five can cause when given free reign of a building, and has made it very clear to his subordinates that she is not to be underestimated under any circumstances. So I can only assume this is a show of good faith towards her so she doesn't feel trapped.

okay there's the context I've got. now for the actual scene.

he meets Five on the closest thing to neutral ground they can get in his literal palace- the room he set up for her that she's been allowed to familiarize herself with ahead of time.

The guard who opens the door for her leaves without even nodding towards Ryo, so he must have issued orders ahead of time that he wanted to meet with her alone.

And also unarmed- he doesn't have his sword in the room with him at all. Even within his own palace, we almost never see him without a sword within arm's reach. and again, we know it's not overconfidence on his part, so presumably making Five the only crewmate he meets alone and unarmed is another display of trust.

he is also very careful movement-wise throughout their whole conversation: no weapons, keeps his hands busy and where she can see them, makes no sudden movements, and for the entire conversation stays either at or below her eye level so he's never standing over her

and then, the very first thing Ryo ever says to her face- the thing he uses to try and connect with her- is the puzzle box. the puzzle box that she solved for him way back in S1E2 when he himself wasn't able to figure it out.

she literally, physically unlocked his past for him, given that the signet ring was how he first found out about his backstory. and she did it by sneaking into his room through the vents when he wasn't there.

so yea, it's a lighthearted story about how his grandfather hid his tobacco, but it's also a genuine attempt to connect with her by harkening back to the very first thing she learned about him- the very first way that she helped him, when they woke up together on that ship with no idea who they were, how they got there, or what to do next.

to Ryo, it's one of the many ways in which he's grateful to her, because Five is the one who- over and over again- paved the way for him to reclaim his identity and retake his throne.

but the thing is, she didn't do it for Ryo at all. She spent two seasons helping Four, her friend, who she cared about deeply- even as she feared that he was going to fall back into old habits.

After she saw Four's memories, when she first told him he'd been framed, she immediately tried to reassure him- telling him it wasn't his fault, he could put it behind him, and that he didn't have to be that person anymore.

because she was afraid, even from their first conversations, that she was going to lose her friend as he threw away everything the crew had built to go chasing revenge for wrongs he didn't even remember. and she was right.

so needless to say she's not particularly receptive to this whole 'remember the puzzle box?' thing.

So then Ryo gets more direct and just tells her outright that he misses her, which, y'know. That's about as emotionally vulnerable as the guy ever gets. But it still doesn't work, obviously.

because the problem is, Ryo sees this conversation as a reunion with a mentee who he’s known for months, whom he respects and likes and is even protective of, and whom he very much wants to reconcile with.

But Five understands instinctively what nobody else seemed to, which is that no matter how much he might look like their friend, Ryo is a fundamentally different person.

So from her perspective, she is trapped in a room with a brand-new person who wears the face of her friend, but who she does not know and does not trust. She tells him that she misses the way things used to be, by which she means she misses the person he used to be- her friend, who effectively killed himself in order to become Ryo. who was so afraid of his own vulnerability that he turned himself into a danger to everybody around him, including those he cared about most.

Ryo looks at Five and sees her as his friend- he tells her she's barely changed from the mind wipe. but she can't say the same, because when she looks into his face she's still seeing two different people- Four, who abandoned her, who threw away his crew, his ship, his life, and his very identity to embark on a murder-revenge quest,

and Ryo, the monster he handed his face over to, who has spent the last weeks hunting his former friends to the ends of the galaxy in search of a more efficient way to win his war.

1st Jellystone Drabble I did

Okay so basically in the episode “The Brave Little Daddy”, Huckleberry Hound said that Grape Ape has a mind of a toddler, so I want to expand the latter’s “toddler” side of him.

We cut to Augie Doggie’s house, when there is a offscreen muffled conversation between her and Doggie Daddy behind the window, then we see Augie leave the house and waves goodbye. Then we cut to the Mud Bug Cafe, where Shag Rugg is walking out of the door, waving goodbye to Maw Rugg, following by the latter wishing him to come back home for dinner. Finally, we cut to Yakky’s house, where she is seen walking out of the door and waving goodbye to Chopper, which the latter is doing barbell exercise and wishing her a safe stroll (while sweating and puffing in and out air). 

Then we cut to the center of the town where the children meet and decide to go and play on the boardwalk of Jellystone(with a dock). They get on their swimsuits and started playing summer games. They are having so much fun, followed by a montage of the kids playing all sorts of games, “Ring Around The Rosie”,”Tag”, skipping pebbles across the sea, swimming, “Hide and Seek”. Then suddenly, they were hungry. But thankfully, Shag brought enough money to buy snacks and water. After they ate, they continue to play more games. One of the many games is a swimming race(whoever swims the fastest and touches the dock first wins a random heart shaped rock Yakky has found while skipping stones earlier).

The race started, with the kids trying to swim faster and getting to the dock first with a few laps. Then a bunch of waves and then bubbles start to form, the kids got thrown off course. Yakky decides to leave the water before anything bad happens, the other 2 agree. 

Back at the boardwalk, they decide to climb up to the top of a building to relax(look at the clouds) and/or still play their games(While taking the rock with them). There were a ton of cloud shapes (heart, mouse, crayfish, rooster, tree, snake). Back at the sea, bubbles are heard and a shadowy figure with glowing eyes start rising from the water.  The silhouette then roared and went to Jellystone. 

Back at the top, the kids were bored and decided to climb down and walk over to the wall randomly built next to the side of a building where the sun is shining on the wall. They decided to do shadow art, Augie made a shadow version of her dad, Shag made a shadow of a crayfish (in a pot), Yakky made a shadow version of herself lifting a barbell. 

All of them praise each other’s art, but all agree it was kinda too easy, so they do complex art, Augie makes a scene of herself being kissed by her dad, Shag made his whole family making crayfish dinner, Yakky made a shadow version of herself dodging obstacles to get to her mom she made with her own shadow. They all praise each other’s art even more. 

Then a huge shadow comes out and blocks out the Sun, causing no light to the wall, meaning no more shadow art. Luckily, the kids see the shadow, ran and hid behind the wall, but they just watch aside to see two gigantic hands making a ton of shadow art(banana, the silhouettes of the kids, etc.). 

Impressed, Augie decides to praise the “artist”, but they were nowhere to be seen. However they see massive water printed footprints. They decide to follow the prints and found the site in a bunch of buildings. Curious, Augie decides to look behind, nothing. She sadly goes back to the group and announces there’s nothing in the site. 

The kids sighed and left, but sense vibrations from the ground and hear stomping. They look up and see Grape Ape behind them, standing there, excited and confident to play with them. But the kids knew he was too big and strong. He calms down and just friendlily waved at them. They nervously waved at him back, then slowly back away to avoid conflict. Grape Ape, confused, starts walking towards them. 

The kids made a run for it, looking for something to hide in (Augie - in the dumpster, Shag - in the trash can, Yakky - in a tree). Grape Ape,(earlier, he was counting on a building to 20) treated the hiding like “Hide and Seek”, and search for them as soon as he said 20 and he is about to say “Ready or Not, Here I come”. But, he heard the ruckus of hiding real quick in the alley, came over and expose all of their hiding spots. This made the kids run from their now exposed hiding spots. Then Grape Ape said “That’s too easy for me.”

They are now running, but Grape Ape did not chase them. Instead, he is hiding behind some stray buildings, waiting for the perfect moment for a game of “Surprise Tag” (it works basically the same as normal Tag, except the “it” hides somewhere random, where people run at random, until they hit the “it” zone, where the “it” hops up to chase and tag the player who stepped on the zone or anyone else running).

The kids were running for help, but they stopped at the group of buildings that Grape Ape was hiding in, but did not step on the zone.  They scurried around the zone, avoiding being chased. However, Yakky accidentally tripped on a small rock and fell to the zone, triggering Grape Ape into hopping out of the buildings, Yakky got up and got near Augie and Shag. The kids then saw Grape Ape jumping out of the buildings at such great height (for his body size) and screamed and ran around the town, Grape Ape then landed on the ground (lands on his feet), unintentionally causing a earthquake, and then ran after them. 

Citizens are seen talking and walking, doing the usual. Then, they feel the vibrations of the ground shaking and they see Grape Ape chasing the kids, and ran for their lives. “Yay, more players!” Grape Ape said, excitedly, as he was chasing other citizens to tag. Huckleberry(tired, he is seen with a wrapped up back, sore eyes, yawning and holding a cup of coffee) was there the whole time, seeing the whole scene behind his window, while sitting on his bed, shocked and concerned, and then fell out of his bed from the vibrations and almost broke a bone. He was about to get his megaphone, then he thought about his broken spine from last week, so it resulted him not doing anything to avoid breaking any more of his bones.

The first person that end up breaking their bones while running from Grape Ape is Mildew Wolf (of course), he is tagged too hard and collided to a fire hydrant. Many of the citizens are either crushed or slapped into a building. Ambulance is called, Yogi, Boo Boo, and Cindy were driving to the scene (while avoiding getting their ambulance destroyed by Grape Ape’s hands), and took Mildew (and a few citizens) to the stretcher and into the hospital. Yogi and the doctors weren’t able to carry all of the people hurt all at once, so they have to carry them by the trips back from the town back to the hospital. Then Grape Ape’s massive foot crushed and slapped into the ocean (while crashing onto a few buildings). 

One of the many people that got slapped is Wally Gator, which sends him flying and colliding to the window of Huckleberry’s city hall, and fell to the ground, landing on the stairs, and fainted because he is weakened. Squiddly inked, covering Grape Ape’s hand with black ink. Few of the citizens that have not been tagged just ran for their lives, which excites Grape Ape even more (destroying even more buildings doing so).

Huckleberry finally had enough of the ruckus and decides to reprimand the giant gorilla, however he tripped on his slipper, slides towards the window and collided to the window, causing his window to break and causing him to fall a great height, breaking almost all of his bones when he come into contact with the sidewalk. To add the salt to the wound, a few citizens are seen running (stampeding the mayor), followed by Grape Ape chasing them and he(unintentionally) stepped on the mayor. Finally, he turned around to tag him, and then decided to call off the game, then ran off to tag some citizens.  Yogi and Cindy (didn’t get hurt by the collision) decided to collect Huckleberry’s crushed body to the hospital with the stretcher and ran barefoot, following by Boo Boo grabbing the needs for a broken bone(skeleton). Mildew was calling out for the doctors to get him too, but he(along with the crushed ambulance)sank to the ocean. (Titanic style) All of the other citizens in the ambulance just swam back to shore. News was spread across television and on paper that Grape Ape was attacking the city. Snagglepuss was then seen on a full on body cast with his head being the only part not covered, telling his horror story behind his injury (slapped by Grape Ape) before fainting and falling out of his wheelchair with an “Ow” is heard.

Grape Ape then decided to just wanting to play, so he ran to the location where the kids are shaking fiercely, but he changed his mind and wanting to make the kids better by hugging. He tried asking, but the kids were still too scared to answer. So he just grabbed the kids with the palm of his hand and just hugs them all at once with his arms. The kids thought it was cute, then Grape Ape starts squeezing so hard to “squeeze the stress”, the kids start yelling at him not to squeeze so hard. Grape Ape then said that he is trying to squeeze all of the negative emotions out of their bodies. 

Mr. Jinks comes out of the blue and told him to stop squeezing so hard. Grape Ape didn’t know what he is talking about, and squeeze the kids even harder than before. Mr. Jinks, now afraid he’ll be on the blame for the injuries of the kids and be on the angry hands of the parents, he gets Huckleberry (on a full on body cast with his head covered) out of the hospital by pushing his wheelchair to Grape Ape’s feet. The wrapped up mayor told him to let go of the children. Grape Ape, now almost defeated, puts down the children and leaves. Thankfully, they are fine without any broken bones (thanks to Grape Ape’s soft, bouncy fur), and ran towards their worried parents, (who were in the chase earlier, trying to find their respective kid) they hug their kids. Mr. Jinks was relieved and then told the mayor that his bones are pretty much dust and needed rest, Huckleberry then replied that he was okay with it, as he was pushed by Jinks back to the city hall. 

Then, Grape Ape made a big comeback by grabbing the kids, placing them under his cap, and running, while singing “Pop Goes the Weasel” (tone deaf). The parents (particularly Doggie Daddy) were so mad that their kids got taken away that they chased after Grape Ape. Grape Ape just laughed(hopping on buildings, swinging on lampposts), Mr. Jinks saw the whole thing, he was about to run after him, but now realized that he would be literally sweating and exhausted, just to get some children. 

So he ran to get Huckleberry’s megaphone and shoved it into the mayor’s windpipe and realized the wheelchair was motorized by Cindy, so he starts the engine and pushed the wheelchair to get it started. Huckleberry, rolling around his wheelchair, starts yelling so loudly at Grape Ape to get the children back to their parents. Grape Ape then turns around to chase the wheelchair (playfully) to the sunset, followed by the angry parents, then the iris closes on the sun.

RIM 883-897 summary

This post covers the Vacation arc of Regressor Instruction Manual. To avoid spoiling anyone, I’m putting the contents under ‘Keep reading’ so read at your own risk.

After Belly’s pov of the Epilogue, we return to Kiyoung’s pov in this arc. He chats with Jihye about the new guild recruitment. Kiyoung talks about his frustration on how for the past year, Hyunsung’s just going around spending money. Hyunsung even made a bag festival for Kiyoung (sadly offscreen and only mentioned in this conversation).

Currently, they have a group that manages the continent. There are 5 people who have permission from the system to manage the dimension: Kiyoung, Jihye, Hayan, Heera, and Hyunsung. Hayan manages Mana, Heera is in charge of the overall magic power, and the control of other dimensions, including the void. Meanwhile Hyunsung doesn’t even know he has access. Dialugia and the help brought by Benigore are not enough and Jihye is feeling overworked. Kiyoung mentions that Thronus reported something strange.

Originally Thronus was supposed to be with Hayan and Sera’s left alone, but Hyunsung insisted Hayan to take Seraphim.

Belial subcontracted bunch of Abandoned Dimensions Managers, which will be onboarded to their team. Jihye said she and Kiyoung can take the chance to go on vacation.

Their main obstacle is clingy Hyunsung. Kiyoung expressed his dissatisfaction after Hyunsung brought him another gift. He redirects Hyunsung to earn some money in the Republic because he’s been spending too much. There’s a branch of the Blue Guild that will be established there and he wants Hyunsung to go there to support it.

Kiyoung and Jihye arrive in the Adventurer’s Guild of the Federation as Lee Kiyeon and Lee Jihoo. Jihye came up with character sheets for their roleplay: Jihoo’s concept is an immature young noble who’s in love with his slave maid Lee Kiyeon, but doesn’t realize it. Kiyeon was an ordinary adventurer until her life fell apart and was in debt. She caught the eyes of Jihoo and unknowingly had a crush on Jihoo, who reminds her of Hyunsung who she met once.

Kiyeon is Jihoo’s slave maid and has to call Jihoo “Master” and get groped in public. While negotiating with another adventurer from Castle Rock, the adventurer shows in Kiyeon and noticed she has a slave seal. They recognized Jihoo as someone who also deals in the black market and illegal activities

However, despite his character still not realizing the extent of how much he loves Kiyeon beyond a treasured toy, Jihoo rudely declines the offer and throws the adventurer out. From that night on, Jihoo treats Kiyeon more harshly because he doesn’t understand his own heart (Jihye and Kiyoung getting very into their roleplay vacation).

Jihoo tells Kiyeon to leave. In the mean time, Kiyeon uses this time to investigate the black market that the adventurer brought up because it’s something she wasn’t aware of. She noticed there were many potion addicts in the city, many because of the aftereffects of war.

While investigating, Kiyeon gets kidnapped, but Jihoo was still immersed in the play of regretting his actions and running around searching for Kiyeon, finally realizing how important she is to him.

Yeonsu (Jihye’s lieutenant) appeared to Kiyeon while disguised as a child through fairy magic, providing a way to keep an eye on Kiyeon’s safety as she pretended to be a bystander also being sold as a slave.

Kiyeon is put on auction, replacing a necklace that had a defect and was recalled. People started to bid with insanely high prices due to Kiyeon’s beauty.

That’s when Kiyeon spots a familiar face in the crowd. That person, Jin Qing’s purpose here seemed to be the necklace that was recalled so he was about to leave.

When Kiyeon tried to call out to him, he pretended not to notice and walk away, but Kiyeon pressured him into joining the bid. Kiyeon even offered him a place as one of the managers of the continent, and although they had a bad relationship in the past, it’s time to move on.

In the end, Jin Qing won the bid at one million gold. Once again, his reputation veered into a weird direction as the horny soldier of the Republic who bought a slave for one million gold.

They got a private room together to finally have a chat about the black market. It turns out the auction site is not in that city in the Federation anymore, so the black market is using an unsanctioned warp gate.

After Jin Qing was reluctlant to help out, Kiyeon waited until there was a knock on the door for food and drinks and made very... suggestive noises.

“Soldier, soldier... P-please! Please!”

“What?”

“Ahh! Master...! Ahh! That place...”

“You bastard! What a piece of shit!”

“Not anymore... Aaaaah!!”

“You’re crazy! Shut up right now!”

“Urgh! Urgh! Ooh!”

A lot of people were embarrassed outside and Jin Qing’s honor and reputation once again takes a blow.

Finally Jin QIng acquiesces and became an escort as they head to the black market together. Kiyeon continues to tempt him with the continental management position, knowing Jin Qing is also a control freak who can’t resist something that affects the whole continent. This is also because their current team is being overworked so they need more manpower.

The potion that Kiyoung was investigating that caused many addicts seems to be a deteriorated version of his potions that circulated in Celia back in the day.

Suddenly, the warp gates to the black market gets blocked and monsters starts to run wild (courtesy of Kiyeon arranging things with Sora). Since the stolen warp gate was initially installed by Hayan, Sora can also control it.

Amidst the panic, Jin Qing and Kiyeon casually walked around, Jin Qing acting as a temporary bodyguard and hits monsters or people trying to take advantage of the situation, while Kiyeon loots the place. 

They reached a three-way intersection and happen to run into Lee Jihoo and... Kim Hyunsung, who’s also here to loot the black market for money for Kiyoung. 

Lee Kiyeon, who Kim Hyunsung recognized from back then, Lee Jihoo who was her young master, and now Jin Qing who got dragged into this complex love drama as the new slave owner. What a mess.

In their private communication channel, Jihye was estatic that Kiyoung brought Jin Qing along since she was dying of overwork, and even considered it a romantic gift.

Jihoo beseeches Kiyeon to come back to him, as his character has now developed into someone who is worried about Kiyeon and regrest his previous actions. But Kiyeon has a complicated expression showing that she has already lost something to Jin Qing, and cannot go back (😏). In their communication channel Kiyeon told Jin Qing he doesn’t have to do anything but just look casual.

While he doesn’t understand what’s going on with this sudden drama between the two men over Kiyeon, Hyunsung couldn’t just leave it alone either. Kiyeon runs off and Hyunsung also follows her. 

Kiyeon ducks into a corner and texted Hyunsung as Kiyoung, saying something urgent has come up and he needs him to come over, and he even made a reservation at a restaurant and wants to talk.

To his surprise, Hyunsung texted back and said he can’t, because something urgent has come up, he can’t tell him right now but he’ll get back to him in three hours.

Kiyoung feels betrayed that Hyunsung ignored him over Kiyeon (despite them being the same person) and left passive aggressive emojis. As Kiyeon, she slaps Hyunsung and cried, showing resentment for why he appeared before her now. After calming down, Kiyeon started giving her story of what happened after they parted at Crack land, working as a waitress at an inn, becoming Jihoo’s slave maid, then sold and bought by Jin Qing two months ago (it hasn’t been that long in reality, Kiyeon’s just adding more time in the story).

Hyunsung tried to invite Kiyeon to join Blue and also try to introduce her to Kiyoung, but Kiyeon said she can’t go with him, because she fell in love with Jihoo. It’s too late for it to work out between her and Hyunsung. Hyunsung still has people who needs his warmth.

Hyunsung has a look like he realized something, and Kiyeon still thinks he’s thinking about Hyejin (...Kiyoung still ships it despite the many times it sunk).

Despite being dumped again, Hyunsung still wants to help. Kiyeon is reunited in Jihoo’s arms and the two made a moving and heartfelt drama.

Hyunsung pays two million to Jin Qing to buy Kiyeon’s freedom. So, Jin Qing who lost one million in the black market essentially regained it plus one million. Hyunsung came here to earn money for Kiyoung, ends up losing two million.

Kiyoung fumes inside while Jin Qing was very happy with Kiyoung’s ‘gift’.

In the end, the drug problem in the city was solved and a drug addiction treatment center and counseling center was built. Jihye was happy because Yeonsu filmed the maid roleplay.

Hyunsung texts Kiyoung but receives a passive regressive response with ^^ emotes. Kiyoung was still holding a grudge for Hyunsung choosing Kiyeon over him, even though Kiyeon was the one in danger at the time so it was natural for Hyunsung to choose saving her.

Kiyoung acts cold to Hyunsung and doesn’t answer his phone, texting he’s busy. He even invites Raphael to dinner at a restaurant and took a picture to post it on social media with the captions

Forced To Believe Chapter 2- My WWE Debut

Author's Note: Here we have some more filler before going straight to the main roster. When I wrote this I focused more on what happens onscreen instead of offscreen but as the story progresses I started adding more on what happens with Melanie

Chapter Summary: Melanie continues her wrestling career in TNA and FCW before finally getting called up to debut on the main roster at Survivor Series 2012 as Morgan Lopez. She has some words to say about The Shield which begins to make her a target of the group

"There are some crazy-looking guys here. Especially with a lot of tattoos and gothic clothing." Leah, Melanie's friend from the gym said as she walked into her locker room after the CZW show was over

Melanie had met her when she was training to become a wrestler. Leah had helped her work out, thanks to her high school wrestling coach and they have been friends ever since.

Melanie removed her ponytail and laughed. "You'll get used to it. I did after a month. Jon broke me out of my shell and now I can't get enough of everyone. We're always hanging out."

"Yeah, and you and I are having a night out. Just the two of us. We gotta talk."

"Something up?" she asked with concern. She wore a black tank top, leather pants, a leather jacket, and black boots, already ready to hang out with Leah.

"It's my boyfriend. I think he's cheating on me..." Leah looked down.

"What? No way. Come on, let's go to the bar."

Melanie drove Leah to a local bar in South Philly, downtown, and sat at the counter. "What can I get you ladies?" A female bartender asked

"I'll take a Heineken," Melanie replied as she immediately received one

"Give me the strongest drink you have," Leah replied sadly.

"Whoa! No. Don't listen to her. Give her a Heineken just like me please." Melanie declared. After the bartender gave Leah the same drink, she walked away to attend to another customer. "What the hell is the problem? Breathe. Don't do anything reckless, right now."

Leah bursted out in tears and Melanie sighed. Leah would get really emotional when it came to relationships and overthinking. "We were doing so good..."

"And you still are. Leah, get it together. He's not cheating. You gotta remember that his work hours are hectic. And remember that he always comes home to you right after he's done work and spends as much time as he can with you."

Leah nodded and wiped her tears. "You're right."

"You have a good man, Leah. I know it."

"Heh, you are like my own Doctor Phil."

"Hardy har har. I'm not a man and don't have a mustache."

"All right, let's drink!" Leah took a big gulp of her drink as Melanie laughed.

After a while of drinking, the girls start to feel a little tipsy. But Melanie was still able to do her own thing. Leah on the other hand just kept laughing.

"Hey look, it's Jon." Leah pointed out. Melanie saw Jon hanging out with Sam Johnston (Sami Callihan) and they were goofing around. The girls get off the counter and walk around the bar a little.

"I'll see him in a bit," Melanie nodded.

Leah sobered up after a while and prepared to leave, "I'm gonna go. Got to go to the gym tomorrow."

"All right." Melanie smiled and gave her a big hug goodbye.

"Bye, Mel Mel. Thanks for the advice. I can't wait to see my boyfriend when he comes home now." Leah waved and left the bar.

When Melanie turned around, she got her waist grabbed by someone. Turning her head back, she saw Jon grinning down at her.

"I thought you said you weren't coming to the bar." he chuckled and released her as she laughed and turned to face him. He definitely was a little intoxicated

"Girl talk."

"You and your girl talk."

"It's what chicks do for your information." she pushed him slightly as he had his hands up in defense.

"All right bombshell, do what you want. I don't want to get hit with that finisher of yours."

"Damn right."

Sami walked over to the two. "Hey, Mel."

"Sup?" she gives him a grin.

Suddenly Jon grabbed Melanie by the waist from behind and licked the side of her face slowly as she quickly closed her eyes

"Your face is tasty," he said drunkly.

"Oh my gosh! Ew!" she exclaimed, getting released by him as she wiped the side of her face. "What is wrong with you?" She laughed.

"He's been licking a lot of people lately. You'll get used to it." Sam replied, amused.

"I just hope that's the only thing he's doing with that tongue of his," she mentioned

"Wanna take shots?"

Melanie nodded. "Why not."

After 4 rounds of drinking, Melanie was wasted. Jon grabbed her by the waist to help her up. He had eaten and sobered up and watched them take shots. And seeing she was at her limit, it was time for her to go home.

"Yeah, it's time to go home. I'm gonna take her to my apartment. She won't be able to drive." Jon brought up as he said goodbye to Sam. He got a hold of Melanie's car keys and helped her out of the bar.

"I'm not drunk, I can drive. Whoa!" Melanie slurred as she fell down but Jon caught her and picked her up bridal style.

"Yeah, you're drunk all right."

He drove to his apartment with Melanie continuously laughing in the backseat. "Pickles are so yummy...so are Cheese Its. Cookies and cream! I want some cookies and cream." she slurred as he let out another laugh.

It was quite funny how she mumbled random things. This was the start of how their random word conversations would start from time to time.

Once he arrived at his apartment, he helped her inside. He knew it would take time for her to sober up, so he decided to just give her some water and let her lay on his bed. Once she got settled, he went to the living room and started to watch some TV.

During a Pro Wrestling Talk Show, Melanie was dragged by Sami and Jon to watch Drake Younger talk and answer questions. She was highly annoyed with Moxley who began making smart-ass comments.

"Would you cut it out!?" She hissed and kicked his leg while Drake started talking about his time in Amsterdam and who he hung out with.

As Sami and Moxley continued shouting smart remarks, Drake had enough.

"If you got a problem, you can come down here. You can come down here and say something if you got a problem." Drake spoke and stood up to try to find out who was talking.

"You're a worthless champion, Drake!" Sami shouted.

"Paper champion," Moxley commented.

"Step out in front of the light," Drake shouted back as the host tried to convince Drake to not do anything reckless. As soon as they did, Drake looked surprised. "OH~ Sami! You wanna do this here? You wanna do this here?" he got provoked while Jon and Melanie walked onto the stage.

"God I am so embarrassed..." Melanie mumbled as Jon and Sami stood behind the desk. The host got out of the way, while Melanie stood in between Drake and the Switchblade Conspiracy. "Drake, I am so sorry for their actions."

"Oh no, don't apologize for them, Melanie. Don't apologize." Drake gently moved her out of his way.

"Aye! Get your hands off of her." Moxley pointed while Melanie sighed at his possessiveness.

"We are taking over this show!" Sami stated. "Sit down and answer our questions!"

Moxley answered the phone. "Hello? Okay, I'll ask him right now." He put his feet on the desk. "Drake, the people wanna know why you aren't cool anymore? Man, you used to be so cool. You used to be like one of the guys. I remember the first time I ever met you." he starts talking about the good times he had with him. "Now you're just a big star!"

"The CZW champion," Sami added

"You are the World Heavyweight Champion, and you think that you're too good for me and Sami now. But you're not. You're still just like us Drake. I taught you the figure four, you wouldn't even know that if it wasn't for me, and I still do it better than you."

"Can we not do this, here?!" Melanie shouted as Drake traded words with Sami and Moxley.

"Don't look at my eyes, Drake! I'm like Medusa! Don't look at my eyes, Drake!" Sami yelled.

"Out of respect for this show, I'm not gonna do this here. But I swear when you guys step through my house, I will slice you, from ear to ear, chico." Drake threatened them and left while Jon and Sami continued shouting at him.

"Answer this Drake! You got me booked in Germany for a hardcore match! You know I don't do that shit! Answer that Drake!" Sami screamed.

Melanie glared at her teammates while Jon shot her an innocent look. "What?"

"Don't 'what' me! This is fucked up. You dun fucked it up! And you guys decided not to unfuck it! What the hell was that?" Melanie snapped

"Chill MelBelle. This is our show now." Sami looked at the camera. "Hello, viewers. Welcome to our show now. Welcome to our show! We call this the Switchblade hour power and we will do whatever we want. Whenever!"

Jon answered the phone again. "Hello? Uh, I think he left the studio. Hold on wait can we get Drake back in?" He looked at Sami and Melanie.

"You're joking right?" Melanie scoffed

"Let me talk to him." Sami grabbed the phone.

"Drake!? Drake!? I'll be back. Let's go Mel." Jon grabbed her hand.

She swiftly took her hand back. "Whoa whoa, why do I have to go­-hey Put me down! Jon!" She proceeded to get lifted up and put over Moxley's shoulder.

'Time Skip'

It was 2011 and Melanie had just got off the phone with Dixie Carter. She explained to her that she had caught her interest and would love for her to be a part of TNA, so she happily accepted. Melanie was in shock. It may not have been a wrestling company like WWE but TNA is still up there. She had her last match with Jon and he won from the Moxicity. After a bunch of tears and a farewell speech for the CZW crowd, she enjoyed the last night with the CZW crew with a goodbye party. 

"You're moving on up, girl." Chrissy wiped her tears.

"Ugh, no tears! You're gonna make me cry, again!" Melanie embraced her.

After saying goodbye to some other friends, Jon and Mel decide to go take a walk together, outside.

"Can't believe you're leaving."

"Hey, we'll keep in touch. I never forget those who have helped me over the years. Large or small."

Jon smiled, but he had to admit, he felt saddened that she was leaving him. "Here." He takes off his chain. "I want you to have it."

"Your chain?" She grinned and received it. "Really?"

"I want to see you with it on when you're TNA."

"Your wish is my command." She put it on. "I hope we get to wrestle in the WWE together. You're gonna make it. Trust me. We both will,"

"Thanks, Mel. You too."

"It's almost time for me to go. I hate goodbyes. Especially when you get to leave your family like this. Thank you, Jon. Seriously. These past few years with you have been super awesome. Next stop is WWE for us both."

"Hell yeah." He wrapped her arms around her, hugging her tightly. He really did not want to let her go, but he knew how much she wanted to wrestle in WWE, and TNA would be the first step.

As she started walking away, she stopped and turned back around. "This is gonna be super selfish of me, but­..."

She stood on her tippy toes, wrapping her arms around his neck, pressing her warm lips against his cool ones, softly. Jon widened his eyes in surprise. He wasn't expecting that, but he was not complaining as he kissed her back, tilting his head to the side. He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her in closer. It felt really good to kiss the girl he's been crushing on for the past few years.

As she pulled back, he already started to miss her warmth. She smiled at him. "I'll see you soon."

"Definitely." He smirked softly

'Against All Odds'

In TNA, during Madison's match against Mickie James, Melanie ran down the ramp and tossed Madison some brass knuckles.

"Who the hell is that?!" Taz looked on from commentary

"I don't know but she seems to be buddies with Madison!" Mike Tenay yelled.

Madison hit Mickie in the face with the brass knuckles and stole the victory. Melanie celebrated with Madison as Tara recovered from getting hit by Mickie with Madison's glove.

"Finish her!" Madison ordered and Melanie connected with a hard sidekick to the face to Mickie.

In the next few weeks, Melanie had been introduced by Madison, claiming to be her new bodyguard. Week after week she would attack all of Madison's opponents for her, but then things got rocky. There was one time when she actually failed to attack Mickie and caused Madison the match. She was not happy.

"You are such a distraction! You keep making me lose every single match! You don't do your job right at all! You are worthless!" Madison exclaimed and pushed her after each sentence. Melanie had enough and kicked her in the stomach, laying her out with a kick-out DDT.

"I'm sorry, who is worthless?" Melanie mocked before getting out of the ring.

For the next few weeks, Melanie would interfere in Madison's matches.

"What are you doing here!?" She exclaimed as Melanie walked down to the ring with a smile. 

Madison was having a match with Velvet Sky and was about to win once she hit the Rayne Drop on her but turned her attention to Melanie. Melanie was wearing a similar attire to Madison's Queen Bee gimmick but it was black. Velvet then managed to roll her up for a pin to win as Melanie laughed. Madison started to freak out as Velvet gets out of the ring.

But then the next week, Madison decided to turn the tables. While Melanie was facing Tara, Madison's music cued up and Melanie turned her attention to the stage. Madison walked up with a grin and did her trademark princess wave to add insult to injury.

Melanie glared at her but then turned around to get clotheslined by Tara. Madison looked on in delight but then Jake Roberts walked down the ring.

"Uh oh, Madison better run while she can. Melanie's friend, Jake Roberts isn't going to stand and let her distract Melanie." Mike said. As Madison taunted the crowd, she turned around and ended up shrieking and ran around the ring, away from Jake.

"Who do you think you are sneaking up on me like that!? Go away! This isn't any of your business!" She exclaimed. Meanwhile, in the ring, Melanie and Tara wrestled back and forth but then Melanie gave her a kick in the face as she dropped to the mat.

"Get the heck out of here!" Melanie yelled at Madison. She walked to the ropes and looked her at ringside, in front of her. The ref had his attention on Jake, trying to make him go back to the locker room.

Madison took this advantage and grabbed Melanie by the ankles to slide her out of the ring and started unloading on her with punches.

"Madison is a hell cat," Taz exclaimed

"You think you can beat me, Melanie!? Huh!?" She screamed. As the ref tried to get Jake to leave, Jake walked around the ring and grabbed Madison off of her as the crowd cheered. He picked her up over his shoulders as Madison started freaking out from being up in the air so high since he was so tall.

"Oh no he got Madison!" Taz laughed.

"Good!" Mike chuckled.

Melanie recovered and looked at Jake. "Thank you! Don't let her leave, I'm not done with her yet." she got in the ring as Tara recovered from her kick. They wrestled some more as Jake held Madison. She tried kicking and screaming at him but he wouldn't budge.

"Let me go!" Madison screeched. Boy did she have an unpleasant screech. Melanie managed to hit Tara with her finisher called the backfire which was her trademark kick-out DDT and pinned her for the win,

After Melanie won, she motioned Jake to put Madison in the ring. After he did, she speared her and started unloading on her until Madison escaped and ran away.

"Looks like Madison's plan backfired," Mike said.

Then the next week, during Madison's match against Mickie James, The rhythm from Madison's 'Killa queen' theme comes on which caught everyone's attention, but the lyrics were different and said, 'Let's Kill The Queen' instead of 'She's a Killa Queen'

Melanie had come out with a proud smile on her face as Madison's jaw dropped in shock.

"How dare you use my music!?" She yelled. "You are going to kill me!? How dare you!"

"Kill the queen? I think Melanie is on a mission to take Madison down and take her title." Taz said on commentary.

After Mickie got the win from the distraction, Melanie got in the ring and waited for Madison to get up. When Madison turned around, she got hit with the backfire as Melanie grabbed her Knockouts championship and raised it up in the air to loud cheers from the crowd. And then dropped it on Madison's knocked-out body, staring at her with a smirk.

As the two kept bickering with mind games, they finally battled it out and Melanie won the Knockouts title from her. She held it for a couple more months before dropping it to Velvet Sky. After dropping the title, weeks later she started to become AJ Styles' biggest fan, admiring his wrestling and wanting to hang with him more.

'Backstage'

AJ was walking backstage and Melanie ran over to stop him. "Hi AJ!" She grinned.

"Hey, Melanie." AJ greeted, slightly confused.

"I just wanted to wish you luck on your match. You are just so awesome in the ring. I really admire you." She smiled brightly.

AJ chuckled, flattered at her words. "Thanks."

Then a week later, she watched AJ's match at ringside.

"What are you doing here?" AJ exclaimed

"Cheering you on!" She replied like it was the most obvious thing ever

Then after that, AJ decided to let her watch his matches. Then over the next few months, they became good friends and great tag partners as they took down whatever opponents were in their way. But that all came crashing down on the Thursday after Against All Odds in 2012. AJ was up against Robbie E for the Television Champion.

"Come on AJ!" She cheered on. But then, Daniels and Kazarian walked down the ramp. "AJ!" She got on the apron.

AJ looked confused while he was on the other apron, looking at Melanie as she tried to motion him to turn around but it was too late. The ref called for the bell when AJ was attacked by Kazarian.

"Your winner by disqualification, AJ Styles." Christy Hemme announced as Melanie went to help him. But when she tried to, AJ got up and immediately pushed her away.

"What is your problem?" She exclaimed.

"If you hadn't distracted me, I could have taken them out!" He yelled at her.

"Are you serious? You are blaming this on me?"

"You keep distracting me!"

"I was only trying to help-"

"I don't want your help! You are always in the way! I don't want you around anymore! I'm tired of this!"

"You know what? Fine! Be that way! Don't come crying back to me when you need me to help you, got it?" She bumped her shoulder against his, walking past him to leave. 

He had no right to take his anger out on her like that. She knew he was going through a lot since Kazarian abandoned Styles during their match with Samoa Joe and Magnus to be with Christopher Daniels but he needed to get it together.

After that, Melanie was called up for FCW and she immediately asked for a release. She went straight to Florida, reuniting with Jon and meeting everyone else. She had a new character and the name was Morgan Lopez. And she vowed to make Morgan Lopez an amazing homegrown name in the WWE.

Spending time in FCW with Jon was fun as they continued to spend time together as best friends and were even put into a storyline together with his character Dean Ambrose obsessing over her

'FCW'

Morgan is backstage with Summer Rae. "Hello, Morgan." Summer Rae grinned

"Hey Summer, what's up?" Morgan smiled

"So, what do you think about Dean Ambrose? You think he's cute?"

Morgan gave her a confused look and retorted, "You're joking, right? That guy is crazy and obsessive."

"Am I now?" She heard a raspy voice behind her as she widened her eyes. Summer quickly left the scene as Ambrose sniffed Morgan's hair and put some hair behind her left ear. "You know what I like about you? Everything. You can be so pure and innocent but also feisty and determined. It drives me crazy. I think I found my mate," he smirked and walked away while Morgan looked creeped out. 

In the ring, Morgan got distracted by Dean during her match against Raquel Diaz and got pinned by a roll-up pin to lose the match. "Are you freaking kidding me!? What is wrong with you?" She exclaimed as she recovered from the pin. Dean just looked amused as he stood on the apron, watching her.

"You think this is funny?" She retorted before giving him a stinging slap in the face as the crowd 'Ohed' in response.

Ambrose slowly turned his head toward her and grinned.

"She just slapped the crazed Dean Ambrose and I think he liked it," William Regal called on commentary, bewildered.

'Next week on FCW' Morgan bumped into Ambrose backstage and glared at him. "What do you want?" She spat

"You know Morgan...when you slapped me...I have never felt so alive," he admitted, reminiscing on the slap. She looked confused as he went on, "You know, I really think Morgan Ambrose has a nice ring to it, don't you think?"

She stared at him like he was crazy. Not him putting her name with his last name.

"What is wrong with you?" she shook her head

"You made me like this Morgan. I think about you every day, night, week, month, second, whatever. I just want you to acknowledge me."

"What­-you're­-you're insane!" she quickly got away from him once again

'Next Week'

Dean was lying down on a lounge chair, while James Bronson was sitting beside him. "Well, Dean...it seems that you have...an obsession with being the best in the world. And I admire that. And it also seems that you have an obsession with Mister William Regal. But I also see that you have an obsession with Morgan Lopez. Tell me your thoughts on Morgan," James said.

"Do you really have to ask? You already know. Everybody already knows. She...she completes me. Everything about her is...perfect. Her smooth skin...her beautiful smile...she's a doll. I know her better than she does. I know everything about her. She needs to understand that I'd do anything for her. Morgan belongs to me and if any man in this arena has a problem with it, I will lay them out. And the one man who Morgan seems to be around with often is..." Ambrose growled. "William Regal..."

"We're making progress here. This is good." James looked at his notes.

Later on, Morgan was backstage and couldn't help but watch Dean Ambrose cutting a promo at ringside.

"You know Morgan, I don't like to be ignored. I will find a way to get your attention. Even if it means getting your loved ones involved." Dean dropped the mic as she looked confused by his statement

A few weeks later, backstage, a fight erupted between Bronson and Ambrose. He put Dean into a submission from behind, on the ground.

"Give up! I wanna hear you say it!" Bronson yelled. "You wanna give up!?"

All of a sudden, a few refs and FCW superstars rush to his aid and try to make Bronson break the hold.

"Stop it! What are you doing!?" Morgan yelled as she marched over to them.

"Give up you piece of shit!" Bronson yelled.

"Enough!" She yelled and Bronson let go of the hold. "That was not cool at all, who the hell do you think you are? He did nothing to you! What are you trying to prove?"

"Morgan, stay the hell out of my way. I don't have to listen to you since you're one of Maxine's assistants. Get out of here."

She glared at him while Bronson smiled smugly and walked away. She turned her attention to Ambrose. Although she didn't like him, she was hoping that he was okay. She decided to kneel down and help him.

"I got him." She stated and the refs and superstars left the scene.

'Later' Morgan was ordered to be the ref for Bronson's match and ended the match once he made his opponent tap. She scowled at him and decided not to raise his hand. When his opponent recovers, Bronson puts him in another submission hold. 

"Enough! Back off! You won the match already!" She yelled and tried to break the hold. A moment later Bronson broke it and stood up.

"What did I say about getting in my way, little girl? Stay out of my way!"

"Just leave already." She tried to step up to him. "You've won, just leave. Please."

"Leave? How about you make me. Make me Morgan! Make me leave! What are you going to do? Nothing! So shut your mouth!"

The crowd booed him but then Regal got in the ring and attacked him.

"Regal isn't going to stand for such disrespect. And now Regal is attacking Bronson and putting him in the Regal Stretch!" One of the commentators exclaimed as Morgan stepped away from the action. "And now Garret Dylan is out here." The commentator added as he attacked Regal.

Bronson and Garret gang up on him while Morgan tried to stop it. She does but then the two males turn their attention to her.

"Stop it!" She yelled but Bronson grabbed her by the hair. 

All of a sudden, Ambrose rushes into the ring and hits Garret with a lariat. Bronson threw Morgan to the mat while the impact made a loud noise which made the crowd 'Oh' in response. She held her head and crawled over to one of the bottom turnbuckles to lean on. Regal managed to put Garret in the Regal Stretch, while Ambrose put Bronson in the Regal Stretch too.

"Oh, it hurts right?! It hurts!?" Dean taunted Bronson.

"What is going on!?" The commentator exclaimed as Morgan looked on in shock. "Is this really happening!? The heck is going on?"

Ambrose and Regal look at each other and release their submissions. They stared at each other and Regal pointed at him and got out of the ring.

Morgan held her head and tried to recover and saw Dean, who was shirtless and in jeans, staring at her intently. She couldn't help but feel a little bit attracted to the crazy man. To his hair, his hairy chest, and the way he was watching her, it was clear that Ambrose really wanted her. After all the times he tried to get her attention, this one took the cake. He finally did something normal for a change and saved her from Bronson, with help from Regal. She tried to stand up but failed and Ambrose got out of the ring. He walked around the ring and decided to carry her bridal style as the crowd cheered.

Morgan reluctantly wrapped her arms around his neck but began to like the position she was in.

"Is Morgan smiling?" The commentator asked as she started to look happy while Ambrose carried her backstage.

'Next Week'

Morgan was in the mirror, primping, and caught Dean in the mirror, wearing a white shirt and jeans.

"I've been looking for you," she said and continued putting on her lip gloss. "You know, I keep replaying that incident in my head, of what happened last week. When you saved me, after all we've been through. I just want to know why. Why did you save me?" she turned around while he walked up to her.

He grabbed a piece of her brown hair and sniffed it. "Maybe it's because I couldn't take it if something bad happened to you. It was a reflex to save you. No one is going to hurt you, Morgan. No one." He declared and walked away.

Later on, Morgan watched his match against an FCW superstar at ringside and Dean hit the kickout DDT that she used, The backfire. Bored, Morgan began walking away as Dean looked surprised. "Morgan's leaving." A commentator says. "And look at the face of Ambrose. He isn't too happy about that."

Ambrose pinned his opponent for the win and didn't even wait for the ref to raise his hand. He instantly slid out of the ring and ran after her. "Morgan! Morgan! Where is she? Where is she!?" He screamed.

He started seething and ran his hands through his hair. He groaned loudly and held his heart. "She broke my heart. She broke my heart...how dare she do this? How dare she do this to me!? She took advantage of me and played with my feelings! I thought she was going to love my match and praise me but I guess I was wrong. I'm not good enough for her, aren't I? She believes I'm not good enough for her. She isn't going to get away. She is going to feel my wrath!" Dean continued. "I don't care how long I have to wait, I will make her acknowledge me! I will take my aching heart and tear it apart for her! I will even die for her! Does she not know that she completes me? Does she not know that I want her to look at me and praise me? I guess she doesn't seem to care. But don't worry..." He began to smirk. "She will. I will make sure she cares. She'll see real soon! I vow it!" He yelled at the camera and stormed off.

During the next episode of FCW, Husky and another superstar start brawling in the ring with the ref out cold. Before this, they had a match but it quickly escalated into a brawl. "Enough! Enough, stop this!" Maxine, the FCW general manager, walked out with Morgan and William Regal. Morgan had continued to be Maxine's assistant when she wasn't doing matches on FCW. "I need some help, get some help! Now!" She saw officials and FCW Superstars running in the ring, trying to break it up. One of the superstars who ran was Dean Ambrose. "Go! Go!" She exclaimed.

Maxine decides to get on the apron when she sees the fight isn't getting separated.

"Maxine look out!" Morgan shouted but it was too late because she accidentally got bumped into Brad Maddox while she was trying to get in the ring. Maxine held her head and was down on the mat as Regal and Morgan came to her aid. "Are you okay?"

The fight went on outside as Ambrose, Maxine, Morgan, and Regal were left in the ring. Ambrose glanced at Regal and Morgan and then back at the fight while he was on the apron. He decided to attack Regal from behind.

"Dean!" Morgan yelled as Maxine crawled away from the fight. "What are you doing!?"

Ambrose started unloading on him. But then Regal gave him a hard punch in the face as Ambrose stumbled back and got out of the ring. Regal took off his jacket as Maxine and Morgan stood in the middle of the ring, between the two men who were at ringside. Maxine glanced at Ambrose and William and started to smile.

"What are you planning?" Morgan asked, knowing that smile Maxine was showing.

Maxine's FCW theme played out in the arena as Ambrose and Regal stared each other down while Morgan looked worried.

"Was this what Ambrose meant when he said he would go after one of Morgan's loved ones? Regal and Morgan have gotten close over the months of FCW." An FCW commentator says

"Please don't tell me you're going to make them have a match." She pleaded with Maxine.

"I got this handled," Maxine reassured her. Before Ambrose left to go backstage, Regal applauded him.

Afterward, Morgan rushed after Regal. "Regal, please don't tell me you are going to wrestle Dean. Maxine said she made the match. Don't do it. Please don't wrestle him. You did it once, you don't need to do it again."

Regal lifted up her chin and smiled at her. "This needs to be done, Morgan. This is going to be closure."

'Next Week' Norman Smiley, who has the FCW heavyweight championship in his hands, Maxine, and Morgan, who was still Maxine's assistant, were in the ring while Maxine talked about having an eight-man elimination tournament. "In this tournament, the participants will compete against each other, over the next couple weeks. And then the final four will compete in a fatal four-way match. And whoever wins will be the new FCW world heavyweight champion."

"Let's please bring out the participants," Maxine announced as they walked out one by one. "FCW 15 champion, Seth Rollins! Leo Kruger! Big E Langston! Leakee! Showtime Percy Watson! Damien Sandow! Dean Ambrose! And Husky Harris! Gentlemen as you know, you will be competing against each other over the next couple of weeks."

Morgan couldn't help be feel an intense gaze in her direction. 'Don't look. Don't look, Morgan. Do not look.' she tried to warn herself as she tried to continue listening to Maxine. But after a few moments, she decided to look as she locked eyes with Ambrose. 'Just my luck. Why would you look at him? Why?'

Ever since Dean attacked Regal, they have gone at it while Morgan got stuck in the middle. She is close to Regal and admires his ring work. But she doesn't want him to get hurt because Ambrose is a dangerous man. But there was a small part of her that was interested in the weird guy.

"But right now, Damien Sandow and Leakee, you will compete right now in a match. And Morgan here will be the special referee for the tournament matches for the next few weeks." Maxine declared, making Dean smirk and the crowd cheer. "The rest of you please leave the ring."

"Wait, what?" Morgan snapped her head to her. "I don't even have a shirt-"

"Taken care of," Maxine replied.

"Why me?"

"Why not? You are my assistant after all."

"But why can't a regular ref do it?"

"It's done, Morgan."

Morgan exhaled while everyone left the ring but her, Leakee, and Damien. She received a referee shirt and put it on while standing in the middle of the ring.

"Why me...?" She mumbled

During another episode of FCW, Summer and Morgan were backstage.

"You know you got a psychopath staring you down, hard, over there, right?" Summer asked, glancing at Ambrose, watching Morgan from afar.

"Don't push it..." Morgan mumbled. "This whole situation is just really weird..."

Audrey Marie walked over to them, making Morgan even more annoyed. She couldn't stand her. She was exceptionally aggravating and just wanted to smack the stupid grin off her face.

"Wow, I'm so glad I'm not you, Morgan. Because I'm the diva's champion! Yeah!" Audrey bragged and showed off the title.

Without thinking, Morgan slapped her in the face before storming off.

"Whoa!" Summer exclaimed and started to laugh while Audrey rubbed her cheek, still stunned at the assault.

"What was that for!?" Audrey yelled.

'Later'

Morgan walked backstage, trying to cool off but got stopped by Maxine.

"Why would you slap the diva's champion?" Maxine asked with an annoyed face expression

"She deserved it," the Philly wrestler shrugged

"Look, you can't just do that. You slapped the diva's champion, Morgan. You're supposed to be my assistant."

"I know that. It just happened...I'm sorry, okay?"

"Look I'm going to have to force action. You will not be in the number one contender diva battle royal tonight."

"What!? Maxine please­-"

"It's done. I'm sorry but this needs to be done-" Maxine trails off as she watched her storm off. She sighed and shook her head. "She never listens anymore..."

Later on the night, Morgan was sitting down on a chair backstage, burying her head in her hands, while the diva battle royal was going on. She was filled with mixed emotions. Anger, sadness, defeat. She had always dreamed of being the FCW Diva's champion, to prove that she should be here. But the dream was never going to happen because she decided to slap the diva's champion. From afar, Ambrose was watching her intently and walked over to her.

"Just go away, please." She mumbled but Dean sat next to her.

"You should release it," Dean responded.

"Release what?" She sat up to glance at him.

"All that frustration and anger. Show them that you should be in that battle royal." he goes on, making her more irate about the situation. She stood up and headed off to the ring. "Release it, Morgan! Release it!" He shouted.

Morgan didn't know why she went along with what he said, but she should prove to the FCW Universe and the divas that she was not a fragile diva and deserved to take a shot at the championship. As soon as she walked out, she saw AJ, Aksana, Raquel, and Naomi still wrestling in the ring while Audrey was at ringside, watching on.

"Wait a minute, why is Morgan out here? She's not in this match." Byron brought up on commentary.

"This is going to be very interesting," Regal spoke, fully intrigued at the situation.

"Oh!" Byron shouted as Morgan speared Audrey out of her chair and started unloading on her. "Morgan is going after Audrey!"

"This is what Morgan needed. She needs to show this side more often." Regal said while Morgan threw her face first to the ring post, making the crowd 'Oh!' at the impact. She slid into the ring and gave Aksana and Naomi a double clothesline and started unloading on AJ with punches.

"Hey! What the hell!?" Raquel shouted and grabbed her off of AJ but got shoved back

"Fuck off!" Morgan shouts and continued beating up AJ.

"I have never seen this side of Morgan before," Regal murmured.

"You and me both!" Byron said as Raquel grabbed Morgan off of AJ again and tried to punch her. Morgan blocked the punch and threw her into the ring post, hurting her arm. She slammed her down before throwing her, AJ, and Naomi out of the ring. Morgan turned her attention to Aksana and gave her the backfire while the crowd cheered. "Morgan just went on a meltdown!" He exclaimed while she exhaled and ran a hand through her hair.

"Indeed. Very interesting. And I think I know who triggered it." Regal said as she walked backstage

"Who the hell do you think you are!?" Maxine marched over to her. "Didn't I say not to get involved!?"

"And?" Morgan bluntly asked.

"And!? You just ruined the match! For the next few weeks, you will not be here until after the number one contender and Audrey have their match. Do you understand me!?"

"I don't care anymore. And I don't care about being your little assistant." she stepped up to her. "And if you ever yell at me again...you know what? I'll just let my actions speak for me."

"Excuse me? Do you know who you're talking to!?" Maxine shouted as Morgan left. "Unbelievable. What has gotten into this girl?"

'Survivor Series 2012'

In 2012, heading backstage for Survivor Series, Melanie was called into Triple H's office for a meeting.

"You wanted to see me?" She sat down in front of his desk. He seemed to be in a good mood, so she had a feeling she was going to be getting good news.

"Yes, I did. I guess you're wondering why I called you here for Survivor Series."

"Very curious." She let out a chuckle.

"Consider yourself a WWE Diva, now. You've moved up from NXT." He casually announced with a big smile.

Melanie broke out in a short laugh. "Are­-are you serious?"

Paul smiled and nodded, shaking her hand. "Welcome to the main roster, Melanie. You've earned it."

"Thank you. Thank you so much for this opportunity. Oh my gosh. Wow. I can't believe it. Thank you!"

"Here's your script. You start tonight. Think you can handle it?"

"Oh yeah. I'm ready." She grinned and walked out of his office with a big smile on her face. 

She finally got the job she wanted. To be a WWE Diva. After all the hard training at CZW, TNA, FCW, and NXT, she finally showed everyone she was worthy of becoming a WWE Diva. She wanted to be different from the other divas and bring more life into the diva's matches instead of it being only 2 minutes. She wanted to do stuff with the guys too, to bring a little spice of the attitude era back just like Chyna and Lita did back in the day.

She told Triple H everything she wanted to do in the future of her wrestling career when she was in NXT and now it seems like he was granting her wish, having faith in for to pull it off in the PG era of WWE.

She examined the script. It looks like she was going to be with her best pal, Celeste (Kaitlyn), and then in a storyline with The Shield, which ironically was with Jon, Colby, and Joe. The four of them were together again after the FCW days. It was going to be delightful.

A couple hours before Survivor Series started, she walked down the hallway until she felt someone jumping on her back. "April! No piggyback rides!" Melanie laughs. April (AJ Lee) jumped off and hugged her tightly.

"You're here! I can't believe you finally made it to the main roster!"

"Word travels fast, huh?" Melanie beamed and saw Celeste walking over to them.

"Melanie!" She picked her up and twirled her around.

"Still as strong as ever!" The Philly diva hugged her back before getting set down.

"Congrats on finally joining us as divas. You are gonna be awesome as hell on the main roster, now. Fans are already anticipating your debut."

"I'm so excited. Seems like I'll be managing you tonight, too."

"Yep. I'll also be your guide around here. Let's go to the locker room." Celeste and April escort her to the Diva's Locker Room. "Girls! Melanie is finally on the roster!"

"About time! Girl, I've been waiting for you." Trinity (Naomi) beamed and hugged her.

"How you been girl?" Ariane (Cameron) asked, giving her a hug too.

"I'm still in a state of shock that I'm now on the main roster, so I may pass out, but I'm feeling great." The Philly diva gleefully responded.

Sarona (Tamina) walks into the locker room with Victoria (Alicia Fox). "Are you the new diva?"

"Yeah, I'm Melanie."

Sarona smiled. "Nice to meet you. Looking forward to wrestling with you."

"Me too! Cause we're having a match together, soon." Victoria reminded her. "Don't disappoint me. Give me all you got in the ring."

"You bet! Looking forward to it." Melanie nodded

"Hey, didn't you come here a couple years ago?" Layla asked.

"I try not to remember that. But yeah, I did back in 2010 for a job offer. But I left because they didn't want me to wrestle, they wanted me as a valet and that's it. So that's when I went to TNA."

"That's insane. You're crazy." Victoria pointed out. "I would have jumped on being a manager,"

"Everyone keeps telling me that." Melanie groaned

"At least you're here now," April hugged her tightly. 

'To The Ring'

After the ref raised Eve's hand, she heads straight back to beating on Kaitlyn which caused the crowd to boo. She had already won the match, retaining the Diva's Championship against her but was still trying to cause issues.

"Okay Eve, you've done enough!" Cole exclaimed as she started stomping down on her viciously.

"It looks like she wants to make a statement tonight! Let her prove she is not the one to be messed with," JBL spoke, supporting Eve's actions.

The arena began to cheer loudly once they saw Morgan running through the crowd, jumping over the barricade.

To be honest, Melanie was not expecting such a loud reception from the crowd when she wasn't even announced she'd be here tonight but it made her heart soar as she remained focused on going after Eve and making sure she did what she had to do during her first night on the main roster.

This was her debut. Attack and leave. Even showing shades of what Chyna did to Marlena. It was so exciting to her that she was finally going to make a name for herself on the main roster.

"Look at this!" King yelled in a high voice.

"Who the hell is that!?" JBL asked in confusion

"Look who it is!" King shouted as Morgan slid into the ring.

"Is that-it is! It's Morgan! Morgan Lopez from NXT!" Cole announced happily.

"What!? Morgan!? Did you know she'd be here!?" JBL exclaimed.

She jumps right on top of Eve, making her scream as she attacks her relentlessly. Eve desperately tries to push her away but to no avail.

"It looks like Miss Lopez has seen enough! Get her Morgan!" King cheered her on

"Get off of her! Where is security!? Attacking the diva's champion!? What is wrong with her!?" JBL yelled as Kaitlyn watched on with a smile on her face, moving away from the action to lean against a turnbuckle.

Eve managed to shove Morgan away and scramble her to her feet. She tried to clothesline her but missed as Morgan countered with a beautiful spinning heel kick to the face. The champion began to stagger and drop down to her knees. Finishing her off, Morgan ran to the ropes before running towards the champion, knocking her down with a shining wizard.

"And Morgan taking out Eve!" Cole looked on as the crowd cheered while Morgan went back to getting on top of her to attack.

Security guards were quick to rush down the ring to grab a hold of Morgan, keeping her away from Eve. The Philly Diva ended up laughing, proud of what she had done as she was escorted out of the ring by a bunch of security and referees

"Yeah, that's right! Take her out of here! Take her back to NXT!" JBL yelled

"I'm getting word that she is not in NXT anymore, guys. She's on the main roster now!" Cole announced

"You have got to be kidding me! Why!? She is a danger to Eve! Did you see what she did!? She attacked a helpless champion!"

"She was saving her friend, Kaitlyn!" King countered as Eve grabbed her title and jumped over the barricade, freaked out and upset her plan failed

"Security, let her go. She's with me," Kaitlyn announced on the mic as Morgan reluctantly got released and slid back in the ring.

As soon as she got up to her feet, the two girls smiled at each other and embraced tightly.

Kaitlyn then turned her attention to Eve who was in the crowd, processing what had happened, "Eve! Where you going? Your plan backfire? You see I have a little backup of my own. Meet Morgan Lopez. WWE's new Diva on the main roster. My best friend,"

The announcement made the crowd erupt into more cheers as Kaitlyn's theme came on. Morgan waved at Eve, proud of herself with a successful attack.

"Kaitlyn's not alone, tonight! Thank goodness for Morgan," Cole looked

On Morgan's Twitter, called WWEMorgan101, she tweets:

'Monday Night Raw'

The next day, backstage, Morgan walked around with Kaitlyn and began to speak her disapproval about The Shield, "Hey, did you see what The Shield did to Ryback, last night? Completely weak of them to jump him like that. I seriously would like them to be in a singles competition instead of it always being 3 on 1."

"You sure? Be careful, The Shield are pretty scary." Kaitlyn replied in a wary tone.

"Not to me." Morgan shrugged.

"Okay. I hope that comment doesn't bite you in the ass."

"What's the worst that can happen?"

'Smackdown'

Morgan is backstage as she watched The Shield's interview with Michael Cole as they talked about Justice for CM Punk and how The Shield works for each other and not Paul Heyman or anyone else. After the promo, the titantron showed her watching backstage in disapproval as the crowd cheered.

"Really...?" She scoffed.

"You okay?" Kaitlyn stood next to her

"Did you see their little interview? I have never seen people so full of it. They think they run the place because they beat everyone up. What kind of bull crap is this?"

"Don't you know how dangerous they are?"

Morgan shook her head. "They aren't so tough. I give them a month before they start getting their asses kicked." She turned her attention back to the TV, while Kaitlyn appeared worried about her friend talking trash about The Shield.

After the segment, the camera goes back to the commentators. "Oh man, I hope Morgan knows what she's saying," Cole said with worry in his voice.

"What she just did was absolutely stupid. She just dug herself a grave. Stay in a diva's lane. Don't get involved with dangerous men, like The Shield." JBL warned, annoyed with Morgan's choice of words.

"And on Twitter, Morgan even Tweeted, 'The Shield aren't so tough. Bunch of bullies. What else is new? #NonBeliever #IDon'tBelieveInTheShield'" Cole read her updated tweet.

"Oh my God...she dun did it now..." JBL groaned.

"She's picking a fight. She better watch her back." King sighed, wondering what was going to happen next.

"Yeah. On the WWE APP, we have a poll about Morgan and The Shield. Do you think The Shield will confront Morgan about what she has said about them? Vote now and we'll show the results on Monday Night Raw." Cole announced.

'Next Monday, on Raw'

Morgan tweets 'First match! So ready to go. #It'sMorganTime!'

In the ring, Morgan came out to spin the bottle with Kaitlyn following her from behind. The two walked out to a very warm reception from the crowd which made the Philly diva smile wider. For her entrance, she had her right hand up, open in the air with her index finger and thumb sticking up a little and twirled around. She put her hand down and began walking to the ring with determination and excitement on her face. It was her first televised match on the main roster. She wanted to make a big impression on everybody.

"This is a singles match scheduled for one fall! Introducing the challenger, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Morgan Lopez!" Justin Roberts announced.

"Woo hoo, we get to see Morgan! And would you look at that beautiful grin? She's ready to go!" King called with excitement.

"This is Morgan's first match on Monday Night Raw and let's see how she does with Alicia Fox. Now, last week, Morgan may have said some words that she might regret. On Raw, she said 'What The Shield did to Ryback was weak.' and on Smackdown, she said 'The Shield are annoying and aren't so tough.' And on the WWE APP, we had a poll and the question was, Will The Shield confront Morgan about what she has said about them? A haunting 82 percent has said yes, while 18 percent said no." Cole informed.

"Yeah...I have a bad feeling about tonight. I hope Morgan watches her back." King murmured with worry.

"Do you really think Morgan can stand up to The Shield? They are a dangerous team." JBL retorted.

Morgan got in the ring and stood on the turnbuckle. She screamed 'Yeah!' as she raised her right hand up in the air again and the crowd got hyped. Alicia Fox glared at her while she got off the turnbuckle, unimpressed.

"You ready?" The ref asked Alicia. She nodded, keen to discourage Morgan and her dreams of staying long on the main roster. "You ready?"

"Yes," Morgan replied, nodding her head.

"Ring the bell!" The ref yelled

'Ding Ding Ding'

Morgan and Alicia circle around each other. "Here we go! Morgan's first match." Cole said. They lock up and Morgan starts kicking her multiple times before assaulting her with a spinning kick to the head as Alicia falls down on the mat, stunned.

"I think she learned a bit from Daniel Bryan." King joked as Morgan pins her, only to get a 2 count.

"You got this Morgan!" Kaitlyn cheered on.

Alicia gets up and kicks her hard in the midsection as Morgan clenches her stomach and stumbles to the turnbuckle. Alicia walks over and puts her foot on Morgan's neck, choking her for as long as she can. The ref tries to tell her to stop but then starts counting.

Alicia breaks the hold when the ref yells 4 as Morgan slides down the turnbuckle and coughs, rubbing her neck. Alicia taunts the crowd as the crowd starts to boo her. Getting up, the Philly diva waits for Alicia to turn around as she runs and spears her down.

"Wow! Look at that spear! We need a replay of that." King exclaimed

"Looks like Kaitlyn must have taught her a thing or two," Cole said as the girl cheered for Morgan and grinned. She picks Alicia up and gets her into the kick out DDT position. "And Morgan calls this move, the backfire. She got it!"

"Yes!" Kaitlyn yelled.

All of a sudden, the crowd cheers loudly and starts looking up to see The Shield, in the crowd, staring at Morgan from afar.

"What is going on­-oh my gosh, it's The Shield! The Shield is out here!" Cole yelled.

"I knew this was going to happen! I knew it!" JBL added.

Confused at the commotion, Morgan turns and looks around. After a couple seconds, she finally finds The Shield, slowly walking down the steps, through the crowd. Damn, they were that bothered by what she said? For real?

"Are you kidding me?" she mumbled to herself, failing to hide her surprised expression, widening her eyes a bit.

They picked the worst time to distract her. This was her first match and she didn't want to lose in her debut. Morgan's mind began to race as she tried her best to stay focused but as they got closer, the harder it became.

"Oh no!" King exclaimed as Kaitlyn started to panic. She began backing up to the ramp once The Shield reached the barricade.

"Morgan, Kaitlyn! Get outta there!" Cole shouted. "Get out of there, Morgan!"

"Ohhhh The Shield look upset," JBL warned

"Gosh...the look on Ambrose watching Morgan like prey is alarming. She needs to get out of the ring, right now!" King exclaimed.

Rollins and Reigns had some intimidating glares on their faces, aimed at the Philly diva as she tried her best to ignore them. But what had got to her was Ambrose's demeanor. He tilted his head to the side a little, having a sick smirk on his face. The predatory gaze sent shivers down Morgan's spine and it began to freeze her in shock. The way he was staring at her was different from his teammates and she didn't like it one bit.

While this was happening Alicia managed to recover from Morgan's finisher. Seeing that all her attention was on the three men, she took advantage and rolled her up from behind for a pin.

"Here is your winner! Alicia Fox!" Justin announced as the crowd booed.

Morgan looks around in surprise. Did that just happen?

"No way! No friggin' way!" she shouted in protest.

That did NOT just happen. They did NOT just cost her the match like that over some tweets and words. The Shield smirked to themselves, satisfied with the results of the match as they watched her freak out.

"Oh, you think that's real friggin' funny, huh? Seriously? Seriously!?" Morgan screamed at them. She shook her head and stormed out of the ring with Kaitlyn quickly following her

"Morgan is not happy. I don't think she's going to live this down." King watched on.

"Is this the last we've seen of The Shield distracting Morgan? You think she got the message?" Cole asked.

"I hope so." JBL replied

'WWE Main event'

Morgan is in the ring with Kaitlyn at ringside, again, as Alicia Fox is getting in the ring.

"Morgan is here for her rematch against Alicia Fox after what happened with The Shield." Cole recapped.

"Yeah, The Shield cost Morgan her match. Her debut match. I just hope they don't do it, again." King mentioned with worry.

'Ding Ding Ding'

Alicia kicks Morgan in the midsection and slams her onto the mat. Morgan groans and holds her head before Alicia pins her for a 1 count. She continues to get the upper hand and then puts her in a headlock submission as Morgan struggles to get out of it. Kaitlyn begins banging on the mat and the crowd claps for Morgan, motivating her to get out of the submission and fight back. She starts to get the upper hand and clotheslines Alicia. Climbing up the top of the turnbuckle she waits for Alicia to get back on her feet.

"What is she doing here?" Cole questioned, anticipating her next move. Suddenly, Morgan jumps and hits a cross body on Alicia. "Oh!"

"Awesome!" Kaitlyn cheered as Morgan pinned Alicia for a two-count.

"That was impressive." King looked on while Alicia was still down, recovering. Morgan waits for her to get up. When she does, she goes to kick her but Alicia ducks and counters with a sickening kick to the face, making the Philly diva fall flat on her back. "Gosh...I think Alicia may have laid Morgan out."

Alicia pins Morgan, only to get a two-count.

"Really?" Alicia complained to the ref, getting annoyed that Morgan wouldn't stay down. They start to have a back-and-forth match but then Morgan kicks Alicia in the stomach and does the backfire and pins her to win the match.

"She did it!" King cheered as Kaitlyn ran inside to ring to hug her friend

"Here is your winner! Morgan Lopez!" Justin announced, but her celebration was cut short when The Shield was in the crowd again, putting the divas on edge. They stood on the steps, while Ambrose had a mic in his hands.

"Well well, Morgan finally wins her match. Congratulations, darling..." Dean rasped out. "You know why we came out on Monday? It's because you are an injustice. You left an opportunity in the WWE years ago and you think you can come back and try to change? How about you leave, just like you did before. You don't deserve to be here. And that is why The Shield will make sure to take care of you since we call you, the Morgan problem."

Morgan scowled at him. He had a lot of nerve. She didn't want to be a manager when she was offered a contract in WWE years ago. Now that she is here, she gets to be the wrestler she always dreamed of being. If they think that's an injustice, so be it. But it was also clear they seemed bothered by what she said and on social media.

"Morgan problem? Morgan problem?" she retorted as Kaitlyn held her back. "I'll show you a friggin' problem! You really messed with the wrong one!"

Dean looked amused at her yelling and left with his teammates.

"She brought this on herself, she should have kept her mouth shut." JBL criticized her actions.

"Yeah but the WWE Universe has been waiting for someone to really step up to The Shield. Do you think Morgan has what it takes?" King asked.

"Has what it takes? She's a Diva. A woman. What can a woman do to The Shield?"

"Looks like we'll have to find out," Cole said before the commercial break.

BS: Mortis’ Envy

[Starts to Hard Limits of the Robot Factory for outside. Cut to Mortis and Emz spawns in front of the box of Power Cube, Mortis looks at four Duo Teams even looks in surprise to Dynamike and Frank are the same team which he is getting envy.]

Mortis: (whispering) Are you kidding me?! (Breathing in and out, in a deep voice while he’s in envy) Emz, let’s go get the Power Cube. (Notice Emz going from far away which he groans in annoyance.)

Emz: (offscreen) Who cares about that? I just fight those losers!

Mortis: (rolls his eyes) Whatever you’re saying! (Got hurt by Dynamike who laughs along with Frank while he groans in stress.) Great! Just great!

[Cut to Emz gets Power Cube but has been attacked by Colt and Brock, then she’s been beaten by Colt while Mortis looks at them and screams in envy, he starts to run away from Brawlers.]

Mortis: (quietly in envy) They're gonna pay for messing up my niece!

[Cut to Dynamike and Frank go to teleportation pad while Surge into another one where he is with Belle for a team where she attacks Nita who teams with Otis.]

Belle: What are you doing?! (No answers for Surge.) Hey! (Surge teleport as switch with Dynamike and Frank which she was surprised by.) Wow! Never see that coming!

[Frank activates his Super to Belle who screams, cuts to Surge where transferred as sighs in sadness. Cut back to the other side, Nita and Otis attack Dynamike and Frank as each other while Colt and Brock head toward and then watch them.]

Otis: (in translation) Nita! Watch out! (Points at something coming.)

Nita: Huh?

[Nita has been beaten by Brock who uses his Super as he and Colt laugh in triumph.]

Brock: Yes! High-five! (He high five with Colt.) That's too easy for teamwork as ourselves!

[Cut to Mortis still in envy as Emz just spawns, he looks at her angrily which makes her feel nervous.]

Emz: Oh! Sorry about that! (Mortis hits her with his shovel.) Ouch!

Mortis: Don't attack alone in Duo Showdown, Emz! Like a hundred times!

Emz: Hey! You are always alone in Solo Showdown as you are winning while hiding in the bush!

Mortis: (in a deep voice while he’s in envy) You have lots of irresponsibility for without telling or listening to me wherever you go! Like you and Poco battle at Gem Grab as you're lost! Me, you and Frank are all like modern life and most popular in Haunted Haven! I've got lots of hurt as Colt as we are losing, but I'm a clever strategy assassin as Edgar and Buzz are as powerful! (Breathing heavily while everyone watches him in a shocked moment as stop fighting.) I'm very envious of this one battle right now…! (Walks away along Emz.)

[Cut back to Dynamike, Frank and Surge look worried.]

Emz: (offscreen) Stop being envious about that!

Mortis: (offscreen as still in envy) NEVER!

Surge: (sighs in sadly) Okay, guys. Beat me.

Dynamike: (surprised) Wow! That's sound respect! Thanks, Surge. (He and Frank beat Surge; To Frank.) He's so selfless, right? (Frank nods in agreement.) Anyway, let's continue to fight!

[Cut to Brock beating Otis with his Super. As Colt joins Brock.]

Colt and Brock: Yes!

Colt: Now I get the Power Cubes! (Runs to Power Cubes as he gets it.)

Brock: (looks Dynamike and Frank as Dynamike uses his Super to Colt. He gasps.) Colt, watch out!

Colt: What?! (Notice Dynamike's Super right on him.) Oh no…

[Colt beaten as it explodes by Dynamike's Super. Dynamike and Frank get Power Cubes for a total of 10 while Brock runs away from them.]

Brock: Just avoid them until Colt is here.

Dynamike: (offscreen) Not for long! Take that!

[Dynamites fly in his Second Gadget, Satchel Charge to Brock but misses it.]

Brock: Ha! You missed me!

[Cut to Dynamike and Frank. Dynamike standing while Frank attacks Emz.]

Dynamike: Darn it! (Look Frank and Emz fighting each other.) Oh! Emz, take that! 

[Dynamike uses his Super to Emz while Mortis attacks Frank as Mortis looks Emz got beaten again which starts envy again.]

Mortis: (in a deep voice while he’s in envy) THAT'S IT! (Screams furiously as attacks Frank while Dynamike starts to get scared.)

Dynamike: Yikes! He's REALLY envious about that! (Look at Frank getting beaten by Mortis who got Power Cubes for a total of 5.) Looks like he got 5 Power Cubes. But he got less than me. 

[Cut to Brock looking at Colt who spawns and then they look at Mortis and Dynamike while hiding the walls.]

Colt: Wow! He's very envious about that!

Brock: (shushes to Colt, whispering) I know, right! Just stay back from him. Look!

[Brock points at Mortis being chased by Dynamike while he and Colt are watching them.]

Dynamike: Come fight here!

Mortis: (still in envy) Never, Mike! NEVER!

Brock: Come on, Colt! Let's fight them!

Colt: (nervously) I-I'm so scared!

[Colt and Brock join the fight while Frank and Emz spawn. Dynamike attacks Colt until he uses his Super on Colt who groans in sadness.]

Colt: Not again…!

[Colt beaten again as it explodes by Dynamike's Super again.]

Brock: Hey! Don't use your Super on my friend! (He fights Dynamike, but Frank activates his Second Gadget, Irresistible Attraction to him.) Uh-oh! (Pulls and then jumps up with his First Gadget, Rocket Laces on Frank.) Yes!

Dynamike: Think again! (Attacks and then beats Brock.) Yes! (He and Frank laugh.)

[Cut to inside the bush where Mortis and Emz are watching the battle while Mortis is still in envy.]

Emz: Looks like two teams left! What if you have a plan to take down… (Slow to stop talks as a pause to Mortis breathing in sharp.)

Mortis: I got a strategy…! (Walks out of the bush.)

Emz: (surprised) Uncle?! What are you doing?! Wait, stop it! (Follow Mortis as joins him.)

[Cut to Dynamike and Frank looks Mortis and Emz towards them while Mortis shaking his shovel in envy and Emz starts worrying about him, then Mortis fights Dynamike and Frank, and everyone screams as they fight.]

Dynamike: Frank! Activate our Gadget! (Looks Emz.) Ready… NOW!

[Dynamike and Frank use their Gadget on Mortis and Emz as Dynamike beats with it along his Super, then they are surprised to see Mortis start growls which they scream in horror.]

Dynamike and Frank: Uh-oh!

[Mortis stomps in envy toward them while he growls as Dynamike and Frank slowly walk away.]

Dynamike: Look, Mort. I-I know you're got envy about… Team for closest connection?

Mortis: (shouting in envy) YES! THAT’S WHAT I WAS ENVY ABOUT THAT!

[Mortis attacks Dynamike and then beats him as he collects Power Cubes for a total of 12 which Frank gulps as he activates his Second Gadget, Survival Shovel to attack him and then defeat him. Cut to 10 Brawlers on Trophy Area as team top were Mortis and Emz, Dynamike and Frank, Colt and Brock, Nita and Otis, and lastly Belle and Surge, with everyone looking worried to Mortis who was breathing in sharp.]

Emz: (nervous) So, Uncle Mort? Are we sure of doing it in battle again? (Thumbs up while nervously laughing, then 8 Brawlers join her while Mortis starts angry.)

Mortis: NO! 

[Cut to Colt runs to behind a single block of unbreakable walls while he watches them in worry as Mortis attacks 9 Brawlers offscreen.]

Colt: (quietly) I hope I'll be safe in this unbreakable block… (Frank flies on him and a block pushes itself as they groan in pain. He was loud out.) Aw, come on! Ouch! (Whimpers) I knew I was always unlucky in some chaos… (Pauses to stop fighting as he noticed it.) Huh? (Notices Mortis heavily breathing as he covers damage marks as the same 8 Brawlers who got beaten, then he turns Colt in sharp which he feels scared.) Uh-oh…! (Mortis stomping toward him. Colt chuckles nervously.) Look, I’m really sorry that your niece was beaten in the first round! (Nervously laughs) But please! Don’t hurt me! (Closes his eyes.)

[Mortis lifts Frank and throws to Dynamike and Emz who tried to stand up, he holds Colt’s hand and then he holds him on his shoulders which Colt noises in confusion.]

Mortis: (in normal voice while calming down now) Come on, Colt. Let’s go to make you better with whatever you like after battle.

[Mortis walks away along Colt who shrugs to 8 Brawlers as they are all confused.]

Dynamike: Question… Why does Mortis always hang out with Colt after chaos?

Stu: (offscreen) B-b-because… They’re b-b-both hurt… a-a lot. (8 Brawlers looks to Stu wears his skin as his Wicked Skin and he holds Colt Crunch.) What? They're the same to me.

Emz: Why did you bring Colt Crunch in the Bad Randoms outfit?

Stu: I am going to Colt about this c-cereal in the Bad Randoms edition. Well, Buzz, Poco and I will practice about th-th-that, if he accepts that.

Chapter 7: A Passing Shower

Two pin-ups. Both boring. Let's move on.

(And wow, we got translated titles now! Cool.)

It's Fireworks Season (CAN THIS GAME GO A SINGLE DAY WITHOUT A FUCKING EVENT)! Shugo wants to watch a show irl but Rena demands they watch the virtual fireworks because...she has severe allergies that prevent her from going to the beach, I guess. Ouka comes up and Shugo immediately thinks he's gonna see some bikini-clad tits...and Ouka shows up in her dog form in an applauadable troll move.

Ouka comes bringing news about a hidden event. The gag was supposed to meet up with Hotaru later but---GO! GO AND LEAVE A NOTE IMPLYING YOU WERE RAPTURED!

At the Cursed And Deadly Secluded Forest Manor, Shugo and Mireille are ready for some horror. Rena...not so much. She's clearly freaked but puts on a brave face for her brother. Inside, they find a nice manor interior. Rena thinks a suit of armor winks at her somehow. Ouka hits and...it's just a suit of armor. Mireille outright calls her a pussy and Rena denies it. Her proof? Nearly killing her own twin brother over being spooked by Kamiya. Shugo wisely stays in his lane and ignores his twin sister's manslaughter.

Rena proceeds to break off the first rule of being in a haunted house: don't run off by yourself. Chasing her, Shugo and Mireille run into monsters called Invisibles. Shugo chops them down easily and runs off for his sister...surprising Mireille, who remembers that Invisibles are supposed to be pretty tough enemies. Is Shugo getting stronger? His general track record suggests...no.

Rena is still lost by herself, bemoaning how she wanted to keep her fear of spooky stuff a secret from Shugo. First, the insult comes when she walks into a torture chamber. Then the injury...she gets ambushed by a Lich Lord. Shugo jumps in to defend her with Mireille and Ouka in tow. Shugo recognizes the Lich Lord's element as Dark so he commands Mireille to hit it with Thunder spells and tells Ouka to focus on wearing down its HP. He then asks Rena to use her Hunter's Bane to increase all of their attack accuracies because wizard types are notoriously hard to hit. As Ouka and Mireille observes, our boy Shugo is becoming quite the Chad...an RPG Chad. The best kind of Chad. Rena observes that he's truly becoming like Kite.

They defeat the Lich and head back to Town Square, making back in time for the fireworks. Rena asks when Shugo suddenly transitioned from pull-ups to toilet training (i.e. how did he get so strong). Apparently Shugo been grinding offscreen. He's also checked out newsgroups, read the FAQs...all because he didn't want to rely on the bracelet too much. Rena asks why he decided to give a shit all of a sudden. Shugo smiles and says he promised her he'd be a hero. To keep us from experiencing actual pride in our protagonist, Shugo quickly mocks his sister for being afraid of ghosts. Rena brushes it off before reminding Shugo (and informing us) that entrance exams are coming up so their days playing .hack are numbered. Shugo thinks about Aura for a second...before Hotaru shows up to catch the fireworks. Sadly, it looks like there's going to be no fireworks because it's raining. Despite being Emperor of Trolls, long may he reign, it turns out the rain wasn't Balmung's doing. The background music changes too. Everybody hears it...and the chapter ends with everybody seeing Aura.

THOUGHTS:

Finally, a decent chapter again.

Shugo's development feels kinda rushed and forced (in the "let's make this kid strong enough to last against the next enemy without questions being asked" kind of way) but it's nice to see him being allowed to be competent for once. And those are realistic methods to improve in a game in a short time in real life. Plus, nice sibling moment with no incest subtext! I didn't know they knew how to do that.

Solar Opposites: New Shlorp Adventures Episode #1: “Welcome to New Shlorp” (by @avaveevo)

One day in space, Korvo is looking at the sky’s. He then notice Terry upset over leaving Earth as he looks down sadly. Korvo puts a comforting hand on Terry’s shoulder as the two husbands smile at each other and kiss.

Terry: Korvy, do you know where we’re going?

Korvo: Of course. It’s okay, darling.

Jesse: I sure am gonna miss Earth but at least we’ll get a new home

Yumyulack: Yeah. But it felt like we didn’t belong there.

Jesse: I know Yummybear… but hopefully we’ll find a place where we belong…

Yumyulack hugs Jesse. The Pupa approaches them..

Pupa: Sibling hug!

AISHA: Yo, Korv. You wanna tell me why we’re doing this again?

Korvo: Because, Earth hasn’t been a very safe home for us in awhile and plus, the humans hated us there. Guys, I’m sorry we had to leave but I promise, our new home is gonna be better than ever.

Terry: You mean it?

Korvo: Of course my love.

Terry: Aw Korvy!

The two husbands then kiss while moaning. Then, a beeping comes up

Yumyulack: What’s going on?!

Terry: gasp I think we found a new planet?

Korvo: YES!

Korvo then got on the lever and prepares to land on the new planet. The family then looks in shock and gasp. It was… SHLORP?! Korvo gasps.

Terry: Is that…?

Jesse: Shorp?

Yumyulack: It looks different.

Pupa: Ooooh

Korvo remembers when the last Shlorp blew up and starts breathing in and out.

Terry: Hey hey! hugs Korvo with a cooldown Sweetie! It’s okay… it’s okay… I’m here…

Korvo: Shlorp blew up! H-How is this possible?!

Terry: I don’t know…. But you better hold on because I think we’re about crash!

Korvo: Shit! Everybody-

The ship has crash landed on the planet. As the family got up and moan, Terry looks around the ship as he panics for Korvo.

Terry: Korvo! Korvo! Where are you?!

Korvo: offscreen I’m right here!

Korvo, with a ruined robe, appears as he walks towards Terry.

Terry: Oh honey! Thank God! kisses Korvo Oh no! Your robe!

Korvo: Oh. I don’t care. I’m just happy you and the kids are okay. kisses Terry again

Yumyulack then holds an unconscious Jesse as she moans. Korvo, Terry and Pupa gasp and rushes over there immediately.

Terry: Oh no. Jesse. Sweetie are you alright?

Jesse: waking up God? Is that you?

Yumyulack : Uh? No.

Jesse: Aw geez.

Korvo then scans the place, but it couldn’t figure out where they are now.

Korvo: Huh? Scanner isn’t picking up any readings. But, I’m sure we’ll find out where are once we…

Suddenly, in a shining light, he sees a Purple female Shlorpian that almost looks like him as she approaches the family. Korvo then began to recognize her.

Korvo: Janiz?

Janiz: I knew you'd come here!

Korvo: with tears in his eyes Janiz!

Korvo embraces Janiz as he starts crying tears of joy.

Korvo: You don’t how many times I wish you come back, sis.

Janiz: laughs I miss you.

The two siblings continue to hug.

Terry: Sis? Korvo, that Shlorpian is your sister? What’s going on here?

Janiz: You’re on New Shlorp!

All: What?!

Terry: We are?!

Janiz: Don’t worry, it’s not as bad as the name sounds.

A Shlorpian gets his head ripped off in the background.

Janiz: Or how it looks.

The Solars looks horrified and Yumyulack covers Jesse’s eyes.

The group arrives at a boutique entitled “Kara’s Fits”.

Janiz: Come on you are gonna like her

Jesse: What is Kara like?

Janiz: Well she’s a bit stuck up but she’s a good person. Trust me!

The the gang sees Kara, and to their shock, she looks exactly like Terry!

Then, the two try to find a perfect robe for Korvo. First, they try out a fluffy robe.

Kara: No. Too puffy

Korvo: This is too pink for my liking.

Then, they try out a steampunk robe.

Kara: No. Too steam-punky

Kara then sees a robe that is offscreen.

Kara: gasps This one is perfect!

Korvo: It is?

Kara: Mm-hmm… I think those robe may work

Meanwhile with the others.

Terry: I wonder what’s taken them so long

Janiz: I don’t know.

Kara then comes out.

Kara: People, behold the new look for Korvo

Korvo then comes out with a new robe while making a fashionista stance. Jesse faints.

Then, Janiz takes the Solars to their home while they grow amazed by the site of this new planet.

Terry: This place is beautiful…

Korvo: I agree

Yumyulack: It looks amazing

Pupa: Pretty

Jesse: I think this is gonna be a great fresh new start for us

Terry looks at Korvo and admires his new look.

Terry: You really never look beautiful than ever in that new outfit of yours

Korvo smiles and blushes

Korvo: Thank you honey, now are you sure you can ease into living on New Shlorp? I know how much you miss Earth and I don’t wanna pressure you

Terry: With you by my side, I think I’ll be fine.

Korvo: Aaw. smiles

Terry surprises Korvo with a kiss. Korvo smiles and moans as the scene pans up to the sky.

The next day… Terry and Korvo looks at the sunrise and smiles.

Korvo: It’s all so magical…

Terry: It sure is. You and the kids ready for this?

Korvo chuckles.

Korvo: I am sure am… as long as we’re together… nothing can keep us down

Korvo and Terry then kiss. Then the family heads out to New Shlorp to explore as their new lives are about to began.

If they planned to make him a tragic character and kill him off I get that, fine, but to say he could only ever end up dead or in jail.

So in season 4 let's recap:

Murray and Joyce travelling to Russia to a top secret prison, with demogorgons to break out Hopper, succeeding. -According to the Duffers completely plausible.

Hopper who survived his death by jumping offscreen to safety (which tbh reminds me of how a certain walking dead character survived), has been tortured, running around in bare feet in the snow for hours, fights a demogorgon with a sword and survives. -According to the Duffers completely plausible.

Max got vecnaed, arms and legs broken, somehow didn't get her jaw snapped like Chrissy and Fred, literally died and was brought back by Ell, who has never shown a hint of healing ability. Max survives. - According to the Duffers completely plausible.

Eddie surviving the final battle, hiding from the police or Hopper becoming chief again and clearing him, or even talking to his old coworkers who clearly don't know what's going on but know they are out of their depth. Or Owens clears Eddie. His friend literally dropped Hopper off so she had connections, was involved with the group.-According to the Duffers impossible.

Really? That's where they draw the line? That's the thing that the characters can't overcome? They can fight monsters, main characters can be magically resurrected but you can't keep one innocent teenager out of jail?
