I have this theory that the only reason Brock is bitchless is because he's 15. Like when that man hits 18 he's going to pull everybody. He's flirtatious in the way that hes not ashamed of how he feels about women he likes and will make it known how beautiful he thinks they are while showering them in affection, he's masculine but not toxically so, he LOVES cooking and cleaning and taking care of people, even his aspirational career is nurturing. When he flirts it never really feels objectifying either, he just enters cloud 9 and makes sure they know that they're the most beautiful girl he's ever seen but he never forces himself on them, and he notices things about them that no one else does. When misty told him that all nurse joys and officer Jennys look exactly the same he went "NO THEY DONT THIS JOY DOES THIS WITH HER HAIR AND THIS JENNY SKIPS A BIT WHEN SHE WALKS AND-"
