mars and venus are each others' detriment. in the venus PC, mars shows what challenges ur sense of peace. it also represents challenges/tension in romantic/sexual relationships (this could range anywhere from lowered libido to hypersexuality to abuse, sadly) venus is also the planet of our aesthetic and artistic expression, so mars in the venus PC can show how our creativity is challenged or how we struggle with it. how our pleasure, companionship, is challenged. it also tells us our struggles with femininity and/or women around u. challenges relating to forgiveness or reconciliation.

mars within the mars PC is the deeper expression of the natal mars. but since mars is a malefic, my theory is that this doesn't necessarily cancel out the malefic influence as much as it exposes the weakness of it. this can show a challenge with how u advocate (for urself & others), ur drive, ur libido. as mars is the warrior, it can also show generally how u struggle to triumph. struggles relating to health issues, with being subdued or authority figures; what "tortues" u. struggles to masculinity and/or men.

Drishti is a term used in Vedic astrology to describe the planetary aspects or casts that planets have on specific houses or other planets in the birth chart. These factors are thought to be important in interpreting the overall dynamics of a person's life. In Vedic astrology, there are various sorts of drishtis, and each planet has its own set of aspects. The principal drishtis linked with each planet are as follows ↴

𝖘𝖚𝖓 ❂- aspects 7th house away from its self

✴ While the Sun represents originality, vitality, and leadership, its aspect on the 7th house denotes an emphasis on connections and a need for recognition in the framework of partnerships.

So when studying the sun and the house that it is in, inspect the 7th house away from the house that the sun is in (house opposite).

EXAMPLE- say you have your sun in the 4th house, the sun will have an effect on the 10th house. Therefore not only will the individual have a strong emphasis with family roots, traditions etc (unless afflicted) but with the aspect with the 10th house it will expand this and can tell us that the individual might have a connection with family business, or the individuals family is a huge part of their career or success. Their individuality and leadership may come from their family traditions etc etc. (unless afflicted).

✴ The Moon's aspect extends to the house in the birth chart that is directly opposite its position. This indicates that the Moon has an impact on the house opposite the one it is in.

EXAMPLE- if moon is in 12th house, the moon will have an affect on the 6th house. Not only will the moon will aspire 12th house characteristic (isolation, dreams, imagination) the moon (ruling emotions, comfort, intuition) will influence the 6th house (mental health, daily routines, pets also.)

✴ Mars is a fiery and driven planet that represents energy, determination, and ambition. It governs bravery, self-assurance, and the ability to take the initiative.

While looking at mars in the natal chart, the houses that its aspect will give a deeper insight and extension of what you are looking for.

EXAMPLE- if mars is in 2nd house (of voice, stability) in your chart, mars will have an influence on the 5th (fun, confidence), 7th (equality, business) and 8th (sexuality, inheritance) house in your chart.

EXAMPLE- if mercury is in the 8th house (of taboo, occult), it will have relations to the 2nd house (food, ethics) and the 11th house (groups, internet).

✴ Jupiter is the planet of growth, intelligence, and beneficence. It symbolises greater learning, philosophy, morals, and guidance.

The influence of jupiter will occur in its drishti aspects also along with the house that its in.

EXAMPLE- if jupiter is in 10th house (career, recognition) in your natal chart. jupiter will bring luck and its other influence to the 2nd (voice, income), 4th (foundations, mother) and 6th house (service to others, hygiene) in their chart.

𝖛𝖊𝖓𝖚𝖘 ♀ - aspects the 7th house away from itself

✴ Venus represents love, beauty, art, and aesthetics. It influences romantic relationships and the appreciation of harmony.

When studying venus's traits, the drishti aspect will accommodate deeper to what you are looking into.

EXAMPLE- if venus is in 9th house (education, religion), venus will also project onto the 3rd house (sibling, writing). The individual might love to learn new religions or may love learning in general, with that they may love writing and hanging out and socialise in foreign land. They may travel a lot to visit their siblings or cousins as such. (keep in mind that afflicted placement matter and may change the interpretation).

✴ Saturn is the planet of structure, discipline, duty, and hard work. It governs time, constraints, and the lessons learnt from life events. Saturn is a naturally malefic planet, but its powers can also bring about maturity and wisdom.

When looking into karma or such (ruled by saturn) the houses in which the aspects are in will also influence that area of your life. Think of it like an extension. The aspects give extended information.

EXAMPLE- saturn in 8th house (transformation, spirituality) in your chart will aspect the 10th (profession, achievement recognition), 2nd (wealth, values) and 5th house (creativity, romance).

Ascendant Persona Chart         The Guide

I originally was supposed to post this weeks ago. But I decided not to for what ever reason so here it is finally! I did these descriptions based off of my own interpretation. If you have anything you would like to add please comment! I’m also open to feedback! As always Enjoy! 

☉ Sun: The placement of your sun in the Ascendant PC is showing the way your ascendant is expressed outwardly. The sun also may show what sticks out about you prominently. This is the overall essence of who you are. The persona of which your asc holds.

☪ Moon: The placement of your moon in the Ascendant PC is how others view your emotions. How they view you you when you express your emotions as well.

☿ Mercury: The placement of your mercury in Ascendant PC can indicate the talk about your physical appearance as well as how others view your smarts/wits & your speech. This can show what others may think about you.

♀ Venus: The placement of your venus in the Ascendant PC is expressing how others view your love & beauty. This can also represent your clothing choices/ aesthetic. Venus in this chart may also show relationships and what people think you like when it comes those things.

For example if you happen to be a Taurus rising in your natal but, in your Asc PC you are a leo rising this means you attract alot of attention,and may be popular. You may be popular for your beauty or voice, the way you express yourself. You could have a youthful appearance but very curvy & like to dress comfortably. You may find that you resonate more with your asc in this chart, it shows how Ascendant is expressed and the secondary impression others get from you.

☋ North node: The North node in the Ascendant PC shows the purpose of your physical being,and it can show how people really would describe you overall. The higher version of your self is also shown here use this sign to achieve an higher octave of your identity.

Imun Coeli: The IC in the Ascendant PC shows where people view you to be familiar. This can show if your mother had an impact on your physical appearance. This can show how people view your emotional & motherly energy. Can also show where people view you to be more private.

Medium Coeli: The MC in the Ascendant PC can show your reputation and how your physical appearance affects that this can be in the career/professional arena. If you have prominent 10th house placements or major aspects can indicate you may look like your father.

Well I will gladly take a look at the fully revealed logo! Though I will say that red-archivist pointed out some good stuff in this post. But we can take a deeper look into certain things!

Also p.s.: You will want to read the giant ramble to the end, because I noticed something as I was finishing, and it puts everything in an interesting context.

As mentioned in that post, the combination of the alchemical symbols for salt, mercury, and sulphur do indeed form the tria prima, the three primes or components of life.

⊖ or salt, which represents the earth and the human body. In alchemy it also symbolises the lower consciousness, self-knowledge, and wisdom.

☿ or mercury I already covered last time, representing the mind, the omnipresent spirit of life, and stood as symbol for intellect, imagination, moral judgement, and the higher mental faculties. The alchemical associations of mercury have a strong connection with the Greek/Roman gods Hermes/Mercury, a messenger god who also acted as a chthonic deity, a psychopomp and god of boundaries to be exact. Which might be relevant, might not. (He was also a shepherd god, just adding that detail)

🜍 or sulphur represents the spirit or soul of all materials and living things. In alchemy it is seen as synonymous with consciousness and the expansion of thought. And is seen as the bridge that connects the body with mind, thus it is seen as the key to understanding the inner workings of the soul and consciousness. It’s interesting to me that the sulphur is in the logo 4 times, connected to the circle that encompasses the salt and mercury symbols, and the chevrons (I’ll get to those in a moment). This could have been purely aesthetic, but they could have also simply opted to have the sulphur symbol instead of one of the chevrons and have pretty much the same effect. Instead they chose the alchemical symbol of the soul, also seen as what ties body and mind together, also an element that is strongly associated with heat and fire, to encompass the body and mind, together with heraldic symbols of protection. It’s an interesting choice which makes me wonder about the mindset of the people who founded this organisation. (Maybe they are the types to believe in purifying fire, or purity of the soul as a way to protect oneself against the horrors out there? Who knows.)

The double ^ are chevrons, a heraldic symbol associated with protection, and meant to represent the roof of a house. Even the name is derived from the French word for “rafter”. It is also used in military or police uniforms to indicate rank or length of service. It is interesting to me that the bottom left chevron is an inverted version of the top right. The inverted version being next to the symbol for mercury or the mind, and the regular next to the symbol for salt or the body. Without it being in full colour, I can’t say much about any particular heraldic or symbolic links that might have. At most I can speculate that maybe it’s hinting at how the mind might not be as safe as the body in such a service, of course that can also be my own knowledge of TMA colouring my interpretation.

The O.I.A.R. in the top banner has been revealed! And it’s nice to get confirmation that I guessed correctly on the R! Personally I am not very good with acronyms, but @emdashingaway correctly guessed that it would be this. In my previous post about The Magnus Protocol logo she pointed out that it might stand for Office of Incident Assessment and Response, which now seems very plausible!

Now the background has some interesting repeating symbols too.

This is the Leviathan Cross, in alchemy another symbol associated with sulphur (in particular black sulphur) and thus also the soul. However it is worth noting that Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan, has adopted the Leviathan Cross as a symbol of his Church in the 1960s. Though I can’t immediately find much more about it and its origins beyond the alchemical association and the very modern Satanic association. (The name Leviathan strikes me as interesting too, but there is too much that can be said about it, especially for a symbol that just occurs in the background.)

This is the alchemical symbol for aqua regia (derived from the Latin for “royal water” or “regal water”), it is a mixture of is a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, optimally in a molar ratio of 1:3. Historically aqua regia was used in alchemy in the process of attempting to create the philosopher’s stone. It is also used to help dissolve gold and platinum within actual chemistry!

Is the symbol for antimony is associated with the animal nature or wild spirit of man and nature, and it was often symbolised by the wolf.

This is the symbol for bismuth, while it does get mentioned in alchemical texts, the particular use and associations seem to be unclear. All that I can seem to find is that in early days, it was often confused for tin or lead. And that apparently Miners in the age of alchemy also gave bismuth the name tectum argenti, or “silver being made”. (Also it’s chemical symbol is Bi, which is funny given how apparently some have discovered that they are bi thanks to TMA)

I hope this is visible, but one of the symbols in the background also looks an awful lot like one of the alchemical symbols for tin. It looks like a curved X with circles at the ends of the legs. Tin in alchemy is associated with the planet Jupiter, and is sometimes called the ‘breath of life. ’ It represents the idea that the whole is stronger than the sum of its parts.

From what I can find, this is not strictly speaking an alchemical symbol. Clearly a combination of the male and female gender symbols (each of which is actually derived from the symbols for Mars and Venus respectively, which do get used in alchemy actually), it is generally seen as a hermaphroditic symbol (using the strict broad biological label here, not referring to intersex, I just want to point that out). But given all of the alchemy references so far, I suspect that it might be referencing the rebis (from the Latin res bina, meaning dual or double matter), the ultimate end product of the alchemical great work. It is sometimes described as the divine hermaphrodite—a reconciliation of spirit and matter, a being of both male and female qualities. A lot can be said about the great work in alchemy, and this post is already long enough honestly.

And lastly…

Take this, flip it upside-down, and you have the shape of the logo in which all these symbols are displayed. This is the symbol for the philosophers’ stone. In alchemy it is an unknown substance sought after by alchemists, said to be capable of turning base metals into precious ones (like gold and silver), can be used to derive an elixir of life, and was even thought to bring about spiritual revitalisation. And it symbolises perfection at its finest, enlightenment, and heavenly bliss.

And while researching this, I also noticed something rather interesting. It might end up not being relevant at all, but I discovered that a famous alchemist was named Albertus Magnus who was born some time before 1200 in the Duchy of Bavaria (the flag and coat of arms of which during the Wittelsbach dynasty sports a rather nice diamond pattern, a bit like the pattern you see within the triangle of the logo). He was a saint with a deep interest in a large variety of topics including logic, theology, botany, geography, astronomy, astrology, alchemy, mineralogy, zoology, physiology, phrenology, justice, law, etc. I recommend potentially checking out the wiki page on Albertus Magnus that I shared earlier if you are interested in knowing more, there is a lot of history there. But it’s interesting that he shares a surname with Jonah Magnus, founder of the Magnus Institute.

Conclusion:

Given all that I have managed to dig up about the symbols within the logo, and the indirectly connected links with suspiciously named historical figures, in particular with the context of there being another Bouchard within the Magnus Protocol, I can’t help but be suspicious of whatever this British civil service is actually getting up to behind the scenes. In particular what they think they might be trying to accomplish using the Fear Entities.

Of course at this point it becomes pure speculation. But I am more than happy to hear everyone’s ideas, speculation, and contributions!

Mercury in Aquarius: from February 5 to February 23.

Aquarius Suns and Risings will start having weird and unexpected ideas about their apperance, since Mercury is in their 1st house.

They will be planning sudden haircut changes or making the decision to completely revamp their wardrobe this month, just when they have thought that they have nailed their desired aesthetic.

Father Adrian Lupine is in his mid 20’s, average height, and fat. He has curly, wavy red hair that reaches the top of his collar, and soft features: brown doe-eyes with long lashes, a round jawline, a button nose, and full lips with a defined cupid’s bow. He has square glasses. He’s a little (a lot) insecure about his looks, his weight and ‘soft-ness’ in particular. If he were completely honest with himself, he really doesn’t mind being ‘pretty’ instead of ‘handsome’ (though he wouldn’t describe himself as either,) but he was teased mercilessly for it when he was younger, by his peers and his parents.

Adrian is bisexual, with a slight preference for men or masc people, and has known since he was 14. He also grew up Catholic, and knew to keep his mouth shut about it. He is completely in denial about being anything other than a cis man, but is still very respectful of other people's identities.

Adrian is mostly submissive and a bottom, but can be persuaded to dom/top, and is secretly very kinky for a priest. He might not have much or any practical experience, but he does have an internet connection and fantasizes a lot. 

Adrian is outwardly very friendly and polite, soft-spoken and kind. Inwardly, he’s anxious and lonely, feeling stifled by the collar while being terrified to lose the stability priesthood offers. He is very aware of the reputation of the Church, and notices who shies away from him when he’s wearing the collar. He knows there’s nothing he himself can do about that, but he goes out of his way to be as polite as possible in public, finding small ways to make sure people know he’s not ‘like that’, that he won’t berate others for not being a part of his religion. It’s really only on very rare occasion, usually alone, late at night, and post bottle of wine, that he allows himself to wonder why he became a priest knowing full well what the church is like. 

Recently graduated from seminary and moved to St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church about a year and a half ago, but much of that first year was spent not holding mass. Instead it was spent renovating the church, which had sat empty for almost a decade. The building itself was quite grand back in the day, but the town it’s in has seen slight decline in recent decades, and after the last priest died it wasn’t a priority to keep it updated. Adrian secretly suspects the diocese put him here specifically to get him out of the way after being a little too open with ‘constructive criticism’ of the Church while in seminary. St. Sebastian is a very quiet parish, not a lot of catholics left in town these days, and Adrian is doing his best to make his church useful in ways that aren’t strictly religious: community food gardens, charity drives, movie nights, anything he can to build his reputation with the community. It’s a shame he has secrets that leave him afraid to let anyone get too close, lest he get reported to the diocese.

Today, I changed the name of my DIY, lo-fi, and independent audiovisual production label, “Dark Makinas Productions”. From now on, it will be known as "Chaosmic Becomings Productions." It’s just a name change—nothing really special or significant, I know. Still, this change means a lot to me because I believe it will bring us closer to the type of audiovisual work I share with you—work that's always in a process of diversification, exploration and transformation, breaking free from the straightjackets of mainstream standards in every direction (technically, aesthetically, socially and politically).

Our new name emphasizes even more a move away from shallow technical and commercial concerns that demand super expensive equipment and that are almost always aligned with oppressive mainstream socio-political structures and practices that must be confronted. The widespread cult of productivity and consumerism, the perfect sound and the perfect imagery, narrow fame-driven mindsets, and conventional ways of producing new sounds and visuals end here. My music, artworks and videos will continue to be far removed from conventions, fixed styles and techniques, focusing instead on the fluctuating intersections of the outside and the inner life while using and reusing in new ways whatever sound or visual materials I might find by chance and/or helpful and convenient.

The idea of having “financial limitations” to create art arises only when artists compare and subdue their work to the futile dominant narratives (fictions) that the conformist majorities maintain and consume within their shallow, narrow-minded, light-cultured, and human-centric worlds (including even some so-called “underground” groups or individuals). We are grotesquely rich and have unlimited resources for what we create and undermine, while embracing uncertainty, imperfection and the mystery of existence.

Post-dualistic and non-anthropocentric multiple becomings will continue to be part of what we share and love. As I take this journey with you and our amazing community, I hope you find it as exciting as I do!

Discovered the communities like 3 years ago. First intro was rough, but that was Instagram. Here on Tumblr it's really nice actually <3

We're engaged. What drew me in was her interest in comics, not common to find a girl into comics. And the feelings were in a matter of like a day or two. No matter how rough we are together, I love her dearly and to death

Mars (♂︎): How do you deal with "rivals" or those that wish to covet your beloved, if at all?

Luckily I don't have rivals, but that doesn't mean there's people around I wish weren't around. But I don't do anything, I just want her happy.

Jupiter (♃): What nicknames or terms of endearment do you enjoy using for your darling, if any? What pet names do you like for yourself?

She has a special one, Little Doe. She loves deer and eats like a woodland creature. I also call her love, my love, darling, hon, honey, sweetie, sweetheart, all of those. And I like the same basic ones as I use for her.

Her spending time with her online friend and gaming with him. Sucks, but I don't want her unhappy. That's the biggest thing. When she's gone by choice, like streaming and such.

Definitely submissive and I do stuffer with an inferiority complex (and a saviour complex)

Always had them. Mainly came from my bpd, ocd and cptsd. Bad and traumatizing relationships, bad life, all that. I realized about being a yan in 2021.
