You do not need to watch the video to understand this post but I'll link it anyway.

I was watching this video where this person goes over the plots of all the g3 TV specials and movies and a common theme throughout G3 was just how loving and supportive all the ponies were toward each other.

Like always wanting to do something nice for their friends, always being welcoming to new friends, accepting their friend's for who they are despite differences, not getting angry (while still being upset) that a friend made a mistake, still being concerned for a friend when they make a mistake or do something wrong. Like the positive behaviors these kinds of shows could teach kids are incredible.

We need more kids shows (especially for young children) where the characters are genuninely nice to each other.

I never usually watch videos this long but this person was extremely entertaining and funny. Give it a watch if you love My Little Pony!

apparently it's due to the current political climate and "low numbers" aka nick wants more spongebob/loud house timeslots (people are saying it's due to quiet on set, but i don't think that's true since nick animation studio is a completely separate department from the live action studio)

So monster high g1 put Clawdeen and Toralei together in time for a Pride comic… they got together off page… and now new stuff is released where they’ve broken up, again off page. Like 2 months after it was announced they were together at all.

There is plenty to criticize about G3 monster high. But once your criticisms reach bigotry territory you need to take a step back and reevaluate and think about why you are acting this way over a doll line from 10+ years ago that’s not made for you anymore because you’ve grown up

I think if they ever brought back Wydowna for g3 they should change her to be the daughter of Anansi. Mainly because Anansi is actually a personified spider creature instead of just being a person who was transformed into a spider like Arachne

Those certain variety of g1 stans are so infuriating and alienating for this franchise. Like people who are genuinely happy about the g3 news, like truly celebrating, thinking this suddenly means they're going to get g1 webisodes/movies 2.0 or whatever.
