Keep what is important to you in your mind's view, even if you haven't achieved that reality yet, focus on the feeling you want from it. Whether you notice or not, you will move closer.

Words are insane. One word could mean different things, to different people.
Do you define Cereal as salad or soup?
Do you see Love as a good thing or something that causes pain?
Every word is literally wired differently to each individual.
The experiences you've had with it, changes the personal definition of the word and how it affects you when you hear/read it.
So please do your best to be as impeccable with your word as you can, be kind and gentle with them. You have no idea the weight they could carry for someone else.

Feeling a little better is progress!
It's okay to feel powerless.
It's okay that guilt and insecurity feel better.
It's okay to feel hatred, it's better.
It's okay to feel jealousy, it's a step forward.
It's okay to be full of rage and anger, you're no longer powerless with anger.
It's okay to feel doubt and worry, your getting to a better space.
It's alright to feel insecure or to just be irritated, think of how much better you're feeling now then before.
It's all good in the hood to be pessimistic, you'll see things differently at your own pace.
It's okay to be bored, that's the most neutral place you can be.
You can start to feel better, it starts by trying to think more generally about things. If/when that doesn't work, try something else. Just do something that has nothing to do with anything. Let your mind sail to different places and know it is OKAY to let things fall away from your awareness.
Things can always get better, I promise.

PAINT!
You may suck
You may hate it
But SOMEONE will love it.
Someone WILL think it's beautiful.
Just like art, the same applies to you!

Just a much needed reminder:
·It is PERFECTLY OK to not feel, or do anything productive.
·There's is always tomorrow.
·You can always start again from where you are. Whenever.
·Mistakes are just information that we can learn & evolve from, even in the tiniest of ways.
·Really introspect how you've felt in the things you've lived. You've come so far.
·Use this acronym, it's great :) F.I.P.O.- Fuck It Push Onward

Is anyone really living in the same reality?
If everyone has their own perception, their own beliefs, definitions, and sensory experiences, all making the reality they interpret uniquely different.
How can any one person truly ever experience the same thing; hence the same reality?
Perhaps instead of trying to have everyone see the world how you do, or agree with you on your opinion. We can all just see that our differences are what make us strong Together.

The way I wake up my daughter who is still chillin in utero and ya know, developing into a 'lil person, is put my face softly against my Girlfriend's belly and say.
Me: "Hey baby gurl, go ahead give my face a good kick or punch."
Baby: .002 seconds later kicks
Me:❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😍

Anything you feel about the world right now is completely perfect and fine to feel.
Getting upset about feeling what you're feeling won't change how you originally felt, and you don't deserve that kind of self abuse.
If you're not allowing yourself to feel it. Then I will.
You have permission to feel exactly how you feel. When and however you feel it.
It's OK to grieve about how things were.
It's OK to be in denial that the modern world we're in is in a pandemic.
It's OK to be angry that it even got to this point, and that some people still aren't taking it seriously.
It's OK to bargain. Even if it's with yourself that you can deal with this lockdown, if things start to go back to normal after.
It's OK to feel Sad, and/or Depressed that it has killed so many people, that it has effected so many people from those victim's family, to any random person trying to live their life including you.
Accept that how you feel is natural and is nothing to be ashamed of, and that you can feel any one or many of these ways in no specific order and no specific timeline.
How ever you are feeling about these current events OR ANYTHING ELSE IN YOUR LIFE, feel it. It'll probably suck. But it won't always suck, you'll have good days, you'll have bad days. Those good days would just be days if not for the bad ones.
If you grieve someone, accepting how you feel might just give a little more cushion for how deep it hurts. It hurts, and it hurts in a way only you know. Finding meaning might help stuff that cushion too. Not meaning in their passing, but in ways of remembering them, and keeping them in your life, heart, and soul. Incorporating something they did, a quirk, a way of thinking, or a piece of their perspective or attitude.
You are in no way alone in any of this, not even just with how you feel, but in life.
It isn't my prerogative to give anyone permission to feel how they feel, that is something only you can do for yourself. I made this for those of you who might need it.
I truly hopes this helps in even the smallest of ways. 😇

Some positive thing's for your day 😌
Covid-19 has helped humanity in the case of giving us a common enemy to come together against, other than one another
Humanity is forced to flex their creativity muscles and find innovative ways to do things we do every day
Stimulus checks 💵
Despite being separated and locked down, the sense of community has strengthened
Gives us perspective on things we can't control showing us more than ever, the power lays in what you do/ how you react, and how it does have an effect on the bigger picture
More cuddle time with all our fur-babies
More cuddles and quality garbage time with family
A time to try introspection, and reflection, to learn yourself better
(One I'm doing) reach out via social resources online
Remember through everything, you're not alone, we all have each other. We will make it through these times.
Be safe, and stay healthy out there all! 😁
