Creamy Chicken Lasagna Soup Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese (softened, preferably Philadelphia) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 medium onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 8 ounces cremini or white mushrooms, sliced 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning 3 tablespoons flour 6 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream 10 lasagna noodles, broken into small pieces 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 cups (packed) fresh baby spinach Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: Microwave the cream cheese in 20-30 second intervals until very soft, making it easier to incorporate. In a large soup pot, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add the mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the mushrooms have released their water and are tender. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir continuously for about a minute to cook off the raw flour taste. Stir in 2 cups of the chicken broth, ensuring all the flour dissolves, then add the remaining 4 cups of broth. Pour in the heavy cream and add the broken lasagna noodles. Increase the heat to high, bringing the soup to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking, and cook with the lid slightly ajar for 20 minutes. Add the shredded chicken and softened cream cheese (cut into smaller pieces). Increase the heat slightly to help the cream cheese melt, stirring continuously until fully incorporated, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in the parmesan and fresh spinach, allowing the cheese to melt and the spinach to wilt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The soup should be creamy and slightly thick. If a thicker consistency is desired, let it simmer a bit longer; for a thinner soup, add more broth or cream as needed. Energetic oatmeal without cooking for perfect morning - version for lazies
This is the recipe for oatmeal I like to use from time to time. It's tasty, quick, easy and possibly full of protein. Let's go.
You will need:
♥4 tablespoons of oatmeal
♥water
♥milk - I like using rice/almond milk with that but it's also tasty with normal milk - around 150-200ml
♥banana - 1 average size
♥protein powder - optional
♥one teaspoon of unsweetened coca powder
♥pinch of cinnamon
♥vanilla flavouring
♥peanut butter
♥berries - 1 handfull
Inctructions:
Put oeatmeal in the pot/bowl and boil water. Pour water into the bowl and stir for a while. Cover the bowl with something (might be lid or a plate).
Mix milk with protein powder (if you chosen the protein-rich version), cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla flavouring. Make sure it's well-combined.
Check on yuor oatmeal - if it's already soft get rid of excess water and prepare the banana and berries (slice them), place them on the oatmeal the way you like. Next put some peanut butter on the top.
Add milk mixed with other ingredients to the oatmeal and enjoy.
*If you like some extra sweetness it's always nice to add some granola, don't overdo it tho it's full of added sugar usually.

Yummy omlette with spicy spinach
This is first recipe I’m gonna share with you that I like to use from time to time. It’s full meal that’s easy to be made, it’s fast and yummy - also filled with protein (gains, yas ^^).
You will need:
2 eggs (large ones)
2 tablespoons of flour (you can choose type you like but I highly reccomend whole-wheat one)
1 tablespoon of oat flakes
few pinches of salt
cayenne pepper powder
some cottage cheese - around 70g (the ones that comes in bricks, not in cups)
4 tablespoons of milk/plant based milk
1/2 teaspoon of oregano (if you got fresh oregano then amount will be different)
1 whole tomato
a teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
*If you like garlic and onion you can also add it up to the spinach while cooking, I’m not using it cause it bloats me
Instructions:
Break the eggs into some bowl, add flour, 2 tablespoons of milk and pinch of salt. Mix it well. After you should add your oat flakes into the bowl and mix it slightly. Don’t blend it. It will be more crunchy that way. The crunchier you like the more oat flakes you should add. Heat up your pan after smearing oil on it and when it’s really warm pour the mixture onto the pan. It’s best to fry your omlette on low-fire under the lid.
While it cooks you should prepare your cottage cheese and spinach. Pour your cottage cheese into other bowl, mix it well with 2 tablespoons of milk and let it wait for you.
On another pan you fry your Spinach with some water - around 4 tablespoons (you can ofc add oil there but I don’t do that). When it’s warm and ready you add some cayenne pepper powder and oregano to it.
You place omlette on your plate, spread cottage cheese on the omlette and place ready-warm spinach on the top of it. You can add chopped tomato and sunflower seeds to the taste.
Nutritional value per portion:
calories: 518
protein: 42g
fats: 21,8g
carbohydrates: 37,2g
Version without cottage cheese (I use this one more often):
calories: 439
protein: 24,5g
fats: 21,4g
carbohydrates: 35,7g
