Our environment needs us seriously because no longer care of throwing plastic bags anyhow and now put yourself on the shoes of my yoga, acroyoga and dance mate @monabs2 who took herself to the community and do yoga in such kind of the place. We always want to do everything in nice and beautiful places, then we forget that we have places like this one, you are seeing on the video and when we support each other to make them clean then believe me practice yoga everywhere you are can be possible than looking for only beautiful places. My handstand has improved a lot throughout quarantine. Probably because I have time and nothing better to do. Today I played with switching my gaze and I practiced outside. My shirt is falling into my face so I have no neck and look angry but I’m not. I’m super happy about it. I am still not comfortable away from a wall even though I don’t use the wall every time I invert. I love playing with handstand, even though I’m no pro. This was such a fun challenge, I learned, attempted new things and got on my mat everyday.
