I wrote 3 chapters worth of outline for my book I’m #writing with @usghostwriting this is a task that is going to take days to complete. Fortunately/Unfortunately it was #serendipity that my knee hurt too much to move much so I took a day off from working out to focus on writing for many hours. Now my tablet is nearly out of juice so I’m charging it, gonna ice my knee then do crunches on my #yogaball before bed. Tomorrow I start two @stepbet challenges as #workoutmotivation for my #weightlossjourney I’m planning on treating this as my job and walk and exercise from 7am to 3pm with Sundays off. The plan is to walk to the #gym and stay there until I’ve drank a gallon of water. I fear the #ketopoop that is waaaay under discussed on the internet. I’ve lost 15 pounds since #newyearseve doing #keto but at great risk and one #ketopoopmypants failure but I am determined to see this through and get back down to 189 pounds and stay there. I had to upgrade all of my equipment for my #podcast because either the laptop froze, there was no audio, or i didn’t stream the whole thing and it took forever to figure out all the software get signed in to all of my accounts and be what I consider ready. OCD to the max has delayed me from posting content for 8 days now, but all of that changes tomorrow with a set schedule and routine I’m going to force myself to adhere to.
