Introduction to Jnana Yoga: The Path of Knowledge and Self-Inquiry
Jnana Yoga is one of the primary paths of yoga, often described as the path of knowledge or wisdom. It is a profound spiritual practice focused on deep inquiry into the nature of the self and the ultimate reality. Jnanamaya Kosha: Understanding the Past and Future in the Ever Present Now
The Jnanamaya Kosha or Wisdom Body is the 4th (sheath, dimension, body, or kosha) identified in the koshic anatomical maps of yoga. This kosha will reveal experience beyond time and duality, where our differences collapse and a single moment contains eternity., Wisdom is timeless and of the moment, and at a certain point absolute right and wrong dissolve into merely moments and choices. Sometimes we know better. In fact, very often we do.
Yet if we know better and still cannot pull ourselves away from the jealousy, fear, craving, or anger, then it is not really Knowledge. It is just an intellectual understanding.
Without practices such as meditation, it can take a very long time for any real growth to occur. It can take many lifetimes, actually.
One reason why meditation is such a reliable practice is that it will make your intellectual understanding into a lived experience, into Living Knowledge.
That is the true meaning of wisdom.
You, as much as any living being on this planet, deserve the peace, freedom, and happiness that comes with wisdom. And its light will warm the hearts of any and all beings with whom you come into contact.

Make an attempt to connect with yourself every day. These times desperately call for it. They call for us to deepen our connection to our soul and body. Whether that be meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, or creating from the heart. Do whatever activity or practice that brings you back to the deeper parts of yourself, to the aspect of you that is divine, because that's where the true treasures lie. At first, it might seem like nothing is there or nothing is happening, but as the days go by, you'll start to see the gold and beautiful gift that you are. And when you divinely realize what you are, you'll begin to see the same in everything you come across on your path throughout existence.

What unites us
One thing we all, as humans, should improve in is loving, caring, helping, and healing others. What unites us is way more than what divides us.
