Yoga is as good as basic stretching to ease your pain and improves mobility in people suffering from lower back pain. Yoga has proved to be a first-line treatment for chronic low back pain. seemingly impossible poses. You’ll also probably notice that aches and pains have reduced.
With contraction and stretching of muscles, you can move organs around, and come in and out of yoga postures, which increases your drainage of lymph. Regular practice helps you in moving and burning your calories and is also advantageous for the spiritual and emotional dimensions. Regular yoga practice may encourage you to address several problems on a deeper level.

When I say dress well it doesn't mean to wear expensive clothes. I mean wear what makes you feel confident and pretty. For example: If oversized outfits make you feel damn cool then wear it and invest in buying oversized outfits. Just wear clean clothes.

Week 3 - #100DayReinvention Progress log ୨୧

Hello girlies! Welcome to the third log of this challenge. I will be honest with you, this week wasn't what I expected and I had a low mood and energy throughout the week, mainly because my boyfriend broke up with me, but it was for the best and it triggered some questions and realizations in me. But, did I lost my motivation? No, I didn't and I won't. I know good things are meant for me and I will keep going and I think this helped me realize I am aiming for a greater version of me.
𝐈. My weekly progress
Health: Did pilates twice this week, I maintained a healthy diet but I was either eating too much or not enough. I slept at either 11pm or 12am and my skin got worse by picking my face because I felt anxious.
Academic: started reading business and fashion articles, got 100/100 in Complex Thinking's test, began taking notes of videos and podcast
Adulting: drove on monday, still looking for a job and with no money
Hobby: wrote 3 quick blogs during the week, only read once in all the week and I still struggle with the backflip
Social: played with my dog twice, hanged out with my girl friends in a cute cafe
Healing: did my healing exercises twice: journaling my emotions / thoughts, positive affirmations and longer yoga and meditation sessions. Need to be more consistent with my daily practice: yoga and meditation, affirmations, praying. Also, I want to start focusing on healing my insecurities
Style: tried smokey eye makeup, tried to practice hairstyles but I failed
𝐈𝐈. I need to work on
Read more! This was something I struggled last week because I already read the books I had, so I will look for pdfs. Also, I want to get more serious with my Italian learning journey. I will try to sleep at 10pm again and to meditate and do yoga at the beggining and end fo my day (for a calm mind)
I am still struggling with my main goals which are: drive without help, improve my cheer skills and get a job.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. Next week I will focus on
This week I will focus on regaining a good mood and the good habits I lost during last week. Besides focusing on the goals that I haven't made that much of a progress I will focus on researching about topics that if I apply will improve my life (feminine energy, soft productivity, how to be magnetic, manifestation) and too look on a makeup style and hairstyles that suit me.

Also, not related or anything but I am happy that I can sleep in my room again (I didn't had air conditioner) and I watched lots of cute vlogs this week!

Monday June 10/24- Larry Tripped on the Rug and Fell hard - Today at 12:30 p.m. Sore left leg, hip and back! No shower to ache 😣! Maybe it put stuff back in place !
Peter and the gurls up around 5:00 a.m. and me at 7:00 a.m. ****I had a small poop 💩 before getting up **** I took 2x T’s at 7:00 a.m. and a pink med! *****The weather is trying to be sunny 😎 and get some blue sky, we’ll see? Peter is going to Yoga for the 9:30 class to 10:35 a.m. Peter said it feels it’s warmer outside this afternoon a.m. Peter left for his Yoga Class at 9:03 a.m. Class starts at 9:30:a.m.****About 9:30 I had a medium Poop 💩 a little bigger than the. First *****I took 2xT’s at 1:00 p.m. next 2x T’s 5:00 p.m. then 6:30 ***Bedtime and thru the night! ****Peter’s class is done so he should be on his way home to the Campground! I had a large Poop💩💩****just as Peter was getting home! ⛺️ Peter bought 2x BEGGIN dog treats and a NEW GAVISON ALL LARGE CONTAINERS!

Week 6 & 7 - #100DayReinvention Progress log ୨୧

Hello girlies! It's been days since I have been active on my account. Being sincere, last week I was still in a slump and didn't made any progress and this week I regained my productivity since I almost finish my university semester, but I got burned out since the only things I did were: wake up, university, do assigments, cheerleading and sleep. That's why I have decied to mix up both weeks to write one entry.
𝐈. My weekly progress
Health: Did pilates once, slept at 10pm some half of the week and ate healthier.
Academic: finished my Italian course, probably will get a 100/100 semestral grade. Made lots of progress with my career assigments, got interested in geography and fashion topics.
Adulting: no new progress
Hobby: continued my book (It didn't start with you) and made activities from it, improved cheer skills.
Social: hanged out more with my girl friends and felt more connected to them, kind of healed and improved my relationship with my parents (which improved my mood, confidence and efficiency).
Healing: meditated and practiced yoga in the morning and at night, listening to frequencies, listening to positive affirmations, applying manifestation and soft living tips.
Style: my parents bought me a new pair of tennis, makeup products and new clothes , my makeup looked better, styled better my hair
𝐈𝐈. I need to work on
Sleep earlier and wake up earlier - This is a problem I have been dealing with since the beggining of this challenge. But, specially now is when I need it the most since I will begin the two last weeks for exams and final projects.
Drink more water and more fruits.
Respect the app usage timers of my phone.
Commit to study for my exams and invest the neccesary time on finishing my projects (I know is for the greateds good...).
I have now a more confident and positive attitude but I now I can do better by: being grateful, positive affirmations, look for the positive, stop gossiping and comparing myself, do actions that make me feel confident.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. Next week I will focus on
Just as what I wrote in my journal, I will focus this next week by
Study smartly for my exams and invest time on finishing my team projects.
Dress, think and act according to my ideal self to boost up my confidence, beauty and feminine traits. (If I feel good things will go good)
No matter how busy or heavy the day was, I wil do my daily and weekly habits to maintain my mental health and peace. As so, respect when I need to rest.
