you have no clue how happy I am to get this ask!!!! the new lion king movie (that I haven't even seen yet) has REVIVED my love for mufasa x scar and scar x simba with a vengeance like no other.. I love brother/brother so much and just listening to the soundtrack I KNOW those two were kissing all through their childhood. something about those two being so close as cubs just makes me think of all the awkward oh-no-i-love-my-brother moments they 100% had. ot even to mention them growing up and growing apart and the angst??? taka wanted to be king so badly but now all he is, is the disfigurement on his face while his brother, the stray, gets what was his.. and he still really wants to kiss his stupid brother.. actually i was thinking of making an au expanding on why scar stays in the pride after i watch the movie (if its not explained).... basically mufasa cant let go of his dear brother, cant live without him. so many words i can say about them that i forgot about simba x scar oops. I really love uncle/nephew dynamics and I LOVE how manipulative scar is to simba.... and, based off the songs anyway, little simba acts a lot like scar young so i can so imagine he sees the connection and either really likes it or feels like mufasas replacing him,,, really depends on how you see scar okay enough about the lions lets talk PONIES!!!!!!! I love mlp sooo much and right now I ship Luna and twilight very hard. like twi was the only pony who wanted to help her and saw the good in her.. I don't think they really show it in the series but i think Luna would remember that and cherish that connection as twilight was her first friend when she returned<3 I think they're dynamic would be really sweet and Luna could teach twilight about all the things from 1000 years ago that were lost to time, but not to Luna since it feels like it just happened for her (this is my own headcanon ofc, Darkstalker WoF style)... I really don't have too much to say about them though lol I just think they'd be a cute couple!!! they're mare kissers your honor... i was only going to talk about the lions and ponies but now that I brought up wof I think I kind of have to talk about the dragons too! I really love Winter x Qibli. Their push and pull dynamic was. everything. to. me. winter didnt want friends, didnt want to get close to dragons who werent icewing royalty but he ends up falling for some stupid sandwing?? in a perfect world theyre canon. augh idk its been a while since i read winters book but qibli thinks so highly of winter, compares himself to winter, wants winter to like him (well, qibli wants everyone to like him but winter especially) and winter has gotten less and less guarded and distant. watching winter let qibli in was one of my favorite things about these books ahh. alternatively though qibli x darkstalker. darkstalker would totally end up corrupting qibli, bringing out his intrusive thoughts and making them all a reality with his powers... uhm uhm also they're size difference is hot as hell. 3000 year old mountain sized dragon x little kid who's not even ten yet yes pls

Toes use to be half ice wing but then i turned it into my own thing but i didn't feel like redesigning her a second time so i had to make an icewing replacement species ☠️

But the only reason she was half icewing was because i wanted her to be an Animus so since this no longer take place in wof i had to make a replacement for that to because she did things that affected the lore

I'll probably bring up toes at some point on my clangen blog cuz of lore reasons but not delta, he's just her friend who watched her downfall in horror

Like mistletoes first spells were full of whimsey and fun but then the last one was just pure vengeance, girlie cursed entire bloodlines over minor inconveniences

okay so grians species is actually kinda complicated

he was born as game watcher, an animus nightwing working under his mentor, secret keeper. he helps to organize tournaments between tribes on the mainland, tournaments that frequently end up going to death, a bit like scarlet's battle arena. though, one day, he got too attached to a participant in the game, which is a big no no and secret keeper cursed him to become a "lazy, bumbling rainwing for the rest of his days"

he moves permanently to the mainland and into the rainforest, plotting his vengeance and trying to find out how to cure himself.

since he looks like a very. weird rainwing though jimmy and joel end up finding him and trying to recruit him to their little hybrid clique.

jimmy is a rainsea hybrid named canary and joel is a rainmud hybrid named leaf. they're kinda the weirdos of the rainwings and, because grian is 1. generally bad at "acting like a rainwing" and 2. looks like a weird sort of hybrid of some kind, they take him under their wings for a while.

while out one night, trying to find that portal to the nightwing island, grian is ambushed.

when he wakes up hes in the scorpion den, ran by cleo, a skysand hybrid named cobra. she gets to be nicknamed king cobra cause I think its it's fun. turns out theres a small bounty on his head, but cleo will spare him (for now) out of good faith, them both being hybrids and all.

scar is the one who kidnapped him. formerly named sahara, scar was renamed after gaining all his battle wounds. hes like the quibli to cleos thorn. scar doesnt exactly appreciate cleos generosity, but he doesnt do anything further. hes just tasked with showing grian around, hes essentially his assigned best friend. neither of them care to much for it.

one day the skywings raid the scorpion den, lead by martyn, who is named general mars. grians wing gets injured in his and scars escape, cleo is captured.

scar wasnt able to fly anyway, but he refuses to leave grian, carrying him away on his back.

they are left stranded in the desert and become closer, grian still trying to find a cure for his curse. jimmy and joel are still looking for him.

some extra things:

tango is an overcooked skywing with too much fire, though he isnt with the skywing kingdom, hes actually imprisoned there. his name is blaze. also gay rancher love

lizzie is the seawing queen who's name is axolotl. she and jimmy are half siblings and shes been searching for him since his egg was stolen from the hatchery. his egg was yellow, btw, so shes looking for a yellowy seawing. his name was going to be cod. she and joel meet and fall in love at first fight.

scott is one of her ambassadors and friends, helping her try to find jimmy. his name is seafoam.

pearl is grians sister, her name is, of course, pearlescentmoon, named that mostly just because she was born on a bright bright night. she can see into the future and she desperately wants to return her brother to a normal life.

cub is an icewing named polar (last name bear lol. cuz. cub.) and he and scar met when they were both taken as prisoners. they're besties but dont talk often. etho is also an icewing, his name is icicle.

ren is the skywing king, his name is just red. they call him the red king.

this is fairly new so I haven't done much work on it this is kinda all I got rn

One has taken it upon Oneself to at last make a post of our preferred names and pronouns whilst certain alters front.

One cannot remember if any other beings are present frequently as of late, however if One happens to remember, One will include them within this post.

Mewo uses any of the pronouns we use, however it generally prefers it/its/itself or he/him/his. Mewo is our "default" state, as it were. Mewo uses "Mewo rambles :3" for his posts, and he is a dog and a jackalope primarily.

One does not have a name, and One is not sure if One would like one, however if those which One is acquainted with would like to refer to One, One would ask to be referred to via any names for Divine beings. One uses One/Ones/Oneself for Oneself, however you may use it/its/itself or star/stars/starself for One. One uses "One Speaks." for One's posts. One serves to protect us, and was formed by our BPD. One does not often show up. <- add-on from Mewo: Divine seems to be very emotional and anxious as much as it seems to like to not show it. Please be respectful of star and star's boundaries if star decides to open up about them.

Gnarpy uses xe/xem/xey/xemself/xeirself. Xe will not tolerate they/them being used for xem. Xe views it as disrespectful. Xey use the tag "gnarpyposting" for xeir posts. Xey serve as a sort of fandom mediator (meaning if you see a very angry post relating to fandom stuff, it's probably xem). Xey are very opinionated (specifically about characters with implied BPD and/or that we believe to have BPD), and speak with a typing quirk. Xe may appear rude and uncaring. Xe is a part of a race of alien cats called Gnarpians (Regretevator fictionkin)

Sunday uses he/him and hy/hym pronouns, and is very closely tied to the host. He's comically gay, and swears way too much. He enjoys riot grrrl/punk music, and is very vocal about his opinions (Sunday [HSR] fictionkin). He holds violent and angry thoughts, and may post about topics related to these things. Hy uses "The Sunday Council" for hys posts. Hy is also most mustelids/a mustelid ambitherian. He labels himself as slurs quite often, as he identifies with the term. If that bothers any1 then feel free to let him know and he'll tag it for you.

Kinkajou/Emu is our little and ADHD holder. She doesn't front frequently, and hasn't for a while, as we haven't been regressing/had the time, however she does influence some of pur actions, specifically irl. It uses she/it/thon/pink, and is a manifestation of both Emu Otori from PJSK and Kinkajou from WOF. We don't think thon minds which name folks use for thon.

We will likely create some "user boxes" (One believes that is what they are called) for ourselves.
