Ok so as some of you may know, Squint and I attend a painting competition annually (it's The Big competition in australia) and I just looked at the calendar and um haha uhhh I have less than three weeks to finish my projects for it hahahaA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGFH

Anyway. I've completed one project (that I expect to do badly, this is OK), I've got two half completed ones (a zorn bust and a Quar), and I'm aiming to start and finish at least one other piece (I have a small bust that is achievable, I think) and I'd like to do a Trench Crusade single figure too since they have their own competition running, so that's super viable actually. May even just enter a gaming piece for my upcoming Black Grail crew. Who knows.

The last minute crunch period has commenced. Squint is so disappointed. I always do this. But you know what he ISN'T disappointed in?

Here is a preliminary Hikari, and Samo's big brother! He has also escaped his genre, and he is not aware that most of the things he says sound incredibly threatening! Although only Hikari seems to notice anyway. (Luckily for Hikari, he really is a nice guy!)

I should not have been taught so badly for 3 years that i genuinely have to google how to find job postings in my field. "Get a degree!! Get a degree!!" for why. To be laughed at by out of touch tutors and not taught anything? It's certainly not going to help me get a job because i CANT FIND THEM. "People will see you went here and that will give you credibility." Will it roderick. Because I now know not to trust a motherfucker who went here 💀
